Came and wanted to get quick detail since my vehicle is only three weeks old and wanted to clean it up after a road trip! Want to maintain the new clean feel! Burke was amazing and very professional. Cool dude, very personable. Loved the detailed walked through before and after to make sure it was up to our standards. He actually noticed a spot on the back windshield during the last walk through and cleaned it off to make sure the car was completely clean. Will definitely be coming back for another service soon, as this place is conveniently located.

I appreciate the ease getting service: love the online reservation and ability to do errands etc and return. Burke was very professional checking in. The older gentleman who’s about 5’9 was nice when picking up and enthusiastic about the work. Unfortunately I had to return because of some issues: the young lady with the locks was very accommodating and nice and gave no drama when I asked for some corrections on the previous service. Appreciated her customer care! Based on her alone I’ll try again. But probably just for basic service. And it’s too bad: I was looking for a regular spot for the works. my bf died and gave me the car: it’s black and every time I’ve ever had a black car in the past I’ve had regular washing, buffing, clay, and detailing.So: I paid over 400 for buff, wash, shampoo and tip. I even paid an extra 20 for a dirty car fee even though it wasn’t that bad- just my bf had never detailed or cleaned good inside and smoked in it. And there are some scratches and dents: I get that.Anyway:Just check the car in the light. At first glance all was well. The carpet cleaning was okay: my buddy actually got off some areas they missed. Wax residue on the windows and car and streaking weren’t visible until in the light. Residue still on the bumper from some big bug or something on the highway…upholstery spotting…Some inside areas weren’t touched and the vacuum wasn’t completed in the trunk and some other small- but cumulatively irritating things. Didn’t want any irritation for that price.Vacuumed. Cleaned what was missed. Removed most of the wax residue. Etc. Just saw more wax residue yesterday.

I was able to make an appointment for same day detailing and Darrell and Willie did a great job. Totally satisfied!

Definitely worth the price. Staff is professional and very detail oriented. Car looks as good as when I first picked it up from the dealership. Will be coming here regularly.

I just came back from my cross country trip, I made 7 thousand miles, so you can imagine how the car looked like. Dust everywhere, the whole front bumper covered with dead bugs, dirty floor mats. I picked up a car two hours later and it as I just bought it. They did an amazing job, the crew is meticulous, fast and professional. I will definitely go back there.

Absolutely incredible service by Darrell! He took care of my Mercedes last night as he was closing with a full outside detailing and washing and getting rid of all the dirt and grim off my car from all the construction dust around DC.Darrell got my car looking brand new! He was a great conversationalist while cleaning my car and it was overall a great first experience with inside out express car wash!My car was clean by hand quickly and he did not miss a spot!I will be back soon!

I had a great experience here, made an appointment on a Friday morning for that same afternoon. They even contacted me to come in earlier! My seats were pretty dirty (mom car) however they did a great job trying to get the stains out. Will definitely come back, Thanks again guys!

I was the last car of the day and Darrell took his time. He did not rush and every corner of the car was cleaned to perfection. My car has not been this cleaned since the day I purchased it. Additionally, I did not have any where to go/errands to run, so after walking to Starbucks for coffee, when I returned Darrell got a chair for me to sit down in while he finished my car. This is THE place to go in the DMV. I booked the $45 exterior wash and Darrell did not fail to impress. He went above and beyond, making sure to take care of small details that would otherwise be overlooked. Super personable with great results. I went to pick up dinner 5 minutes after the wash and when I got out of the car, a random passerby said “nice car” about my 2012 Sonata. Absolutely recommend.

Im really pleased with how clean my car is inside and out. Javie and Josve did great, detailed work and everyone there was very pleasant and helpful. The cleaning took a little longer than I expected, but it was totally worth it- Ill just build that expectation into my timing next time I go. I would definitely recommend this place.

Our car was 11 months of new baby and new puppy dirty so Ill let you just visualize that. I felt bad bringing it to them in such condition but it needed more help than I could give it. They went over and above in every respect and I now have what looks like a new car!! Well definitely be going back (much sooner next time)!

This was the first time and I would like more explanation of how and what works. But, it was not bad and I will bring my car again.

The wash was fine but I came back with less car mats than I came in with. When I called 2 hours later that I noticed a rear mat (which is really expensive abs limited edition for my car) was missing the Detailer said it was never there. There is also a missing limited edition coaster from the same side which I didn’t notice until the detailer said it on the phone. But it was there with my last wash. Won’t be going back.

Just left! Overall, great experience and the Jeep looks awesome. You may pay more for the service than the random car wash but the money spent is evident! The employees are all amazing and I appreciated all of my interactions.Even if it may not be your regular thing, a car wash here is a nice treat for your car.Be safe guys!

I had an amazing experience at Inside Out last week. I took my car in for detailing and buff. The results were excellent. This is the best my car has looked since I drove it off the lot 4 years ago, by far.But the most amazing thing is that, when Starlin was showing me the work they had done on my car, he handed me $140 that he had found in my car on the floor between the front seats. He had already shown himself to be a friendly, efficient, respectful, conscientious young man in his dealings with me. This gesture showed him to be honest and honorable as well.Starlin is an amazing young man.

We did the $45 car wash inside/outside service plus wax and could not be happier with how our car looks.It’s great value for money- our car has never been this clean and I didn’t even recognize our car when I walked up! They do an immensely better job then we could ever do ourselves.It was so easy to make an appointment and convenient to park and then run errands while the service was being done.Will be coming back here again for sure!

