This is a scam. I set up an appointment with Greg and sent him a deposit of over $200 for him to pick up my car to detail it. He didn’t show up and didn’t respond to my messages or calls. I looked the business up on the MD state website and its business license was forfeited so I don’t know how to get a refund!Now he’s going to claim he’s never done business with me, I’m a clown, and it’s some absurd competitor trying to besmirch his reputation. Like dude it’s car detailing, it’s not that deep. I know he’s going to do this because I looked through the responses to all of the 1 star reviews (many noting harassment from Greg) and they all have ridiculous and responses from the owner which really only underscores how unprofessional he is. Also note that most of the 5 star reviews use the same syntax and glowing remarks about pet stains.

Greg is simply the best! He came to my house to get the car and take it to wash at his shop, and there’s also the option to have it done at your own home. Such a great service since I could continue working while my car was being cleaned. The car was in terrible shape, lots of stains and pet dander and they literally brought it back to life! This was no small job, and they did it with a level of care found only in reputable businesses that truly care about what they do. They really treated it like it was their own car. My mind is blown away by what a difference this auto detailing job made. Words can’t express how thankful I am. They really got me out of a sticky situation. I will definitely be back as a repeat customer. Do not hesitate to book them for your auto detailing needs!

I never got to use any of Eco Klean Carz services because of their lack of professionalism in scheduling. I booked a service on the website and received email confirmation, then heard nothing else for a week. About 15 minutes before my scheduled service yesterday, I called the number on my email confirmation to ask if they were still coming to get my car. The man who answered said he was the owner, and had no idea what I was talking about. Apparently, he doesn’t pay attention to online bookings and only handles bookings by phone. Since he was unprepared to do my service yesterday, he scheduled to pick up my car at 7:30 am this morning, but when I woke up, it was raining. He reached out to me and said he’d come by once the rain stopped. I called him when the rain stopped at around 10 am and he didn’t answer. Then, he sends a text asking for my address - at 4 PM! I kindly informed him that I would not need his services.A word of advice to the owner:- If you don’t honor/pay attention to online bookings, don’t offer them. Instruct prospective customers to call for bookings, since that’s how you seem to do business.-Don’t waste people’s time, and communicate if you are not able to come at a designated time so that people can plan accordingly.Do better.

I called/emailed several services on Monday morning needing a detail on Tuesday morning. Left a message for Greg and he was the first to get back to me (within an hour or so) and was able to fit me on Tuesday morning. He was about an hour late but he took me short notice so not a big deal. Very professional and took care of me for a reasonable cost. Picked up my car and returned it within 2 hours for a full interior detail including steem and washed the outside and wheels as well. Definitely recommend.

After my first visit here Im not surprised why it showed up first when I searched best dc car wash. The guys were incredibly accommodating, professional and skilled. Left my car without a spot and feeling new inside and out. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a last minute or serious car detailed. Cash works the best and be sure to enter the garage from N street.

Greg is a hero. First he gave our car a great clean. The valet service was very convenient and allowed us to go about our day while he gave regular updates via text. We had a bunch of pet hair inside and rat feces under the hood. When the car was returned it was like new. Then, we realized we actually had a dead rat wedged between the engine and another part and Greg went the extra 100miles removing the dead animal piece by piece. We can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond

Almost seemed too good to be true but I just got my car back and Im very happy! Ive never had a car detailed before but my car was full of dog hair and crumbs. Tried to clean it myself and couldnt get it all out from between the cracks. Now its spotless! Eco Klean is literally cheaper faster and easier than any of the places I was looking. I got everything I wanted done for $50 less and I never had to leave my house which was amazing. They had it done in an hour and a half! Will definitely use again.

Had a wonderful experience. I scheduled the appointment for a Saturday thinking I would drop my car off and not have it for the day. However Greg called me and offered to complete the detail 5 days earlier after work. I was confused until he explained that he offers a valet service. He came to my house, took my car to a garage to clean and brought it back completely detailed an hour and a half later. It was awesome! I did not have to be without my car during the work day, I was able to run an errand while waiting, and received text updates along the way. I would totally recommend this service to anyone. Prices are very fair for the quality and the time saving.

