Tony is the best barber. He is great with my 5 year old son. He has cut his hair for years now. He always gives him a great cut.

Ryan is the best barber there. Tell him what you want and he will deliver. His cuts are phenomenal. He cuts my whole family hair. My son, My brothers, cousins, uncles and all of our friends and their kids. If you ever think about going here, go to Ryan.

I went in there multiple times trying to get me and my son haircut I sat and no one asked me what I needed done they would take people before me that just walked in and ask them what they needed done while me and my son will sit and no one still assisted me me and my son sat for about two hours until I decided to just leave I also went in there today and no one asked me if I needed assistance with me and my son customer service is poor they need to do better

Carl, who I think is the owner, completely shaved off the front of my hair. Avoid this place at all cost. He also asked me “What’s up with my boy Trump?” assuming I voted for him because I was white. Huge mistake to go there. Ended up being $30 with tip so definitely not worth the price. Find somewhere else!

They charge the same price for kids as adults 25$ for kids under 7 years of age. I feel like because I’m a female and have a strong accent. Can tell I’m not from here. But it’s ok that got me this time because I didn’t really feel like going to another barber but DC barbers need to do better. Time for all of us grow our hair back before I get in trouble behind some haircuts

I havent gotten my haircut in a month in a half. Call the barbershop and asked can someone do a good mohawk, get in the barbershop and not only did he mess my hairline up he gave me a temp fade instead and im furious! I support black business to the fullest and i am also a barber so if you say you can do something i dont expect you to do it your way i expect quality! Even showed the guy a picture of the mohawk! Horrible quality to be a barber.

Ive been going to Like That Barborshop for years.

I have been a loyal customer for quite some time; However, after today I will not be returning. I booked an appointment with Ryan and he confirmed that he was available. I get to the shop and Ryan has neglected our appointment and instead took a small family of three. I understand that obviously he would get more money by helping them instead of me but thats not how you do people. I even waited until he was done with one kid, as another continued to the chair.The proper thing to do wouldve been to apologize, then to ask another colleague to assist with my haircut given I had an appointment instead of acting like this wasnt an issue. There was no apology for time wasted or acknowledgment of this situation. As a manager, I understand the importance of good service and I also understand that mistakes happen. But as a service professional, you have to own it and make things right.Conclusion, if you want to be seen for an appointment bring more people or more money and be prepared to wait; even if the barber says he is available.

Like that barber shop is a very excellent barber shop because i moved out of D.C. to be close to my grandson in Laurel md. And the barber shops out here are never open on time and barbers always say they have appointments i have driven from Laurel Maryland to like that barber shop and soon as i open the door all the barbers in like that say can i help you. Thats is what i am talking about like that barber shop is like family. And Mr. Al and Carl have been cutting my hair for along time. The trip to dc is worth it.

They are rather expensive i went the first time with my son who is 5 and had to pay 25 for a barber to jack up his hairline and try to cover it up with the black spray i didnt realize how jacked up it was until i went home to wash his hair that night...i was not very happy. I then tried again months later to see maybe if it was just that barber who charged that much but no yet again i got my son a fade which wasnt done properly he didnt even try to oil it or anything to make it look appealing. It literally look like he just cut the bottom half of my sons hair and charged 25 for a half haircut i couldnt even argue because i was rushing at the moment but i definitely wont be going back to be overcharged for a 5 year old...On the price list it says 15 dollars go figure they should really adjust their prices for children cause thats ridiculous to charge that much for children.

Worst service ever...I called the day before and made an appointment for the next day. Actually talked to the barber that was suppose to cut my hair. He gave me a time and went on to say make sure your here on time! Got there before my appointment, he wasnt there. The baber that was there called him, he said he was on his way. A trip back to my car and an hour later....he was a no show.

I love going there, the barbers are friendly and keep me laughing, my barber is Chris, he thaugt me how to ask for the length i need for my short look, number one or two. It’s Like That. Thanks Mr. Tony and crew, aka little gray curl.

I am very upset, they said they close at 8 I got off work and got here by 6:40pm and the doors were locked and everyone just stood there looking at me and my son and a couple other patrons not saying anything until we knocked and someone used their hands to say were closed. I showed them thru the glass it was supposed to be open. And there were ppl inside also. Very unprofessional😡😠
