The is easily the best dentist I have ever been to. The staff was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. Had some cavity issues and set me up with a plan to fix the issues. Great dentists and hygienists

Dean Dental is a breath of fresh of air compared to the dental practice I formerly went to. It’s hard these days to find competent dentists who don’t try and take your pocketbook for a ride by recommending unnecessary treatments. I also don’t get the anxiety I used to get going to the dentist. These ladies and team are top notch…caring and competent. I recommend them to all my friends.

Dean dental has been an absolutely wonderful experience. I have been with them since 1997, first with the original staff and now with Dean Dental staff which many being the same. They are very friendly and professional. I have never had a bad experience there. I can not say enough about how good they are. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to choose Dean Dental if convenient for you. The only reason I am moving on is because I have moved out of Washington County and back to Allegheny County with this being a bit of a travel.

I was there a couple times and they do good work. However, during this time of Covid and labor shortage, I had my work schedule changed several times which meant I had to cancel my appointment twice. Due to that Im now banned for life. Not everyone works 9-5. I hope they realize this and change their policy. It seems pretty silly.

When you have an appointment scheduled only to be told after spending 5 minutes you’ll have to schedule for another day. Needed a filling. Didn’t have time that day. Very disappointed after driving an hour to the office. Happened before also. What ever happened when scheduling a appointment and doing something for it at that time. Same when they clean your teeth. If needing a filling do it. Always come back another day. Looking for new dentist

To all potential patients:I had gone to another dentist and he gave me a diagnosis which came as an absolute shock..... the news was terrible. I went for a second opinion at Dean Dental and arrived ABSOLUTELY terrified, tears rolling down my cheeks. The sisters listened and understood my fear and anxiety. They and their entire team, couldnt have been nicer nor could they have done more to calm me down.They took their time with me and came up with a detailed plan that was much easier to digest. They gave me an option that slowed things down a bit,, took things one step at a time, with me making a complete commitment, to strictly follow their instructions.This, I shall gladly follow which could, in the end, make a huge difference to the health of my mouth.I sincerely hope that you will give these Dentists a try. Best dentists in PA. I had so many past bad experiences with dentists but these sisters Stacy and Jessica have been so good to me. They actually have made my teeth healthy again. I can even call the hygienist and she would meet me at my home to fix my crown if she had to necessarily. I love them. Five stars from me!!!!

The pre-appointment paperwork is all done online in advance, giving the best chance for patient history as accurate & detailed. The attention to medical & dental detail by this organization is to be commended.Very comfortable setting, homey. All staff are authentically pleasant and interested in the patient.

I was experiencing pain during the weekend and knew I needed an emergency visit first thing Monday morning. I logged on to Dean Dentals website Saturday evening and used the “schedule an appointment” link. Sure enough I was contacted 7am Monday and was in the dentist chair at noon. Everyone was very courteous and pleasant which is a lot to ask during this unprecedented time. The staff was very attentive and ensured my comfort was a priority. Dr. Stacy Dean provided me with the care I needed. Wonderful experience as far as dentist visits go. I HIGHLY recommend Dean Dental to anyone looking for a long term provider.

