Never had any dental work done before and was pretty hesitant, but Dr. Kail made my experience as comfortable as it could have been. He did amazing work with deep cleaning my teeth, along with filling a couple big cavities on my k9s all in under an hour. His assistant was super nice as well. I smiled with my teeth for the first time in years today can’t recommend enough!

I dont even know where to start this far the best dental care I have got in my whole life !!!! There have showed me nothing but love and respected. The whole team are amazing and they care bout their patience and how they feel and look means alot ......

Horrible service. Had an appointment for my 3 year old. My daughter isnt the best with dentists, she will cry and want me to hold her. When I called and made the appointment, I was told this would not be a problem. So after waiting in the waiting room 20 minutes past our appointment time we were taken back. And my daughter started crying. I asked the lady who was doing the appointment if it was ok for me to put my daughter on my lap. She said it was fine. After I put my daughter on my lap the lady left the room stating she would be right back. 2 minutes later the man whos name I didnt catch, walked into the room and handing me a card with a number on it for another dentist stating that they refused to see my daughter because of her behavior. The lady never even tried to look at my daughters teeth. If youre not going to see a crying child, at least have the decency to tell someone over the phone that when they tell you that their child isnt the best with dentists. Instead it was a giant waste of time.

I love seeing Dr. Kail and all the employees at Washington Dental! I have always had great interactions with them all and the job is always so well done. I definitely recommend!

The name is easy to get confused with the dentists office over by buffalo wild wings but they are two totally diffrent places who take diffrent insurances. But this is my preferred office never wait long the secretary he is great verry professional and easy to work with he is really nice as well. I give him 5 stars alone. The dentist is great also. Recommending all my family members to them.

My husband went to have a root canal and they glued his tongue to his tooth. We had to go to emergency room because dr Kail does not have an answering service and our primary care dr was concern he would aspirate his food. He found not eat or drink. His lack of empathy and support was disheartening. He never offered to pay our co pay and the er dr said he should have. He had pain because they had to pull his tongue away from his tooth. I’ve been a r n for 42 years have never seen this care. Soo sad. M murrman r n.

We were recommended by another office in Washington, because are insurance wasn’t accepted at the other office. Upon arrival, there was a short wait until my name was called. The assistants asked for the concerns regarding my mouth, then notified the dentist to start. The work I got done, was a root canal and a decayed tooth pulled. Even though there were two processes, the duration was a swift 30 minutes. Overall, fast service and kind workers would defiantly Recommend this office for dental work

Always a great experience at this office! I normally hate going to the dentist but they do everything they can to make it as comfortable as possible. Kayla is great!!! : )

I havent been to a dentist office in years.therefore I have quite a few bad teeth that need taken care of.I got one tooth out. one tooth fixed. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. being that I was terrified to go to the dentist in the first place. The dentist and his assistant AJ. They had my every need covered. questions, concerns .you name it. I give them 10 Stars if youre not going to Washington dental you need to start going to Washington dental

I called their office on a Monday morning and had my appt and root canal finished by the same afternoon. Dr. Kail and his staff were very kind and polite. Im very thankful I was able to call there and be seen the same day, I was in a lot pain for 3 and a half weeks! Im 4 days passed procedure and feeling great! Thank you again, and Ive told my dentist office they need to refer people up that way! :)

Great dentist and staff from Dr Kail to AJ to Ray and everyone. Very friendly and professional team. They all do a great job. I needed more service than originally expected and Dr Kail was very generous with the care and service he provided. I highly recommend them.

Definitely a great dentist and they’re all so friendly, I felt comfortable. I’ve been to multiple dentist and I always hated having to go back to multiple appointments to have fillings done, I liked that they did an entire side at my first visit. Most dentists do like 2, and have you come back or they’ll do X-rays and then have you come back, I liked being able to get almost everything done, I hate dentists so that’s a relief.Also, it didn’t take long for an appointment either, or for my follow up which is also super nice.

Ive been going to this dentist a little over a year now the entire staff is amazing. Their all very friendly and interactive you can tell they genuinely care and put effort into their work and thats so refreshing to see! My daughter is 2 and she is now a patient as well the woman who did her exam was so gentle and easy going. My daughter has a fear of doctors but she really liked her didnt freak out or anything. We wont be going anywhere else :)

Im 50 years old and this is the best dentist I have ever been to. Theyre so nice and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. The products are great as well! Cant say enough about this place!!!!

I had the opportunity to get back something that I had lost for so long. This office is the very best ! Everyone at Washington Dental is so kind and do there best to help you feel more comfortable. I had my dentures made there a couple months ago but because of the virus out break I had to wait till June 3rd to get them and have my remaining teeth removed. Dr Kail is great the entire staff is just the best. I have a beautiful smile now and its a great feeling,, Im so happy with my dentures, Thank you so much

Absolutely wonderful experience! I recently left my old dentist do to poor treatment . I had found this dentist office ! I absolutely love it, felt comfortable moment walked in. They took care of me that day with the issues I was having ! I am so thankful I found them and will be returning for further cleanings and any other dental problems I strongly recommend! Doctor Kail was amazing as well as Kayla the hygentist!! Worked great together and made experience excellent !

Went in for a broken tooth which they didnt fix and come out with infection from them not filling one of my tooth in right would not recommend

They did amazing work on my teeth. I needed a lot of work done on my front teeth.The entire staff is excellent. The dentist and staff care about their patients. They get you in and out of there. They are up to speed on modern techniques and very efficient. I highly recommend.

About a year ago needed some work done in a timely fashion and they was able to accommodate that need, great staff.. very pleased with the out come.. I’d highly recommend Washington Dental for all your Dental needs

Highly recommend this dentist! Today was my first time there. They are solving a simple problem for me that none of my other dentists bothered to care about fixing and has progressed to this stage. ALL staff I interacted with were extremely kind and friendly. Clean and nice looking place. Will be returning there from now on!

I was out of work and had state insurance at the time we started visiting this office, but my kids and I were still treated wonderfully. They really care about their patients and go above and beyond. I am extremely grateful for what they did for my son and myself, and we will definitely continue coming here for all of our future dental visits.

Best small town dentist around! I had issues my entire life that other dentists ignored or flat out told me couldn’t be fixed. But I went in for a check up and they addressed all my issues without me even bringing them up! They also didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed about the issues I had... like every other dentist I’ve been to had. You could tell that the whole staff just wanted to help and actually cared about their patients. I’ll never go anywhere else!!! I now have the smile I was told I’d never have, thanks to Washington dental!

Very nice staff & Dr. The office is really clean. The receptionist Ray is great. I had to reschedule due to an illness, then again due to my kids being sick, so when I was able to make it in, he remembered & asked how the kids were & thanked me for coming in.

I had a little emergency and they took me right in. Problem solved in one hour. Dr. Kail was friendly and very knowledgeable. Would recommend Washington Dental to anyone. Thanks again to Dr. Kail and his friendy professional staff.

Yesterday I had 3 teeth pulled and today there is NO SWELLING and hardly any pain! I have always had MAJOR dental anxiety, but Dr. Kail and his staff are so great I have no anxiety when I go
