I had a great experience at the Tiny Jewel Box. I was on the market for my first sophisticated watch purchase and the staff were incredibly helpful. Pouriya was my sales specialist and he was excellent. He gave me the confidence to make my purchase because he really knew his stuff and was happy to answer questions. Great jewelry and watch boutique in DC! I recently acquired a new timepiece that I had been looking for from Tiny Jewel Box. Both Jorge and Roberto from the watch team were fantastic to work with. Both are very knowledgable, across various brands, and they each offered incredible customer service...something that I fear some watch ADs no longer offer. I had a great experience working with both of them. It should also be noted that Ben, from their watch repair/service team, took the time to chat about my new watch after sizing the bracelet for me. Jim, the stores owner, chatted with me for a bit and I enjoyed our conversation about the history of the store. Class-A team in place here offering great personable, customer service at a boutique with an incredible selection of luxury watches and jewelry. They earned a customer for life!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Roberto to pick up my new Tudor dive watch! He was enthusiastic, patient, and has an encyclopedic knowledge of watches; it felt like my own personal Hodinkee episode of “Talking Watches”! Asked for work to be done over the phone, they said they could do it. Fast forward two weeks and walked in for the service, but a woman said they don’t do that service any longer. She was rude and will not ever go to that store ever again.

Shout out to the awesome people in the Rolex area, I came in for a simple watch band resize and everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful.

I love coming here because of the people. Most of the folks there Ive known for 8 and a half years and made a few circle of watch friends here too. I come here when Im in the area when Im in the D.C. area it an amazing little gem near Dupont Circle. I highly recommend them if youre looking for a special watch or jewelry for that special person in your life.

Stayed in constant communication, helped me select a band, showed me a wide variety of diamonds, and gave me an unbeatable price. While, I am not a person who fits the bill of Tiny Jewel Boxs typical customer, I have been to this store a few times. Mostly to get batteries replaced for my timepieces.In all of my visits I have been happy with their customer service and quality of work. The timepiece strap change or new battery installation has also included a tune-up on the watch. My timepieces have come back looking cleaner, and younger :)The service is good here (if you are okay with a little sense of elitist attitude that comes with a place like this).They do have a good collection of timepieces and jewelry to look at and buy (if you can afford it).

This is my custom engagement ring. It was crafted from a design I sketched out. My fiancé used his parents wedding rings which had diamonds and a loose sapphire his family had kept. These pictures don’t do it justice. The ring is the most beautiful jewelry I own now. The experience working with Alicia Arnold was great. She created a mold of the ring for me to try on before it was created. I got to weigh in on every step. Very good experience that will have me going back for other custom jewelry needs in the future.

I received an invoice from UPS about a Felipe Hernandez from this store shipping items across the country for over $40 and when I called to dispute there were more charges already on the account. Ive never been to DC and certainly wont go in this store when I do visit.

Even More Than SpecialI recently had a ring designed at The Tiny Jewel Box and it was an amazingly positive experience! I worked with Alicia Arnold who is the Director of Custom Design. My one-of-a kind ring is exquisite and I love everything about it! But the process of working with Alicia was equally impressive. I wanted to use stones from two rings that I had. In talking to me, Alicia “teased” out the significance of those two rings and truly created something new, beautiful, and unique – that also integrates the past. And, I was so impressed that Alicia truly seemed to love what she had created! I would recommend Alicia and TJB to anyone who wants fabulous jewelry!

I been there in 2019 and purchased a Rolex and went back this year and purchased another rolex. Only thing changed was the shipping that if shipped in DMV YOU WILL NOW PAY TAXES.

Liz was extraordinarily helpful and patient with us while we looked at and tried on wedding bands. Having had no previous experience, we didnt know much about the various styles, materials and design options. We left feeling confident about ring shopping and hope to be able to return soon to purchase one of the rings we liked. They have a lovely selection of classics as well as designer pieces. Other staff were all extremely polite and thoughtful. I would recommend this store without reservation.

Phenomenal store with great customer service. I am a watch enthusiast and I had heard great things about the Tiny Jewel Box so I referred a couple of friends who live in DC proper and they had a great experience. I then referred my best friend who lives out of town, we visited the store together, he made a purchase and he had a phenomenal experience as well. So, the other day I referred my sister and had her pick me up a watch while she was there. Excellent. Each time I have dealt directly with Jorge and he is a gentleman and a great guy.

Travis the sales representative that helped me create my wifes engagement ring is one of the most caring and professional people i have ever worked with. The owner even stopped by to talk to me about the ring and share his engagement memories with me the day i came to pick it up and propose. We have bought many different pieces over the years and will continue to make The Tiny Jewel Box our preferred jewelry provider. I highly recommend.

Its so nice going to a local jeweler. The staff is personable, very knowledgeable, and stands by their word. I dropped off a ring to get re-sized, and it was done a week earlier than expected. They are currently undergoing renovations to connect their main floor with the business space next door, so all their products will be on one floor now. Cant wait to see how great its going to look.

Have a couple of vintage watches that were in need of some TLC. Took a couple of months for the repair work that included new crowns, spring work, New crystals and polishing. I was amazed at the restoration of the two pieces and the candid conversation I had with the jeweler that worked on the pieces. First rate, top shelf Jewelry store.

I visited the store recently to authenticate a watch I had purchased from a private seller. Although the store associates who greeted me up front werent too keen on assisting, one of their managers was kind enough to personally appraise the watch and provide expert advice. The store seemed to have a great collection of IWC watches among others. Convenient location and definitely recommend the place to friends.

I was there about 3 weeks ago after I was promoted and looking to add to my watch collection. Looking for a tag heuer around $1500. We (wife and me) dressed casually as it was Saturday. We didn’t have anybody talk to us for like 20 minutes. We were just waiting and nothing. There was available staff but they chose not to assist us. Their preconceptions and racism (I’m latino and she’s Turkish) cost them 1500 and more importantly a customer for life.Do not shop there if you care.

Tiny Jewel Boxs customer service is extraordinary. I am not a big jewelry person but received a lovely David Yurman bracelet as a gift from TJB. Unfortunately, only a year after receiving the bracelet, one of the pearls at the end of the cable bracelet fell off. I was quite surprised by this happening because I thought DY had a reputation for quality. I first contacted DY to inquire about a repair however they claimed it was no longer under warranty so I would have to pay out of pocket for the repair. Again, not being a big jewelry person, I dont know if that is standard protocol but I guess I naively thought jewelers such as DY made bracelets that were supposed to hold up longer than a year. Nevertheless, I called TJB, spoke with Monette Corrigan (the consummate customer service professional) who quickly helped me with the issue and explained TJB would take care of the repair. I cannot thank Monette and her team enough for helping me.For someone who used to eye the Tiny Jewel Box with the same wishful admiration Holly Golightly gave Tiffanys; I could not have been more pleasantly surprised with the professionalism, respect and genuine customer service I received at the Tiny Jewel Box.

Wow! Great place to visit my first ever authorized dealer in the world. The staff were super knowledgeable, very kind, and very helpful. Their collection of watches was absolutely magnificent: IWC Schaffhausen, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Rolex, Cartier, Patek Philippe, and Frederique Constant. A really great lineup of diverse watchmakers, all of which you can easily try on if you ask! The staff also de-magnetized my watch without any fuss, which was very kind on their part! The CEO, Jim Rosenheim was there, and was very kind to me! Great experience, and would definitely visit again when in DC!
