I do NOT recommend Nicole Edwards. Im not sure how she has a 5-star rating. My experience trying to work with her has been absolutely horrible. In the moments when I need the most help *trying to obtain homeowners insurance so I can close on my home* she is the MOST unresponsive. Youd think purchasing homeowners insurance would be the easiest step of buying a home, but somehow Nicole and her team made it the hardest piece of buying a home.

Nicole Edwards-Biggs and her team are amazing!!! I have sent my clients to her for years and last year I became a client myself!! They are always available to assist and if I have a need, they are right on it!! Special shout out to Jamin as well for her ability to get my insurance in shape in quick turnarounds!!!

Ms. Edwards and her staff are amazing. I had some issues with my place and needed a place to stay while work was being done on my apartment. Well Nicole put my claim in and she help me find a nearby hotel to stay at until the work was complete. I couldnt ask for a better person or business they are so Professional. I just bought a policy so I cant comment yet on the quality of the policy (hopefully Ill never need to make any claims!) but I dealt with Mr. Francis Hebb who was incredibly thorough and professional in answering my many questions.
