Why is there a homeless person sleeping in front of this barbershop every time I come here? Is that professional? Is this a homeless shelter or something? I waited an hour only for the barber to say his shift ended. Horrible customer service. I will never return.

Great vibes Everytime I come here. My boyfriend came to get his cut here first then We took our son here to get his hair cut.They always do great on their cuts. Our 9 year old son even loves coming here too.

This is a really good barbershop, but the owner has to work on being more professional when it comes to his buisness hours. I came here on a Sunday where the hours said they open up at 11:30am. I got there at 11:50am and no one was there. So I called the shop and the barber told if I come that next day, he will be able to cut my hair because I had to be in Baltimore by 1pm that Sunday. So I left the shop and came back that Monday. Online, it says the shop closes at 8pm on Mondays. I got off of work that Monday at 5pm, remind you I work far from D.C. I rushed to the shop just for the door to be locked at 6:27pm. So I called the barber and told him I was outside. He was still cutting hair inside of the building. Despite what happened the day before, and that he told me to come that Monday during buisness hours, he still wouldnt let me in to get a cut. He told me he was there since the morning and was leaving and to come back tomorrow for a third time. I shouldnt have to chase a barber down for his mixup of hours of buisness, and his staff not showing up on time. Very unprofessional.
