I have been coming here for almost 3 years as a member and many times they have shut down for the day and refused to do a vacuum because they said they were understaffed. Today they told me to come back at 3 pm if I want a vacuum. I come back at 3 and they said their other staff would not be here until 3:15 pm. I asked the cashier if any other cars were here besides mine. She says no, but I still had to wait to get my car washed and vacuumed. They have really gone downhill.

$3 car wash! Quick and clean. You get what you pay for but for $3 this is close to shopping and food so it makes it very convenient.

They did a excellent job I didnt have to ask them to wipe down anything. They did the job right the first time. Professional and great management. 👍better than all the other car washes in town.

I’m not sure of the exact name of the wash but I purchased an exterior and interior for a little over $20. After the automated wash, the attendants did a great job of getting all of the dog hair out of the carpets and thoroughly wiped down every interior surface. They were quick but spent the appropriate amount of time to make sure the car was clean.

A pretty good price and I love that have people to clean out the interior after the wash.

Quick and affordable

Friendly associates, but low quality for a full service. $35 + Tax and I still had bugs on the front, water spots even after toweling, and only a cursory rub of the interior. There was dirt on the inside door handles and around the seal. They also didnt open or vacuum the trunk or dry it off like they did the rest of the doors. The car wash itself wasnt a huge disappointment but all of the value adds to make it a detailing fell far short of the mark.

Paid extra for a “tire/wheel shine/detail” and tipped the kid. Didn’t think I needed to get out and check before I left. 15 minutes later when I get home this is what it looks like - see pic. Not good. I’m going back tomorrow or next day to see if they’ll redo it or refund it. If they do, I’ll update the review**update- went back and they let me run back through the wash for free and re-detailed the tires and wheels. It was better, but still didn’t look very good by the time I got home. Wouldn’t recommend the tire shine upgrade

I was selling my truck and they were able to clean it up to a point that it looked brand new, they really went out of their way to make the truck look great. I was able to drop it off in the morning and come grab it at the end of the day which made it a lot more convenient.

Awesome experience. Within 5 minutes of our house. Finally needed a car wash. The person at the window was really informative. Their sales slick is easy and to-the-point. Cost us $34 to do a detailed outside and inside. They have a kids are inside while you wait for the inside of the car to get detailed. Took about 30 minutes. I was so impressed. The car legit looked brand new. They ask if you’re fully satisfied and clean the spots that you’re not. Overall great experience.

To me the $5 one is fine and dont want to pay $3 more and wait for towel dry..but today wash was extra soapy so did not air dry properly..now have soapy film on car and windows

I’ve been coming to Platinum for a few years now and it’s time for me to compliment this car wash because they go above in beyond any other car wash in town, very polite and professional, the manager (William) always walks up to me and talks to me like we’re friends, this is the place to go if your looking for a wash that gets the job done correctly plus the customer service is amazing and very professional.

I’ve been a Platinum car wash customer for 2 years now and i’ll save you all the search for what car wash to use in southern Utah. after all there seems to be about 10 or more. if you want top quality work where workers actually pay attention to detail this is the place to go. on any exterior wash they open all doors and wipe every door jam and rim unlike freddys where it feels like they are only trying to get you out of their way... seriously, no rims and only the driver door jamb just to get a tip. if you want an interior cleaning you might have to wait 15 minutes for them to finish but i have never once had a problem waiting especially once i see what they have done. finally the customer service is above any expectations. all the kids working are friendly and manager is very accommodating. i would recommend platinum over any other car wash:) 10/10

Good and friendly place to was a vehicle

First time customer getting my car detailed here. I came in from an hour and a half drive away and went for the interior detailing and Headlight Restoration. First I will say that they did a fantastic job on the stuff they did do for me and that was great. However, the interior detailing says they do full interior including glove box and center console and my estimated time was 1pm to 3:45pm. I had emptied a majority of the stuff out of my glove box and trunk and everything from my middle console for this reason. However, they didnt even wipe the glove box or middle console. Even if they didnt shampoo the trunk, I expected to have it vacuumed, but it was not and actual time took 35 min longer than antisipated. Which might have been fine except I waited in the lobby for 25 of those minutes and no one was working the desk. I could have made better use of my time if was going to take so long. Maybe they were a bit short handed. So for now, I can only give 4 stars because of the areas they didnt do. Will update if service is corrected.

Unfortunately the hour I just spent there was wasted. The inside of my windows now have spray spots and I am fairly certain they didnt vacuum my car since there are still quite a few pine needles on the ground.Not to mention the water spots on the outside of the car indicating they didnt even dry it.They used to be the best around, but the hour + long wait and less than mediocre service is turning me away as a customer.

Best detail service in town! They have affordable prices, are able to get you in quickly, do an excellent job, and are very friendly. Ask for Stihl. He was very helpful and took great care of me.

Arrived at 5:55pm. Hours are until 6pm. They’re already closed. I already had a bias about this car wash because they do a barely mediocre job for a low price. The children need more supervision here.