Greg saved the day! I drive on both Uber and Lyft platforms and I had a problematic passenger who had too much alcohol to drink and threw up all over my car. The mess wasnt just on the carpeting and seat but it got behind the door panel on the rear left door. I had tried another cleaner who just poured cleaning solution over it and got out what he could with paper towels and it did not quite remove everything. Greg not only saved the day by cleaning the car properly. He had to correct the work done by someone who didnt know what they were doing. Greg is an honorable man and he was very careful with my equipment. He got out the vomit on the seat on the floor and behind the door panel. We even had to disassemble the door panel to get all that out. But great w took the matter seriously and properly got my car right again. His steam cleaning was the best interior cleaning I had ever had done by anyone to my vehicle period from now on, if I need detailing its going to be with Greg. Thanks fornqorkong on my vehicle. Although the app provides sceduling options, Greg advised that he was not available at the requested time. We agreed that he should come at 0730 the next day. At 0730, I texted him for his eta and he responded a few minutes later with a screen shot of him just departing his location over an hour away. He finally arrived at 0945 with some excuse. I had scheduled the $225 steam clean package for my small suv which according to the web was approximately 360 mins. 2 hours later, he advised the car was finished. The door jams had not been touched as evidenced by the dirt on the rubber moldings/seals, tree seeds still caught in the edges, and wayer marks left on the rear view mirrors. The front hood still had residue from a bug strike and there was chemical drip spots on the grill. Immediately upon my first indication of the door jams not being touched, greg copped an attitude with me and argued about my handling of the situation which was this. The job he did was good for a $30 added service from a normal car wash interior cleaning (armor all on dashboard and leather, shine on wheels, and shampooed carpets). It was a far cry from a $225 valet hand waxed, paint protection, steam cleaned detail service. Greg lacked professionalism from start to finish, and payment process using cash/credit pay from my phone via any free cash app is sketchy as Ive ever seen. I wish Greg the best of luck in running his personal car wash business behind the facade of a legitimate corporate website, I understand times are difficult. I needed my car cleaned and my normal car wash service is not doing inside service right now. I really dont mind giving him my business today for that reason alone. But I can not recommend this service to others given the price charged, work done, or business decorum he demonstrated.RESPONSE: I said nothing about Gregs race and stated nothing but the facts about the service received. The fact that Greg went there first in this confrontation indicates to me that he is Race Baiting. If he wants to bring race into an argument that is clearly business related about service quality, he has no business being in a service provider business. He has much growing to do in both self awareness and business acumen. I also just submitted a complaint to SCC about greg and his business in response to the threatening texts he just left on my phone and the 100 block phone call attempts he just made to my number between 453pm and 5:15pm.

Greg from EcoKlean Carz Detailing was terrific. He responded immediately by text and phone, scheduled me for the next day, arrived and delivered on time at a reasonable price. The car looks amazing. Clean, waxed, leather conditioned. Just perfect. Will definitely use him again.

I am very disappointed to have to leave this review. I see that many other people have had great experiences with this company but mine was terrible. I booked the sell your car package, but when my car was returned to me there were several issues. The interior was left so wet that the windows have repeatedly fogged up, frozen, then melted leaving streaks all over. Several items (a charger, aux cable, and snow sweeper/scraper) were removed and not replaced. And the decals he said he would try to remove werent touched. I contacted the company to try to correct the problems, and have been met with nothing but hostility, and accusations that Im lying. I cant recommend this company.

Greg was awesome. I called him at 2, he was pulling up to my office by 3 and I had my keys back by 5. Car looks amazing and he sent status updates as he went. He even lets you keep his keys as collateral, definitely recommend him.

We had a great experience here today. Greg and his team did a fantastic job with our car--which was very dirty after years of camping and limited cleaning. He even got the remains of a melted candy that had been there around three years our of the passenger door arm rest. They finished ahead of the 2 hours they quoted us and the price was very reasonable compared to others I had investigated.

After 2 1/2 years I finally got my jeep detailed. They did an amazing job and their attention to detail was clearly visible. I appreciate their professionalism and attentiveness to my vehicle. Greg was quick, very professional and responsive, and he made scheduling easy.I live on 1st St NE and M St NE and this place is about two blocks away and incredibly convenient. I searched “car wash dc” and this guy showed up with the best reviews. I reached out to him through the Google messenger and he was very quick to respond. He showed up and I have to admit, I was skeptical. He had none of the things that a typical mobile detailed would have, came in an uber, and was not dressed to wash a car. But DO NOT judge a book by it’s cover.All he needed was an electrical outlet to use his shop vac. (So be aware of your outlets before he shows up!)Once he arrived, I assumed he needed running water, but he only needed a small amount because his products do not need water.We have a dog and he said he has to prepare doing cars with dog hair because he has a slight allergy but he thankfully had some additional gloves with him.He made our car go from filthy to fresh in an hour and a half. And it was FILTHY.Leather cleaned and shined. Carpets vacuumed and shampooed. Dashes, windows, mirrors wiped. Waxed the outside. And even vacuumed and wiped down the trunk.Don’t let the price scare you. He did a thoroughly AMAZING job. I highly recommend him. 5 stars all day.

