I had a very poor experience with this agent. I switched away from State Farm for my car insurance as a result, and moved to another agent for rental insurance. After quoting me one amount, Sonia Ntuk’s office charged me a premium that was nearly $50 more, with no communication from the agent. When I reached out to the agent about the charge differential, the staff was defensive and unapologetic.

Im only pick this location because it was on Wisconsin Ave. I probably could have gotten better service from ANY other location. This place is the worst. I am so frustrated with the lack of professionalism and knowledge. Can someone from this office who knows what their doing PLEASE STAND UP.
