I contracted with Leo several weeks in advance for a very high profile job to detail a 45 trailer. Leo agreed to the work and I checked in several times including the day before and the day of service, all was good. Leo was to contact me when service was complete as I was out of state. No call! I tried to contact him on his personal cell phone and his business phone. He would not answer the phone. I had someone check to see if the service was complete and it was not. after several more attempts to contact him with no luck I tried from a different phone number. Magic he picked up. He offered many excuses why the service was not complete but never offered to get it done. I would not use him in the future as he is unreliable and dishonest.

Awesome job! I couldnt be more pleased. They really know how to treat a car and provide every level of expertise to bring out the beauty in your car. I didnt take before and after photos but here is what they did to my 17 year old once beauty queen.

Overall the team does a great job with cleaning and the price is competitive. The only reason I wouldnt give 5 starts is because you have to pay for the parking as it is in the commercial shopping garage. If you get a detailing that last 4 + hours you end up paying +15 for parking and they dont validate.

I got the Basic Detail listed on their website as $65 for a small SUV. They did a decent job for the price, but a couple of things didn’t sit well. First, I arrived at my appointment time and he told me that basically for $65 they wouldn’t do a really good job - that I should pay an extra $25 (so $90 total) for the same service and they’d do a better job and it would be much cleaner. I held fast at first at $65 but then relented and paid the $90 because I am about to have a baby and wanted to have a clean car. When I got the car back they did a fine job but the carpet didn’t look that well vacuumed and there were still some spots on the leather/fabric that I was able to scratch off with my fingernail but they hadn’t cleaned. Ultimately, I think you get what you pay for but don’t pay extra.Despite the response from Extreme Detail, my car was actually already very clean (no pets, no trash, no mud, just a few crumbs). He acknowledged that but said the Basic Detail still wouldn’t make the car clean unless I added money so they would work harder. I felt scammed.

Buried on level 2 of this shopping center garage, which is SO convenient for shoppers, using supplemental light only, they deliver an absolutely spectacularly clean car...... just pure excellence - and on time!!! 100% satisfied EVERY TIME no matter if it is a wash or detailing.... they deliver quality! Happily tip them generously for their hard work.

Ive come to Extreme Detail a couple times and have never been disappointed. Located on P2 of the Columbia Heights mall parking garage. Youll have to pay the parking fee in addition to the wash.They are meticulous and take really good care of your car. Mine always comes out looking showroom floor ready. Feels like Im driving a new car when I pull away.My one slight complaint is scheduling. I tried calling and booking online but never got a response. So, I eventually just went in a asked for an appointment in person. Not ideal - but they dont exactly have a secretary taking calls. So, maybe you just need to call a few times until you confirm with someone.All that said, Ill def. Go back.

The charge was $55 for a wash & vacuum for a nissan versa. I thought that was a bit pricey, but I seriously needed my car cleaned asap. It took almost 2 hours. A few marks were left on the exterior that werent cleaned off properly and I had to wipe off the windows & dash myself for the excess spray they used. Overall, it was an okay job, just too expensive for a basic cleaning.

I paid 40$ plus 4$ for the parking. I left the car there for 2 hours and they didn’t clean the seats nor the inside of the trunk. Also, they left the seats and the rear mirrow in a completely different position than I had left them. It could have been better for the time and money I spent.

I left work early and forewent another errand to come here for a car wash and they were closed because it had drizzled a little. Whats the point of posting working hours if they arent real? Additionally, in my experience if you have a bad experience with a place the first time, you will have many more.Edit: Added bonus of this place, if you give them a poor review someone will provide you with a seemingly derisive and barely comprehensible response, in which they also make up an imaginary email that was supposedly sent...

I took my car in after it was side swiped by a car on my street, and another cars mirror scraped along the side of it. This place did a fantastic job of removing the scratches and making it look as good as new without having to get body work done! Seriously, if you didnt know where to look youd never notice the scrape now. It was a fair price for great work. Ill definitely be back!