These guys do a good job. They even have 2-3 teenagers or young men/women to dry off your car at the end. Its a thorough drying. We always tip by either handing it to them or placing the $ in the tip can. If you give them the $, they are required to put the $ in the can to share, and they do this. We recommend them very much. They also do car detailing, which we havent done yet but plan to do.

Brought my little car in for a car wash and was sold the $34 car wash with hot wax. I asked if that was done inside the carwash or if its done after the drying process...you know, real wax. I was told it was done afterwards but would only take 30 minutes. I thought that was a pretty good deal...but of corse, it wasnt done afterwards, it was done as the vehicle went through the wash. On the positive side, they did vacuum my car and do the windows, but didnt even wash my floor mats. The hood and roof of my little Toyota looked just as dirty as when I got there. Not impressed at all, especially for $34!

First time customer and not impressed. I told the gal what I was looking for and she said “ya this wash” and it did not include half the things I wanted done. They did not used a brush on my bumper so the bugs are still there, and on my windshield. No one inside to answer my questions, I brought these concerns to the guy and he was like “sorry” didn’t offer to rewards my car or even do the things I wanted and I was willing to pay for it. No cars behind me and I felt rushed.

One of the best car washes around! At least better than fabulous Freddie’s! Always takes care of my cars and if you’re unhappy, let them know! They will do anything in their ability to make the experience better!

Friendly staff and ownership. They offer deals on multiple washes and now have an inside bakery/ice cream shop. The car wash left more to be desired, but Im particular about the detail of my car wash. Go with the most inexpensive wash option and you wont leave disappointed.

I wasnt sure if I was going to come here based off of Past reviews but I decided to give it a chance anyways. The boys that were there this afternoon did a phenomenal job and they even made sure to get some of the extra bugs off the car wash missed. Ill definitely be back.

UPDATED:I appreciate the owner for contacting me in response to my experience feedback and I went to see the Site Manager, Mike McGuire, as she suggested. Mike resolved the matter in a professional manner and buffed out the scrape that occurred at my last wash there and also gave me a free premium car wash afterwards. I will be a returning customer.PREVIOUS:I tried their advertised $3 drive-through exterior only wash only to find a six inch scrape on the lower body of the vehicle once I had to dry it off. The young male directing the vehicle had one eye on his cell phone and the other eye on my car. I suspected something went wrong when I heard a loud screech when going in.

I typically just use the $3 car wash because it is the cheapest you’ll find for an automatic wash, and it is honestly a great deal. They still scrub your tires and the car comes out clean for the most part. It can be pretty busy at times but I still go back often.

Well, Ive had nothing but good service every time Ive ran through to get the Basic care wash service. The kids afterwards go to town with their little shammys and hit the major areas needing extra attention. Each time Ive take my Pilot in that has chrome rims theyve rubbed those pretty too! I always appreciate it and leave a tip for these hard workers! Then I look out my newly shiny everything and it feels like the first time I got glasses, that I could see again, feeling fresh and like a whole new world is opening up! I highly recommend them. The automatic gets all the dirt unlike some of the rest. Thanks guys!

Easy and convenient location, my go-to carwash favorite place. I usually go here for a quick carwash, get the job done and at a pretty affordable price. The staff is friendly and I have no complaint about their service.

This is the only place I go to get my car cleaned. It used to be the best around, but has gone downhill in the last little while. I keep coming back hoping that things have changed.

As the owner of a business myself I appreciate the hard work and attention to detail I received when I had their team hand wash my F350 Duly to have it ready for a parade. I highly recommend the hand wash because their staff see and check all of the vehicle where the machine washes do not. They also put on some armor-all on the tires and vacuumed the inside and did a great job with that as well. Thanks again platinum car wash for making my truck parade ready in under 25 minutes.

So happy took in my dirty truck that hadnt been cleaned in a LONG time. Came out super clean and beautiful I didnt do the full detail but it looked like I had. The staff is super nice and always wipes all my door frames not just the driver side. Thank you.

Update 7/3/2018: Most recent experience much improved. Did a very good job and helpful.Tried this establishment for first time. Staff friendly but car wash was not satisfactory. Prep person made no effort to clean mud off flaps let alone inside the wheel wells. Finishing staff directed me back through for rewash very kindly but by the time I went around there were more cars in line in front of me and I did not have time to wait.

I am actually a regular at the Tagg-n-Go but had a free coupon so I came to claim it. As far as the washing goes, its similar to any other Wash in town. They add a nice touch by having the kids that hand dry your car afterwards but they definitely dont care to pay any attention to detail and for me, that ruins the point. Basically, dont come here expecting anything better than a car wash because that is exactly what you are getting.

I bought their supreme wash yesterday, the staff did not wipe the car down good and this morning I saw that there is plenty of soap residue left on top of the car and I tried to clean it myself but they are stuck to the paint and dont come off. Not sure what kind of supreme wash that was!

Great prices, my car always comes out looking amazing. It doesnt matter what level of wash I buy, the dryers always make sure to do their best when drying my car. Very efficient.

