I had a very good experience with this car detailing service back in July. I reached out to them a couple weeks in advance and they promptly scheduled me for an appointment.The service itself was excellent. They spent a significant amount of time working on my car and focused on doing a thorough job. I would certainly recommend William and his team to my friends/family.

Terrific in every way. This company is quick and efficient in communicating. They confirmed the day before and arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time. TheWork is the what I’ve seen. My car - 10 year old black BMW - had lost its shine. Permanent water spots were everywhere in the clear coat. After a couple hours with the technician, the car looked liked new. This has lasted through several washes and I am confident is a permanent change. Thanks so much!

Great service. Will came to me, on a Saturday, and worked very hard to make the car look like new inside (I didnt have him do the outside). I will use Will again and would highly, highly recommend. He was very pleasant and professional, and was great communicating to schedule and then confirm the appointment. He was right on time too. I shopped around online and his pricing is very reasonable.

Honestly, 5 stars doesn’t do this man and his company any justice. I would give 10 stars if I could. Excellent service for the price, it exceeded my expectations. I was in desperate need for an interior detailing because someone vomited in the front right seat the day before. Found Smart Choice Mobile Auto Detailing, gave them a call, an hour later, Will came, 2 hours later my car was as good as new. Will was very flexible and did an outstanding job.I highly recommend this business for your detailing needs. I looked at the 1 and 2 star reviews, and honest to God, I did not encounter any of the mentioned issues they had. I will most certainly make him my go to guy for future detailing and will most definitely be recommending him to my friends. Ten out of ten stars all around.

These people are amazing. We had a food spill that stained the carpet in my new car so I was worried but they took care of it with only a one day notice. Great service, super clean, back to brand new. The fact that they drive to you is so convenient, you can continue working at the office while your car is getting cleaned! Will is also super nice and friendly.

I ended up getting my car detailed very very well by these guys out of my envy that my coworker came to work last week with an impressively clean, fresh-smelling car. I asked who did the job, and he referred me to Sharp Detail. I went and I came home gushing just at the pleasant service and wonderful experience.You see, my car not old, just about 4 years, a Nissan. But it looked a lot older than that because I am not exactly the best when it comes to taking care of my car. I was even embarrassed to show the detailer, my car, with the dirt buildup underneath, the stains in the trunk, the dusts, the spots, and the stench.But he was a real professional and didn’t mind, even added that he had seen worse. I went for their premium package which wasn’t expensive, apparently, because I knew that’s what my car needed.He was very helpful, even explaining to me each step as he was doing it. He explained a lot of things about taking care of my car. He was a great person to talk to. The result was a car with cool, clean looks. I am definitely going again!

Literally should be 0 stars as in NONE AVOID DO NOT USE.I had an appointment scheduled and he - 30 minutes before the service and while he was supposedly on the way cancelled the appointment because he felt too pressured and stressed when I asked him to confirm what he told me over the phone which was that it takes him 3 hours to clean the car for which he was provided the year make and model during our original call. If you cant accept the job, then dont accept it. Dont waste my time.Its entirely unprofessional and childish what I had to go through with this vendor.

I cant even give one star because he didnt end up coming to do the service. Quoted me one time for the client, then bails while hes on the way because its too much pressure and stress. Excuse me? This is literally your job and YOU quoted that the time would work. Now I have to explain this to my client. Insanely unprofessional.

I have used Williams Smart Choice Auto Detailing service five times in the last three years. I wish every business transaction was as transparently honest as the way Will works. He brings his own water and electricity and provides top notch services. I love this business

Will and now his partner are great, I have been using them for the past several years and am always impressed with the work he does. He is timely and efficient and gets every scrap of dog hair out of my upholstery. Highly recommend.

I contacted them last week and have been speaking to them everyday on the phone since. So hard to get a proper appointment, and every single time, I get different quotations and I ask for the same thing everytime. I have already found a better detailer service and I will never contact you again for anything.

Let me just begin by saying I am pleased with the cleanliness of my vehicle. However the customer services is horrible. They arrived 45 minutes late. I have a sports car, so no one rarely sits in the back sit. I noticed two days after my vehicle was cleaned that my backseat carpet mats were missing. I contacted the owner inquiring where my mats were located and his exact response was, The original mats were not gonna clean them because they were too old and dirty, you should get new ones theyre $20 at autozone and cheaper at Walmart. As I stated I rarely have backseat passengers. The back mats were cleaner than the front mats. I can only assume he did not want to clean the mats and discarded them in hopes I would not notice. If you use this service look, make sure you have your mats before they leave.

They need to park next to you or behind you to do the work. So they cant serve Georgetown at all. Spent half an hour trying to set up an appointment. Every attempt resulted in another condition. Impossible to work with.

Wilan is the best! I have a beat up old 2004 Toyota and felt silly spending money on luxury detailing. But Wilan treated my car and me like first class! He was able to find and remove the unknown smell in my car. And followed up 2 days later to make sure the smell was still gone and that there were had no issues. Scheduling was a breeze. I would definitely use again!

Awesome and professional

My new 2014 camaro is my first- and LAST black car! Keeping it looking clean is a constant battle- which is why I searched desperately for a detailer that I could trust. Well I found him, Will is the best!, he arrived on time and gave my camaro all the TLC it deserved. It looks perfect (and Im quite the perfectionist when it comes to cars!) Cant thank him enough :) highly recommended.

Ive never had my car detailed before. Im not that kind of guy. Im a father of two and my sons and my dog make a mess of my camry anyways, inside and out. My brother, hes got a couple nice cars. And he came for a visit and after he left I got an e-mail saying that a complete car detailing had been purchased for me from him on paypal. for fathers day. I guess they have Smart Choice Mobile Auto Detailing all over the states.So I took the toys and fast food out of the car and took it down to get detailed. I came back in a couple hours and when I saw my car it was like a t.v. show, like I had won a brand new car. shiny and brite. I didnt think it would ever look like that again and Im sure it wont ever look as good as that again unless I go back to Smart Choice Mobile Auto Detailing.The guys are trustworthy, nice, and seem to love what they do.