Great job. A little pricier than some other places but absolutely worth it. They even cleaned the inside of my rims, behind the spokes where youd never notice if they didnt do that. Ill be back.

Got a extreme detail on my black car. They worked on it for 5+ hours and now its better than new.

The only “extreme” work here is just the name. The work they do is mediocre, but their price is ridiculous. The worst part is the customer service. They have absolutely zero skills in this department. In short: they suck! I’m never taking my car to this place again.

Expensive but impressive work!

This is the first Google post I have ever made. I am normally an easy going person and give everyone the benefit of the doubt - things happen and such is life. That said, I am completely dissatisfied with Extreme Details shady business practice of using Yelp. I purchased the $130 for $260 Deal at Extreme Detail on Yelp and then followed the term instructions exactly. I called and made an appointment for the extreme detail package and notified the individual I talked to on the phone I had a Yelp voucher for the service. When I arrived to drop my car off I was informed I could not use the voucher for the extreme package (which retailed for only $250 for my compact car) because the service took 6 hours. This completely violates the terms the company outlines on Yelp that the voucher was redeemable for $260 worth of service. Needless to say I still honored the appointment I made, had to pay all cash for the service, and still left a generous tip for the work even though it took over 7 hours to finish. In the end I am out the $130 I paid for the Yelp voucher. This is a very shady business practice to not honor the simple terms the company outlines on their Yelp voucher. I will be sure the rest of the local military community is made aware and to look elsewhere for car detailing service. Extreme Detail, you have my contact information if you reconsider on making this right.

Extreme Detail did a full interior detail and a regular wash on our highlander. The staff was friendly and thorough, and the results were outstanding! Our car was spotless inside and out.

One of the worst services I have ever received in the last couple of years using detailing businesses for my car. I know it’s not easy getting a good detailing service that guarantees great service but this one was just awful. These guys had me paying a lot for a really shoddy job.I mean the work they did cleaning the carpets and the seats was just bad, thats the only way to put it. The compartments were just dirty and untouched. I really couldn’t tell whether they even cleaned my car or not. I don’t think they should even still be in business. What a waste of time with these guys. Definitely not using their services ever again.

Extreme Detail will clean your car thoroughly! They even cleaned out the $3.00 in quarters I had in my cup holder. Ive read on Yelp that this has happened before.The Petty Thief was kind enough to leave me the 3 pennies and tokens for a Maryland car wash. I phoned the owner, Leo. He wanted me to return to watch a video of some sort and offered to give me $3.00. However, its the principle not the money that counts! My time is too important to waste with someone who would not seek to rectify the situation and my is car to valuable to trust in the hands of low value misdemeanor criminal. Beware

I dont trust many people with my car but these guys do a great job. Have had my q5 cleaned several times the past 6 months and have no complaints. Thanks!

The best service in the DMV among the services I have used near Pentagon City Fashion center parking and Tysons Galleria parking. I only used the interior detail cleaning service and it was spec-less. Even the hard to reach areas between the cup holder and the seat area, the glove box, the storage areas in between the seats, the trunk, the places that other cleaning services have not thought of looking at. I was really impressed. Will definitely go back on regular basis.

Customer service needs work. Myself and many customers were just standing waiting for help. An associate would greet you direct you to a part of the store, and answer questions to upsell or rush you out the store.

They did a great job - really thorough and the car was spotless inside and out, I went for a $100 option for exterior and interior, and it took 2 hours but it was absolutely worth it, the car looks fantastic they even cleaned up my baby seat . I would definitely recommend.

Unprofessional criminals. Dont leave your car with these people. The general manager is a creep and seems like a very disturbed individual. The guy keyed my car in 3 separate locations. I have a brand new car that is scratched up.I will sue.

I can here for a wash inside and out which for $55 was extremely overpriced but they were close by so I paid it. They broke the sliding device on my seat in my Mercedes and proceeded to tell me it was already broken. So now I’m out $55 and $200 which it will cost to get my seat fixed. I will never go back
