The lady who cut my hair(Ashley) was very nice and did good job but the other stylist who got mad at me because of their system wouldnt allow me to add my son, they where both cutting hair when this problem came up so I didnt bug them till they had a free minute to tell them,the lady was rude and told me that my son would have to wait for over an hour after me because of this (hes 6) Ashley got him done right after me so that was awesome 👌 but Im going to not come here if that the way they are going to treat my son and I,the date today is 9/8/21

Whole crew was very unprofessional, slapping eachother with wet towels meanwhile ppl were waiting 40 plus minutes for a mans cut.When i asked the lady how much longer it would be she replied with a SNOTTY remark ......5 minutes. So 5 minutes untill i never walk into here again untill these woman are replaced.

Every time that Ive gone to Sports Clips they always mess something up. Due to my most recent haircut, I have stopped going there due to them cutting my hair two completely different lengths on the sides of my head. The haircuts here are really expensive too.

This place is amazing!!! It was super clean and the girl cutting my hair was a blast and fun to talk with. Can’t wait to come back! It was a MVP experience for sure. Nothing else in Washington can hold a candle to this place.

Excellent service from Shelly who is the area manager. She was time efficient, professional, and gave a great hair cut. Her employees were working hard to keep the store clean while they waited in between hair cuts. I recommend this place for a haircut.

My husband and 2 sons enjoy getting their hair cuts from here. The ladies are always so nice. My 3 and 8 year olds wanted the MVP treatment and they did it for them. Shampoo, hot towel, massage....my boys LOVED it 😂

Julie is by far the best there. She does have long wait times but that’s to be expected with her quality of cutting. She’s been cutting my hair for a few years now and won’t let anyone near my hair.

Horrible service, one of the girls were talking instead of focusing on the hair she cut it way to short and didn’t do what we asked for will never go back there again. If you are looking to get a hair cut, this is not the place to go at all.

Just basic service . There was nothing exciting or spectacular ..

Second time in a row, I checked in online, arrived at store on time with no one on list ahead of me. Lobby was half full of parents with kids getting cuts.Manager said they would wave me in. Waiting outside for about 5 minutes and watched a walk-in go straight in to be the next one with hair cut. I went from 10 minute wait to 45 minute. Second time sport clips. I will take my business back to Fantastic Sams for a less expensive cut and better service.

Uneven haircut and long wait times. I dont go, they aske dme to review and I am usually i dont do negative reviews but ive never really had a great experience. Had one of my worst hair cuts here.

I checked in online and arrived when I was supposed to and checked in upon arrival. Right before I was next to get my haircut my appointment was deleted and I was moved to the end of the line and had to wait another half hour.or more to get my haircut done.

I have been at this location a few times with good luck. This last time I showed a stylist a picture of my hair and she cut a completely different hairstyle. It’s very choppy and uneven. The sides have chunks missing. I would definitely wait for a certain stylist not the first available. Some seem to be very bad and others are great. The one that cut mine was very unprofessional and did a very sloppy job. Her fingers reeked of cigarettes and didn’t listen. Also asked for a refund and am having to call multiple people to accomplish that.

The only place i go to get my haircut. Juli is the best and always makes me look good. Also they offer a military discount so it saves me a little money. Cant beat the quality service there!

Best haircut!

Normally a great experience from most of the staff, but today wasnt that day. My son wanted the sides cut and just the ends trimmed on top, but the stylist took off 2+ on the top. Not sure where the miscommunication took place as he had told her what he wanted. When she asked me to confirm I told her the same thing. So imagine my surprise when I went back for my haircut and his hair was buzzed off super short. I even asked him why he changed his mind and he said he hadnt, but at that point it was to late so now I have an unhappy child. Luckily its just hair and will grow back, but his seemed to be very simple instructions as to what he wanted.

I go here all the time and always get an awesome haircut with no itchy peices of hair on my neck. I also took my 1 year old son in for his first haircut and they had no issues with cutting his hair, and keeping him happy in the process.

Some are great, some not so much. If you get a good one stick with her.

Not a bad place to get a haircut, had a decent experience, but as a guy with a short beard, the fade into my sideburns was noticeably long, Leaving two fluffy patches in front of my ears...and I am working out of town, so I do not have my clippers for a few days. Almost gave 4, but with so much business, they get a little to fast, and quality is slightly less.

I bring my 5 year old son here and he loves it. The ladies are always friendly and are patient with him, asking what he likes and dislikes. Great place for little boys as well as adults.

Worst experience ever! The “stylist cut my husbands hair so crooked and patchy! She even cut a groove out of his sideburns! She really botched his cut and upset us both! I highly DO NOT recommend!

My 3 year old is either ready for a cut or NOT and this time he was NOT! Lauren was the absolute best with him, super patient and sweet and we walked out of there with him having the best cut of his little life thus far!

Dont get me wrong the service is great!I was very disappointed with the establishment not offering military discounts for Veterans Day.They take up a collection for Veterans/Military but do not offer anything on Veterans day.My husband was very disappointed,Gulf War Vet, that this wasnt offered and he will not be going back.

A quality haircut by a friendly staff (actually all the staff seemed pretty darn nice) and I had to wait a mere 12 minutes after signing on.

The hot towel was the best part. The massage was only so-so. The stylist was very likable. The cut itself was a badly blended, when I pointed it out she did try to fix but it was still not good. I paid and tipped $5, the stylist was still very nice, but I still ended up paying another place $20 to fix my hair. Im not likely will be back anytime soon.

A step above most make hair establishments. If you want to treat yourself upgrade and get yourself a massage as well.

I did the web check-in so I could get a haircut at lunch. I went there and the stylist that I selected was just sitting someone down to start a haircut at the time slot I had checked in for. So, I made a trip there during my lunch break, missed lunch and didnt get a haircut. That is horrible on professionalism in my book.
