Today I called the store and had a few questions regarding watch and old jewelry repair. Sam was very attentive and professional. He patiently answered all my questions. I do recommend Afram Jewelers!

Wonderful family run store, great watch care and servicing.

Afram jewelers are fair and honest people who provide excellent work at very resonance rate . I had them service for two very special watches for me . An 50+ year old omega seamaster that belonged to my great grandfather and an 35 year old Orient 3 star that belonged to my father in law . The omega was overhauled and the Orient was polished and the crystal was replaced . Both came back better than new .

Afram has been my jeweler for over 40 years and I feel proud to be treated like one of the family. Everyone is friendly and they do great work

Based on reviews I drove two hours from Richmond VA to Afram Jewelers for a watch repair and it was definitely worth the drive. Sam did an amazing job repairing my Rolex Daytona. I was able to pickup the watch the same day I dropped it off. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to repairs and services. Great customer service. Afram Jewelers is the best! Thanks again Sam.

Fantastic Jewelry store! I have bought many things from this store and I have always been extremely pleased with the service and the quality of jewelry. What they didnt have they found for me so I didnt have to run around to different stores to get it. I have also used them to fix and repair various pieces and I am so relieved to have found a jeweler that I trust with my valuables. Definitely will be a life long customer!

Afram provided some of the best customer service Ive received in years. Staff is friendly and attentive, and always willing to help. I dropped off a watch for repair, they called THAT DAY with a status update, and when I realized I wanted something else done to the watch, and called them to ask, they were MORE THAN HAPPY to help. They made the process easy and painless for me, and I was a very satisfied customer.

Great Service ! I had an odd situation as I was in town and my watch battery died. I took it to another jeweler that installed the battery but could not close the back (their press was too small). They sent me here. Not only did Sam the Jeweler close the back (and they had reopen the case to reinstall the battery properly) but they were hesitant to charge me. I insisted. If I was local this would be my local jeweler!

I havent had any experience buying any of their jewelry, but Ive routinely taken my watches and other jewelry from my wife there for repairs. After looking around and not finding a place nearer my work that could replace a watch battery for an affordable price, I discovered this place. Maybe 5-10 bucks per watch from Afram? Great deal. I couldnt get the back off by myself but wasnt going to pay half the price of my 40-50$ watch to replace a battery. Super nice and helpful folks.

Worst Jeweler ever. Refuses to take calls from Deaf people. Even after I tried to explain, they hung up on me several times. I was looking for a reputable jeweler in D.C. but apparently they have no interest in working with their customers. Dont bother!*** I could not respond to the owner but I refuse to edit this review. I would like to clarify that I called several times trying to explain the situation and was treated rudely before being hung up on several times. The relay service does not have flaws- you are redirecting the blame from yourselves. Basically you are saying that because I am Deaf, I have to come in your store to receive any sort of service, while your other customers are allowed to call you on your phone? This is discrimination at its finest. Please consider unpacking your hearing privilege.

Very happy with Afram Jewelers. They helped me with an honest & trustworthy evaluation and appraisal of jewelry from my mothers estate. They also helped us with several watch repairs - one a family heirloom from my great grandmother! Thank you for your help!

Business with a smile! After losing my very special necklace bought for me from this business, I contacted them to see if they had anymore of the same item. It turned out my piece was unique, designed by a jeweler who had since retired. Long story short, they did what they did and I got the exact necklace. If you are looking for jewelry, GO TO AFRAM!!!!

I went to Afram to get my watch repaired - what fun it was to make jokes with Eva and Sam while Sam looked at my sad watch. My Breitling is beyond repair but I trust Sam enough that I am going to send him another watch to look at when I return home. I was quite impressed.

Outstanding place to entrust the service/refurbishing of your treasured watch(s). Great service!I have a 32 year old Seamaster Professional and a 53 year old Seamaster Deville. I took the Seamaster Professional in because it was losing time. It was due for its every decade overhaul/maintenance (it is tough to find an Omega Certified watchmaster in the US). Sam is certified and took care of it for me. He was able to polish the crystal on the older watch. In the process, I learned so much from him about the mechanism(s) and build of both timepieces! The value of service!!I plan to have him refurbish (get back to working order) an heirloom watch given to me. I would without reservation entrust your heirloom watches to him.Cheers!

Just had a very pleasant experience. Walked into the shop on a weekday afternoon, hoping to try on a specific watch Id been looking at online. My plan was to try it on and make sure the look/fit was right, then order it online. The woman who helped me was very friendly and courteous, helped me find the watch although its face was a different color. They were having a special (25% off watches) this week, which applied to in-stock only, so I was still planning on ordering the specific one I needed online. But she offered to order the watch for 2-day delivery with 20% off, which put the price right in line with what I could get at an online shop... I would much rather support a small local jeweler who I can verify is certified by Tissot than a faceless, lowest-price online dealer. Great experience, cant wait to pick up my watch.

They were wonderful. They were able to fix my mothers ring. It was given to her by my father over 60 years ago and she thought it had been lost. But I had it for over 20 years because in my selfish youth I wore it and lost the opal. The stone had to be cut to fit and the band had to be repaired but they did it and I was able to give it back to my mother this year on her 60th wedding anniversary. It was the first time I had seen her cry. I will always be greatful to Afram Jewelers for making my mother so happy and helping me fix a wrong that I had done years ago.