They do a great job on the car washes. However, on the handwax that costs $30, I was underwhelmed.Not the same results I get when was my car by hand.

I started going here a few months ago and typically go through once every 2 weeks. I always get the Ultimate Wash @ $16, plus I always tip $5, so a total cost of $21.00 for this wash.Unfortunately, I feel like the job that is done is too inconsistent, from start to finish. Sometimes Ill go through and the employee rinsing before going though does an amazing job and actually brushes and does an initial cleaning and other times its just a quick rinse, sort of screw you, thats what the car wash is for. The same can be said for the employees wiping everything down, afterwards. Sometimes they do an amazing job and wipe the entire truck down, taking care to do mirrors, chrome, etc.. Other times I leave and just shake my head regretting that I gave them a tip for the job that was done.Sometimes Ill call, so I can come back up and get it redone, other times, I just dont have the time. The point being, is that I shouldnt have to come back. I paid for a good job the first time and I feel like these employees have one job. So, it should be done right.Maybe Im just very particular about my truck, I dont know. What I do know is that its a very expensive truck and I like it to look nice and I dont mind paying for it to look nice, but my expectations seem to fall short a lot of the time.I want to love this place because its close to home and Ive seen a few businesses fail at that location, that I want to see succeed.However, something needs to change or I fear this one will suffer the same fate.Edit- 11/23/18.As much as I appreciate the owners concern, Im not sure anything will change.I figured that I would give them another shot today and this has probably been the worst job yet. Dirt and road grime everywhere, tires and wheels were not done, and bugs all over the grill. Absolutely unacceptable that I have to go home and spend an hour cleaning what should have been cleaned. Im done going there!!Im thinking its time for them to get rid of the kids cleaning the vehicles and employ some adults that might take pride in their work. How is it that these kids can look at the truck while wiping it down and think....oh, thats okay if it still looks dirty. Im sorry to say, but, your crew needs better training. There is literally no quality control. Its not like one employee missed all the dirt, there were 6 kids wiping the truck down, and no one said a word.To the owner, I tried. I tried to like your facility. Unfortunately, I can drive a little out of my way to another carwash and get consistency and quality work for the same cost.

This was my first experience at Platinum Car Wash I really liked it it was quick and they were very good for the package that I bought I believe I purchased a $20 package they got me a wash on the van really nice wax and hand wiping down they clean the inside and wash the windows and did a nice job all the people that were working there were very nice they were courteous and say good customer service I will be back to this place its very near my barber shop so theyre closed and I want to patronize businesses that are close to me that I enjoy working with thumbs up for

Great service. Even washed & shined my motorhome.

Less than satisfied. Service was initially good when paying but after they took the vehicle it went south quickly. I was on a time crunch, I asked how long to wash the vehicle and shampoo the seats. I was told about 45min. An hour and a half later I still havent received my vehicle back. So what happened, the employees would rather screw around with each other then work. There was lots of standing around. Worst yet was the guy who was bringing the vehicle to get shampoo. He sat in my truck texting for 10 min.

Had my Honda Fit detailed there on January 13, 2016 and it was outstanding. Very satisfied. They also took Dixie Direct which paid for the card.

This is a great car wash! You really your moneys worth here and the staff are always friendly and polite.

Needs to replace a few worn out brushes. Sometimes the attendants do a good job wiping you car down and sometimes not so good.

Update 4/21/16: Did an OK job. No rhyme or reason to who performs what job. One kid cleans a window then checks his phone while another busys himself with the A/C dials. Not sure why it has to take so long to do the job. Bonus: Found not 1, not 2 but 3 towels on my roof and hood. Saw the one on the hood and gave it to the kid who collects towels. The other 2 made it home, mine now. While I have seen an owner looking gentleman walking around the place, there doesnt seem to be any supervision in the actual cleaning areas.Did a satisfactory job inside and out. Seemed to take longer than other car washes to get the same results.

Best car wash in town and if there ever is a problem or question they will get it taken care of Go check them out! You won’t regret it.

This place is just okay. It is over priced in my opinion. Last time I went I paid 5$ extra to have it vacuumed. They didnt even vacuum the cup holders or open portions of the center console (which were very dirty) or the vortex next to the drivers seat that has tons of crumbs and food in it. I was disappointed when I left and I would have much rather done it myself so that I could be sure it was done right. The staff were friendly.

Not very impressed with this car wash, I took my car in to get it washed. Outside of the car is ok, inside they vacuumed alright but it doesnt look like they wiped anything down. There was dust still on my dashboard, the inside of the doors were not clean. I was the only car there so Im not sure why the job was done so poorly.

Ive been going to them for about 2 years. I tried taking my cars to get detailed but i need an appt. Also much more expense then another car wash. People are nice. They do a ok job. Today went had terrible service. No one was there so 2 guys started on my car. another car came in the express lane so the 2 guys took care of them. That happened again. Then they came back to my car. then someone pulls up and both of them start on the other car. I told Mike the manager and he really didnt care. he only said we need to take care of express first even if I was there first. They should of kept one person working on my car. I will say they missed a lot on the car wash.
