Seriously worth every penny. My car hadn’t been washed in 2 months and I had a plant turn over in my back seat. When they were done my car was spotless and shining. I will absolutely be back!

Had a very poor experience with this company. After the initial car cleaning my wheels, grill and enterior dash was still dirty. I politely asked the worker if he could once over the vehicle and he gave me attitude. He stated that we dont detail cars and that im not paying him enough for that. I spoke to the apparent manager who also acted as if I was asking for a complete detail. Eventually they agreed to properly clean the vehicle.

The most fake car wash I had ever seen. I paid 23 dollar and all the dusts inside and outside not cleaned. Since I was late to my appointment I have no time to say some.

Been going through here for years. Depends on the workers the quality of service you get. Management are responsive to any issues you present and take a hands on approach immediately.

The last 3 times coming here in the last two months have been the same problem. They dont vacuum the car fully, clean the windows, or wipe the car fully dry like most other places. I came because I use to use this place a lot and its close to me. I always end up going behind them and complaining. I will not be back for more of this shabby service.

Its relatively close to DC and it only cost $15 to clean my Jeep layered in grime.

This car wash is kind of hidden away, and may look small. The results are a very clean car. They are vacuum your car and then ask you stay in the car during the wash, this is due to the COVID 19 situation. I think that is very considerate in regard to being safe. I would highly recommend this car wash.

Efficient - $14 wash, $3 wheel clean. Got my floor mats washed, could have been better at the dash wipe and rims but I was in and out of there with a light detour to work.

I arrived an hour before closing and they were closed. Im not wasting time to go back since they didnt even have the common decency to put a closed early online or onsite. The man ran to his car as I was pulling in and just sat inside. He watched as a looked around and he pulled off.

They charge extra to put water on your tires, 😔 will not return

The family owned business is great!!! I have been going to them for nearly 20 years. The entire team is very friendly and do a great job on all the cars that I have owned. They take care of their customers and are very patient.

Horrible hand car wash. All rushed. not cleaned at all. JUST SPRAY AND DRY. Do not go here. I paid close to $24 but I can pay $15 and get a better job done.

Do not! I repeat DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$ and time here. I know they work hard but they dont pay attention to any detail whatsoever; they just want to put your car through the machine and wait for you to pay. It better to pay a few more bucks somewhere else but not here. They dont do anything; their $20 deals is a waste. My car wasnt even dried when I left and the dash wasnt even cleaned even though I paid for it. They only vacuum the front of the car they dont care about the back.

Paid for “the works”. Outside looked good but they barely touched the inside. Only vacuumed the floor, not the seats. The car wash in Van Ness does a much better job.

For @$22 (the works). I was somewhat disappointed. It used to be a really great place. I had to wipe my inside windshield. My back window had not been wiped good, wax drippings were left..The vacuum either needs replacing but it was subpar..Maybe Ill give it one my try before I find a new carwash

Quick, professional and a great clean! Its one of the best washes in town! You just get in line with the car, tell them what kind of wash you want, let them take over the vacuuming and floor mats, pay the cashier, leave a tip in the box, and collect a clean car! Definitely will be visiting again.

They do a really good job and Im in and out fairly quick.

Very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the wash. My car has never looked better! Towel dry to avoid streaks or smudges and short line. My luck that every time I get my car washed it rains the next day.

What a find! You can pay a lot more to get your car washed if you like and will probably discover that the job wasnt as good! Keep in mind that this isnt a place to get your car detailed. Its where you go for a quick wash and vacuum.

Got the works for $20 expecting a really nice wash. Had to go home and do the rest of the work myself. Lot of guys moving quickly did a really poor job! Dont go here

This car wash is absolutely APPALING, the owners sat comfortably behind thick glass and it seems like they don’t give a damn about the working conditions or satisfaction of the employees. Employees were ill equipped and unmotivated. I got “The Works” for $20, only to have them put 4 wet mats into a poorly vacuumed vehicle, many areas of the car were untouched and left dirty, after voicing my dissatisfaction about the wet mats, the employees pretended to have dried them out, but when I got back into the car it was exactly the same. The car wash machine they used was very harsh on my paint as well, I noticed some new scratches. I had to basically finish off the work they left behind. My advice, don’t go, until the owners provide humane conditions for employees and get the best out of them, till then...never going back

Wish I read the reviews before I went. Just moved to DC and needed a good local place. After paying $13 for a job that an automated drive-through behind your local Hess station could have done for $5 I get my car back to the parking garage and realize its streaked and still has dirt all over it. The works is $20 or so and if you dont get that package they dont even take a brush to your wheels to remove brake dust. Ive never seen such a thing. Mind you I barely drive my car so it wasnt very dirty, more so just dusty from sitting inside. If you go there expecting a good $13 car wash just give $2 to some kid on the street and tell him to run a hose over your car for 3 minutes, youll get the same result.

I have a truck and they didnt vacuum the back and did a half way job in front. And paid extra for the tire shine AnD they did a half way job with that. Im not going back but thank you

This car wash used to be great. Now they use dirty towels to dry the cars. I always pay for the best wash and they dont even vacuum the inside of the car.

Solid car wash place. At first, when you see this place it might look sketchy, but my fears were quickly dispelled when I saw a couple cop cars waiting in line to get washed. Prices are good and they did a good job cleaning out the inside of my car as well as the outside. Will definitely come back here.

Not good service at all. Though multiple persons come to wash your car, but they are not doing job properly. just somehow within a very short time they are done with their job which can not make you happy with the wash of your car.

An out of the way car wash in the heart of DC. Often passed by it worth it. Quick & thorough wash for someone who doesnt have all day.

Very poor service, i went to clean my car and my back seat was all wet, when i kindly asked for a dry towel to dry it, the idiot that calls himself boss, told me i can by one for 4$. I had a thought to rip off his mustache but I didnt want to make probldms to myself. Very, very poor for 40$ bucks. Avoid this place if youre smart

They don’t clean your car... just try to wipe it off and get rid of you. I could still see the streaks from their rags on the hood of my car

Wash is horrible and when a problem arises of course no one speaks English all of a sudden! Washes are overpriced to not be hand washed! We need an old school hand carwash in NE ASAP!!!

They do a fairly good job on the car wash but under NO Circumstances should you get tire or wheel service. You will be disappointed.

Vacuming is randomly poor . They dont take their time to look for the any other particles that are in the corners. I paid 22 dollars in return I got like a 10 dollar car wash

I only go here during emergency washes: after it snows. They do a very poor job with vacuuming and I always end up vacuuming behind them at home or asking for a rag to dry my bumper or rims.......

What a waste of time and money. Maybe the heat and close to closing time didnt help.

They made me feel uncomfortable. They kept starting at my hair like I was an alien and I didnt clean the inside of the car when I specifically asked them to in the beginning
