Glad we ventured out, as they had the biggest selection. I must say, its helpful when you can see the product first hand vice on-line, as the rings look much different most certainly when you try them on. Ladies, keep in mind, that the ring should truly match your hand structure. A petite ring/smaller band wouldnt work for me. At the Mervis in D.C. we were introduced to Maria K., and I must say she is most certainly all about customer service. It comes naturally for her. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he listened to what I wanted and gave great recommendations based on the parameters I set. She taught me every detail I needed to know about round diamonds - and she answered every question (100s of them, no matter how annoying they were) that I asked with a big smile on her face. Well that was easy.I went here to purchase an engagement ring. I shopped online, but I was hesitant to drop that much money on something I hadnt seen with my own two eyes yet or held in my hand. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Mervis. We went there to look at Tacori bands and diamonds to upgrade my wedding ring for our ten year anniversary. Lauren did a fantastic job assisting us. She was friendly, delightful, knowledgable, and a true joy to pick out the perfect ring with. Lauren contacted Tacori who agreed to custom make the band we wanted so that it would perfectly fit the diamond we purchased. She regularly communicated with us during the 3 1/2-week waiting process and contacted us immediately when our ring was finally finished. The ring is gorgeous and perfect!

Had a great experience with Mervis and definitely wanted to share.I went ring shopping in February/March, proposed in April and got married a year later in July. Maria from the Rockville/DC stores helped me/us from the engagement ring to the wedding bands. Her expertise, enthusiasm and communication was on point the entire time.