Have been coming here for several years. They have a very professional and caring staff, and all Covid-19 precautions were in place for a safe visit. They have given me tips for caring for my teeth and recommended products to keep my gums healthy as I age. HELLO TO MY FELLOW DENTAL CARE IGNORERS! 1/6/21If you are feeling Anxious, Fearful and Terrified…. you are NOT alone. Yes, that was me too! (and still is, to an extent, if I am being honest!)With deep humility, I ask that you all bear with me. My ONLY reason for doing this is if I can help even one person get to the dentist. Specifically, to these wonderful sister dentists and their amazing crew at Dean Dental. I would like to take you along, with me, on my horrific journey. I will continue to update this online diary, as my treatment progresses. If you wish to follow along, great, if not that’s ok too. Hopefully, I can get some of you, any of you, to check in with Dr. Stacy and Dr. Jessica before you reach the very low point to which my lack of treatment has led me.I am going to go back a bit, in order to give a very clear picture of what happened in the beginning. From going to 2 previous dentists to how I came to discover Dean Dental, at last!I knew, several months back, that something was incredibly wrong with ONE tooth. This was earlier on in the Covid crisis. I was afraid of another lockdown and having to be in pain for who knew how long, so I gave in and went to a dentist that came “highly” recommended. I went and he flatly said that I needed all top and bottom teeth taken out. My teeth looked fine, I brushed and flossed regularly, so imagine my shock and horror! He told me it would be about $60,000 to have them pulled and to put in permanent dental implants!!! I was told that every single tooth needed to be pulled, and without delay.It took me several days for this surprising and terrible news to truly register. Only then could I even bring myself to talk about my appointment and the diagnosis with my sister. She said that we needed to get a 2nd opinion. I agreed, but with great trepidation. Another dentist was referred to me……Pretty much the same conclusion, with maybe saving a tooth or two. He recommended a full mouth of dentures. Much cheaper, but much uglier too. This 2nd dentist gave me the phone number of an oral surgeon.This doctor, thankfully, was thoughtful in his initial analysis of my teeth. Before he committed to what he wanted to do, he asked that I give a chance to one more dentist…. Dean Dental practice. He made the appointment, then and there. Dean Dental, despite, a very busy day, took me immediately, as an emergency. I was shaking and crying when I arrived. They could NOT have been kinder. Despite taking me in as an emergency, they never once made me feel hurried. They took their time with me. They LISTENED to me. They gave me hope. And the next chapter in my journey, had begun.More in my next post. I had the choice of waiting in my car or going into the office. My temperature was taken & I was provided hand sanitizer. My hygienist, Sarah took every precaution to keep us both safe.

We are new to the area and have been welcomed into the practice by every single staff member we have met. My husbands and my first visits were very thorough, informative and- believe it or not-fun!! My son had a tooth extracted today and they did a fantastic job ensuring that he wasnt in pain and that he understood the process! Hey out there. Are you looking for just the right place to visit for all your dental needs? Then I strongly suggest that Dean Dental is the place to go. I went for my first visit, a consultation about lower implants and a new upper plate. The highly professional group took time in the consultation answering all my questions in a common easy to understand language. They also adjusted my upper plate until we decide on a long term solution. We plan on having a gum dentist check for the possibility of lower implants. Before you knew it I was done with the appointment, my blood pressure was normal, and I knew that I would eventually have teeth that I would be proud of. They also play the greatest office music. Felt very comfortable in the midst of a pandemic, many safety protocols followed. Everyone is always professional and friendly, and I got a thorough check- up!

While I am in the group of folks who do not like to go to the dentist, I have found the staff at Dean Dental very nice and more importantly professional, concerned and patient centered. They have always been above board with me in all aspects of care including cost. I was at the office recently to have a filling done on a top molar and I am particularly sensitive to drilling. After the first numbing didnt work, Dr. Dean had no problem giving me more numbing TWICE to ensure that I was able to tolerate the procedure well. I expect to go there for the rest of my life providing the staff outlive me!!

I cannot begin to thank the great people at Dean Dental enough. I had a bad infection from a tooth and couldn’t find anyone willing to see me in a timely manner at all. I called Dean Dental and they got me in right away. The staff were so friendly and nice. Same with the dr. And this is coming from someone who has had bad experiences with dentist. I never once felt uncomfortable or like I was judged. I will go back again and cannot recommend them enough.

The dental hygienist that performed my cleaning was very thorough and rinsed my mouth frequently allowing me to close my mouth often. For someone who suffers with TMJ this is a lifesaver.

Ive been going to Dean Dental for my annual checks and cleanings for a few years now, and they have always been excellent. Fillings are painless and the staff is so nice! I recently took my 3 year old for his first visit and they made him feel so at ease! He thought it was fun and cant wait to go back!

Not only is the staff extremely friendly but this is the first dentist practice I have gone to that I feel truly cares about the health of my teeth. They take time to attend to and address my specific needs as opposed to rushing through my appointments. They truly provide quality service. I am also able to setup appointments that are convenient for my schedule, and they are able to see me right away in terms of both scheduling appointments and once I arrive at the office; there is now wait.

Our family has lived in a few places throughout our lives, and we definitely know the difference between a good and not-so-good dentist office. Dean Dental is a wonderful dental group. From the front office, to the dental hygienist and techs to the doctors themselves. This is a whole family friendly office and highly recommend them to folks in the Washington community.