I have to come back and upload pictures later because I am in such a rush, but I HAD to come and comment on the greatness of this business. I called Greg in a panic because I had water in my car and a cucumber lost its life under my seat (dont ask). In any case, I called and Greg answered on the first ring. First of all, that is amazing!!! Okay, he answers and I go into detail about my embarrassing situation. Greg didnt skip a beat when he say I got you I will come to you today. I wasnt expecting that at all, so of course my car wasnt clear enough for him to come. Fast forward, he shows up, looked inside my car, and without judgement went to work. He took my car to another location because it was in bad shape. When he returned my car is was so fresh and clean inside that I could sell it. I was shocked! I honestly dont know what I was expecting but he exceeded it. Greg will now be my go-to guy! I have already told my friends about him. Picked up my car in Maryland from a family member in pretty rough shape inside and out. Needing serious TLC: from the carpets to the leather to every crack and crevice...including the outside that was filthy from sitting under trees and being coated in dirt and leaves... not only was I able to call and get immediate response, Greg got to the garage and took my car within 15 minutes on my way back into DC! Service was so fast and the car looks absolutely spectacular. I wouldnt even recognize it! Id recommend to anyone in a heartbeat and will absolutely return!

Real pros. With so many shoddy car wash/detail outfits around, its hard to trust any of them. But rest assured that these guys are hard workers. No cut corners. I wont go anywhere else.

After reading good reviews online, I booked an appointment with Eco Klean. I received an email confirming the appointment. 15 minutes after the appointment was scheduled to start, I called to check and see if Eco Klean was still able to come. When I called and politely said that I was inquiring about my 7pm appointment, the business owner (or whoever picked up the phone) was immediately very defensive. He said I dont have you down for an appointment. And all of our confirmation emails instruct the client to call us to make sure we have your appointment. When I informed the person on the phone that the confirmation does NOT instruct me to call them (as you can see from the attached screenshot, he raised his voice and said Excuse me? Are you serious? I do not deal with negativity in my business. I told him to forget the appointment (not that he had it on record anyway.) I was looking forward to trying Eco Klean, and am disappointed that this is the way it turned out. Very unprofessional of the business to lose track of an appointment and then yell at the client on the phone.UPDATE: the business owner is now sending me nasty texts... how professional

On May 13th 2017 I took my car to this detailing shop after I had a person vomit in my car, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail that they took with the cleaning of my car. Greg, the man who personally cleaned my car, was a really cool guy and really took the time to make sure the inside of my car was polished. Even when he finished doing the job the first time he asked me if the cleaning was up to snuff a few more times just to make sure he did quality work and touched up a few more places for me just to be thorough. After having a good conversation with Greg he promptly followed up with me and told me I could come back to make sure everything was ok with my interior just in case there was still an odor for any reason. Once again the service was phenomenal, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have good detail work done on their car! Thanks again guys!

TL;DR: Eco Klean saved our car from a terrible spoiled milk accident, and did an amazing job on the entire car!After leaving a gallon of milk to spoil and eventually ooze all over our trunk in the DC summer heat, we thought our car would smell like nausea-inducing cheese forever. We tried deodorizing and cleaning it ourselves, but nothing worked.Finally, we booked Eco Klean Carz to help us out. This was the first time wed ever used a detailing service, and so I didnt know that I should have mentioned the milk spill. Eco Klean detailed our entire car, and when it was time to inspect their work, I opened the trunk. That was when I said something about spoiled milk, and Greg was shocked. A pro-tip to first time detailer customers: tell them exactly what you need cleaned!I would assume a less-professional detailer would have (understandably) quit the job, but Greg got back to work – basically deconstructing our entire trunk and cleaning tirelessly to get the milk residue and smell out of every piece. It took a lot more time and work than hed estimated, and we are so grateful he was willing to help us after my failure to communicate.At the end of the session, the car looks terrific and the milk smell is gone. Well definitely be hiring Eco Klean in the future.

This service is not worth the money. A detail is a $150. Leaving dirt in my mats & wax on my car. Wasting my gas, driving my car from here to there this so called detail is far from worth the money. They staff left dirt in between my doors, wax on my car & windows & new scratches on my car! The VALET part of it all sends a chill down my spin. A risk that I never should’ve taken with my vehicle!
