I have bought a few things from this store over the last couple years. I picked out my wifes engagement ring here as an example. I love the service and the knowledge and the down to earth practicality of the employees here. Yesterday I delt with Wade and Nick I believe. I cannot describe to you how friendly they were. They helped me pick out the right wedding ring for me and even got me one that was inside my budget with out pushing for a higher ticket sale.Separately, Wade even spent alot of time talking to me about business and hiring after I inquired about how he is handling the current job climate. He was incredible. When I think of my jewelry needs I dont think of any other store but Kings.

Great selection and so helpful and patient! I took in an old watch and they were able to replace the battery. Also picked up some beautiful gold earrings. The last time I purchased here it took my daughter forever to decide on a ring and we never felt rushed. It was for her sweet 16 and the lady that assisted us doted on her and allowed her to try on multiple rings until she was satisfied. Well be back!

Amazing! Please please please visit if you have any Christmas ideas!! As soon as I stepped into the store I was greeted right away which is number one for me! I couldnt decide and went back and forth back and forth....the salesman was so professional and understanding. He gave me ideas and his opinion on the item I selected ( cant go spoiling a gift on a review🤫 He even cracked a joke to lighten the mood. After I made my purchase, he wrapped my gift in the cutest lil way! The owner came in with coffee for all employees which is so nice to see! Especially this time of year!! Totally professional, they show you jewelry but yet there is zero pressure to purchase. Their jewelry repair is above reproach. I drive an hour just for their repair alone.

The lady named Susan was such a sweetheart an get help but when I walked in with a kays bag the manager wants to ask why Im in her store with a kays bag I said because I shopped there before here than as we was checking out she tell my uncle make sure u tell her we arent friends an make sure she an her friend dont come back into her store the friend didnt have a mask on for health reasons an the manger wants to talk about them as soon as they walked out today will be the last day I spend a dime in there I would be more then glad to spend my money elsewhere but Susan did a really good job

I had some jewelry repair done and it was half the cost of a nearby competitor. Price isn’t everything though and the service was timely and the people were great. Funny and friendly. I highly recommend King’s and will definitely use them in the future. Tracey is a truly wonderful person.

The workers were so friendly. My toddlers were acting up so the worker held my daughter, gave them stuffed animals and played with them. Awesome customer service and beautiful jewelry!

Absolutely awful! I would never recommend anyone including my worst enemy to shop at this store. The manager was the absolute worst! She refused to size me saying that I was going to buy online, and talked down to my fiance like we were a couple of kids just trying on wedding bands. Accusing us of just using their experience of 35 years to make a purchase online. This is why shops fail. It is the total lack of customer service in this shop, not because online may have better prices. I will never ever stop in this store again!In regards to owner response: I never did indeed sit down, not sure why that is an issue, however I was never offered a chair. Secondly yes the manager did size my fiance however refused to size myself. Thirdly I hope you had sound on your cameras to hear what she said. Keep defending your manager, but check the reviews on Yelp. They are all similar.

Hats off to Kings jewelry in Washington, pa!! I went in the store quite frustrated because I was unable to find post earrings with extended posts for my 10 year old Granddaughter who just happens to have very thick ear lobes. Manager Tracey Comfort said I can help....she pulled out her book and quickly showed me my options. I am very pleased with the pearl earrings that were special made for me.....my granddaughter will be delighted Christmas morning....thank you!!
