**Edit**** Management contacted me and said this issue was fixed. I look forward to stopping in and try out the fixed wash! Thanks for your help!Used the city wash, and it did not wash the drivers side of the car. The cloth did not go on the hood of the drivers side, and my car looked rediculous with one side clean and the other hardly touched. Until this is fixed, I do not recommend this wash.

Always clean and in working order. I went to JH, and tried three different bays. The card readers would not work on three different bays. Then the change machines wouldnt take bills to get quarters...

Okay when they are open and not broke down. Becoming the same as other car washes. Would be nice to have an unlimited option where you by so much per month.

I love this place. Even the manual wash is fantastic. More soap in the manual wash to wash the cars than any other car wash Ive been to. only reason I gave it four stars cuz its a little pricey.

Didnt think the wash was what I paid for. I paid for the $10 ultimate wash, but only got 1 pre soak cycle, not 2, 1 rinse cycle, not 3, no foam polish and no blow dry. I did get the spot free rinse, but was very disappointed and wont be back.

Always reliable and easy to use.

Almost every trip to this car wash ends in something not working. Today it was the spotless rinse. Not sure if it is subpar parts or just an overall lack of attention to the equipment but I am tired of getting ripped off. There are plenty of other options.

The best part about this place was the pet wash. Then they just decide to take it away without any notice but keep the pictures. I drove 30 minutes with a nasty smelling dog in the back of my car just to drive all the way back. Very unprofessional. Update your pictures at least

We paid for the $10 wash and dry but the dryer shut off early and we didnt get to dry our car even though it had 38 seconds left. when I came in the next day to question why it shut off they told me OH, because we put extra sensors on here and you must have tried backing up.

Wish 1 star wasnt even an option. I went to the cloth wash as I was trying to remove some salt and mild surface snow dust off the car. They only have 3 options and even the cheapest gives you just a basic wash and thats it for $5. I said what they hey decided to go for the $10 full wash and dry..the so claimed high pressure was more like a rinse. Im pretty certain my shower has more pressure. The whole wash and rinse lasts about 2 minutes which isnt enough, low water pressure, and slower than most mop spins. Once I started to go through the heated dry, I looked at the timer and it said I had 56 seconds left and within a few seconds it turned itself off and said 0. So now Im left $10 less for a car that looks like someone just sprayed my car down with hose water thats now frozen and a film of dirt is caked underneath. Im pretty sure it just swirled the dirt all around the car and didnt clean it. Dont come here. Take a little extra time and go to Peoria where a $10 mop wash gives you the whole works with wax, longer washes and free vacuums. This place offers none of that.

My sales man was Brandon Axelrod and he was awesome from the start to the finish! I test drove numerous cars, the 2017 Camaro was Beast, unfortunately I went with a Ford Explorer, very nice!! This is my 3rd vehicle with Uftring and wont be my last. Thank you to all that took part! Uftring group is where its at......

Great that they take credit cards. Need to replace garage doors so you dont have to back up when complete. Spend some money on maintenance.

Needs a little more time, and the Blower isnt as strong. And now my car looks a little smudgey.

Pet wash is convenient but a bit pricy with only one option and no credit card reader so come with exact bills or you’re out of luck. No attendant on lot when we got there so had to leave to get change. My furry friend did get a nice bath and the wash was adequate along with the blower to help dry him off a bit. As far as the car wash itself goes, I’d give the manual bays 5 stars and the automatic maybe a 2 star. Good self service bays and water pressure but the automatic wash did not do a very good job cleaning my car on multiple occasions. Sunnyland car wash a bit down the road is far superior for brushed automatic. All in all good option if you’re using the self service bays or need to give your pup a good scrub.

Its okay there are definitely better ones towards Sunnyland. The biggest issue is the underbody spray for the automatic stays on long enough to get the front bumper and thats about it. Not great for getting salt off the ENTIRE underbody in the winter time.

One star might be too high. Since its winter, havent been through in awhile, but decided to go. New sign on the machine outside that says to pull up until the buzzer sounds. I pull in to where it normally sounds, and nothing, so I keep inching forward. Finally it sounds, and its quite a bit further than normal. The machine starts and keeps repeating what its already done. I call the office and the man behind me gets out to get whoever is working. This older man comes on asking why Im parked where I am and that its the wrong place. I told him that I stopped when the buzzer sounded. He has a horrible attitude and tells me I need to pull up and hell get the door to open so I can go out. The $10.00 wash was a total of getting rinsed off. I can see the guy in my mirror and get is standing at the back of the wash with his hands in his pockets. I did not adk, but I thought maybe he would offer a refund, or a token for another wash. Nothing. He approached me and very few people make me really nervous, but I was essentially stuck in that building with this rude gentleman. Ive been home almost an hour and Im still shaky. Wont be going back there...

Best car wash in the area. Has a pet wash, three self service was bays, one touchless car wash and a automatic cloth car wash. Open 24/7 unless extremely cold. Attending on duty 6:30 AM to between 2:15, 3:00 PM.

No way to get change for a $10 or $20. Dog wash is $10 and the machine doesnt give change or take credit cards. Come prepared!!!

Some of the other automated car washes in the area didnt do a very good job. This one did.

Minimum $7 for a touchless wash. Said wash was totally ineffective, I could have removed more dirt from the car by spraying it with a garden hose. Never going back, total ripoff.
