Carl is extremely friendly and cuts hair well, all you could ask for from a barber. The prices are a little bit high, but about what you would expect from a shop that is only a few blocks from the White House.

Carl is the man, one of the best haircuts you’ll get in DC and for a great price. He’s located inside the building so you’ll have to go in through the lobby and make your way past the elevators. Great for cuts and shaves. Walks ins are ok but always best if you call to schedule an appointment.

I went here for the first time, hoping to find a new barber I liked. A man named Carl cut my hair. He rushed through in about 10 minutes, leaving my hair uneven. When I asked him to fix it, he skimmed the scissors over my head and snipped a couple times, then told me he was done. The price ($25) was far too high for the time and quality he offered, not to mention I had to pay someone else the next day to fix his sloppiness. I wont be going back. I would advise people wanting a good haircut to avoid this place also.
