They did a good job with the exterior of my car, but did not clean the rims. My rubber mats my tire rims, nor my door jamb were not cleaned, and my carpets were poorly vacuumed. I wish I had inspected my car prior to driving off. The type of service rendered was not the service I paid for. I will not return here. I saw another car wash place south of this place, so I will try them out the next time I need my car cleaned.

Inspect your wash before you leave. They did a good job, but did not vacuum my hatch space. With the point of the me getting the Ultimate package being to have a clean car, I ended up going back around and waiting in line simply to have a process done that should have already been complete.Overall, pretty good and Im likely to return.

They do very good work. They move fast and get the job done. Just make sure you get everything you paid extra; i.e., cleaning mats.

Just went there to get my car wash. Gave them another chance but it seems that the quality of the service has gone downhill.I got home and realized that they had thrown my rubber mats that were wet on top of my leather seats.Car was still dirty even paying for a premium wash.Windows half cleaned, bird droppings still on the car after 4 if them went around wiping down the whole car.I dont know what else to tell you.Since the Hispanic guys left the service has gotten worse.Sorry but time to shop for a different place.Improve your seevoce.I doubt they will read this since they dont even answer their phone either.

Let me start this one by pontificating on how it’s ridiculous that people get so crazy and set such high expectations for their car washes.My overall experience today was probably more like 2 stars, but that had more to do with the other patrons being complete psychopaths more than it did with the car wash or it’s employees. I don’t understand how everyone working here didn’t just throw in the towel, literally, and walk away with the way they were being spoken to by the patrons acting like idiotic juveniles.The car wash facilities are a bit outdated, but they get the job done. The people working there were friendly and working hard. The outcome of the car wash was excellent.It’s more of a four-star type of place, but after seeing what they have to deal with day in and day out, I added an extra star for their misery.

I just totally wasted $38.00 dollars today 03/04/2019.I personally think this place has seen better days. The quality of the wash was poor! My suv had to be washed twice to look half decent. The staff who’s suppose to dry the cars off are the worst. So now I have to play manager in order to have a decent looking car wash... GREAT😐 Welp... they suck.

My go to car wash. They have the best prices and quality in the area. Sometimes can be a hit and miss on what days and times they are open.

Getting my car washed, waxed, and vacuumed only cost $26 and 15 minutes, and they did a great job. Very pleased!!

Overall disappointing after 2 tries. They do a quick run through with the vacuum, leaving behind most of the debris, then wipe down (cursorily) the surfaces, pass the car through an automated wash and finally half wipe it dry by hand. Not much attention was paid to the details.

This is a best carwash in DMV area. The workers are so friendly and polite. I Like going to this carwash.

This place was closed when I came on a Saturday, despite the hours’ being listed on Google as open all day. I’ve submitted an edit suggestion to Google stating no Saturday hours—but are they closed permanently or just not on Saturdays?

Gets the job done, good price. I appreciated the complimentary vacuum and pressured air blower afterwards too.

They just made my two-year old, desert-filthy car look brand new again. My new go-to car wash any time Im in DC . I would give even more stars if I could.

I normally have liked this wash in the past but in the latest wash, they jacked up my rear wiper blade. I need to replace it.
