A friend recommended this place in DC, so I went looking for a storefront. Turns out it’s in a suite inside a WeWorks-like shared office in Downtown DC.The owner, Jon Scott is awesome and did a terrific job with this walk-in. I don’t have a lot of hair, so perhaps I’m fussier than most folks who have lots! The experience was first-class all the way and worth the visit. During the pandemic, Jon is taking extra precautions and it worked out great. Felt super safe.If you’re in DC, go, go, go. 💇🏾‍♂️

Im not one to do reviews but Jon is the best barber in DC and I had to support. After spending the summer in the DC area doing an internship, it took me a few trys to find a great barber. My first trip to Jon Scott Cuts was a pleasure, he greeted me with such enthusiasm. John, unlike many barbers, puts the effort to give you the best experience possible. From the haircut itself to the hospitality, John is A+. Hes spent years learning to cut different types of hairs and styles. Whether it be a fade or a scissor cut, Jon has the ability to pull it off. Jons not like other barbers that just try to get you in and out the door. He takes his time and his attention to detail is unmatched.If you live in DC or are just visiting and are in need of a haircut, I highly recommend going to Jon, you wont regret it!

It was the best barber’s appointment that Ive ever had! Mr. Scott does his job with passion and attention with every detail. He is really kind person too. Out here on a military detail. One of the finer haircutting experiences ive had outside of the comfort of my usual barber. Very professional, very clean, and exceptional work on my cut. When I came back all the guys in my unit were asking me where I went and I gladly told them Jon Scott hooked it up. He also has taken the time to learn to cut all types of hair so you wont be disappointed!

I never write reviews but feel obligated after my experience just now. I asked for what I thought I wanted, said the absolute wrong thing/used the wrong terms, and the first version was plain bad (for me specifically, not in general).Ive never had a barber care so much about getting it right, and he pulled it off. I thought it was a lost cause but Jon stayed late to make sure I left looking/feeling good, and completely fixed it and made it look great. Thanks again.

I was shopping for a new barber, when I came across Jon Scott Cuts. I was pleasantly surprised when I recognized Jon from my previous barbershop, where he did an amazing job trimming my beard.