5 stars for the amazing customer service I received. EXTREMELY helpful and very customer service oriented staff. They explained the process for my first time visit and recommended adding the aqua seal protective sealant for my BMW-X5. The car washing area was clean, efficient and organized. My car was cleaned to my liking and I’ll definitely return on a consistent basis as there aren’t many places in the Capitol Hill area to get your car cleaned with VIP service.

Found Inside Out Express Car Wash nearby, when I was visiting DC recently. I went there for the convenience, and came away highly impressed with every aspect of this establishment. Their attention to detail made my 2013 Lexus look brand new again! Customer service was the best Ive ever experienced. Well worth the price. I wish they would open one where I live in Cleveland, Ohio.

I went out Inside Out Express Car Wash today for the first time and I was beyond impressed! Both the supervisor and the owner were there are were very attention and extremely nice. My car was cleaned in a timely fashion, and it looked incredible when I picked it up. I 100% plan on being a repeat customer each time my car needs to be detailed. Inside Out Express Car Wash has the best prices in the area for car detailing, hands down, AND the best product.

I was pretty disappointed with this place. Brought my SUV in this past week for a detail, and it felt like they did the bare minimum. Surfaces were all wiped down, but not really scrubbed clean. They did not do the full exterior wax (though they at least reduced the price a bit because of that. They did not bother to vacuum the full center console until I pointed it out...and they took out the center divider from the cup holder and almost let me drive away without it. This was a step up from the interior cleaning my car gets when I bring it to the dealer for an oil change, but didnt really feel like a full detail.I believe part of the problem was that they were understaffed on the day I brought it in - they gentlemen who did the job said they usually have two people working, and they day I brought it in they only had one. This meant he had to rush through it - and it showed.On a positive note, it is very convenient if you live and work on Capitol HIll, staff is polite, and they were overall very trustworthy and easy to deal with. I just wish they had done a more thorough job.

I got my car detailed, and it was an excellent and professional service. Starlin called to confirm the appointment the morning of, were accurate about the estimate, and did a very thorough job. We have a light color interior, and the car looks like new. I will definitely use Inside Out again. If you are in SE it is also very conveniently located in an Eastern Market parking garage, so you can go to the grocery store, library, playground, etc while you wait.

I heard of this detailing car wash about a week ago, and I usually don’t go anywhere from word of mouth but I looked at the reviews and thought to myself maybe i should give it a try. Yesterday I went for the 1st time and I will definitely tell you it will not be my last. I am new to the area and didn’t think much of it because of where it’s located (in a garage) but it was worth every penny. I was greeted by phone and in person by a gentleman named Tracy (I hope I’m spelling it correctly) and he was kind and courteous. My car was stellar by the time returned and he did a phenomenal job. It’s worth the time and money, very satisfied customer here!

I’m from the Atlanta Georgia area and was visiting family in the DC area. After a long and exhausting drive, I needed to have my car cleaned. I came across this outstanding establishment and I must tell you, they were highly professional, knowledgeable and skilled in detailing my car! Should have taken “before” pictures. It’s hard to find a great car wash service in DC for $45... but this place nails it. They clean down to the crevices and pay attention to detail. Highly recommend you drop your car off before you go to Trader Joe’s for grocery shopping. Sometimes it may take longer... but it’s worth it.

I was visiting from out-of-town, and before leaving, I wanted to get my car detailed. This place was recommended and it did not disappoint!! I usually only frequent one car wash but I stepped outside my comfort zone due to time constraints. I have to honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised. I was aware that it was a new car wash but the employees were phenomenal. Very pleasant and most importantly, my car looked and smelled incredible at the end of it. When I came back, I didn’t recognize my car. It looked brand new! They walked me through the car and they are meticulous. They cleaned places I didnt even know existed. The most exhaustive detailing Ive experienced in DC Metro area! After weeks of winter driving and a couple of road trips made my car a mess, both inside and out (no pun intended), I decided to try this car wash while heading to brunch in Barracks Row. Little did I know, I found my new spot!The team left no crevice untouched, removing the crumbs and dirt from even the pesky cracks of the leather seats and corners of the cupholders. My floor mats looked brand new, and the car sparkled like when I drove it off the lot.Great attention to detail, and a knowledgeable staff that took me through every inch of my car to ensure my satisfaction.

I was extremely impressed by the service I received on my car today and I will definitely be back. So convenient as they cleaned my car while I was grocery shopping at Trader Joe’s and the owner, Tim, who described himself (his words, not mine!) as “a bit OCD” was an incredibly nice guy with a great can-do, customer is always right type of business personality. You don’t find that too much these days and I really commend him for that and hope this company will be around for a long time because they do great work and they’re very detail oriented. My car looked amazing inside after they cleaned it and that is saying a LOT seeing as I have a toddler and kindergartener who are allowed to snack in the car!

I contacted this company and asked specifically if they had availability, what type of payment they took, and where they were located. The gentleman over the phone answered my questions and advised to come and receive service. Upon arriving, I was greeted with “do you have an appointment?” I told the young man I did not and had called previously minutes before arrival. His response was you need an appointment, we cannot take you as we have other scheduled appointments or you can wait an hour and a half and we “may” be able to get to you. If I’d know this was the Tunnel circa 1993 I wouldn’t have bothered. I should have been told before over the phone that I need to make arrangements before trying to find this place and paying for parking. May have been a great service for others but I had a horrible experience and will not be returning.

This is definitely a VIP experience. Just be sure to make an appointment. The parking garage is a little bit like a maze, but otherwise this was super easy and convenient!

It’s a terrible service! I scheduled an appointment a day ago. I arrived and I needed to wait 1 hour because it was busy. But in 1 hour I got message that they don’t have time to wash car because they are still busy, but other cars were washed when we returned.
