I had the most seamless experience getting life insurance with this agency. Something that can be so daunting was made simple and easy to understand. Mr. Chesley explained every step of the way. The application process was clear, succinct, expedient, and nothing took me by surprise. All due to Lloyd managing the process (and my expectations) from beginning to end. And, I was approved!! On another occasion, he even reviewed and walked me through my car and home policies. Lloyd helped me shore up in places I needed to and identified some cost savings as well. So 5 stars for my good neighbor and dont let getting a life insurance policy scare you. Use this office. For everything. Youll score big time - every time!

I’ve never wrote an employer review, but I have to for other good people that may come behind me....My name is TJ (TaJuan), the one with the good reviews on this page, and Lloyd E Chesley is by far the worst agent I have ever worked for since I’ve been with Statefarm for over 5 years. He talks about integrity and commitment to the team but fired me, the top producing agent, while I was working from home after I tested positive with covid-19. I was there 10 months with no write-up of any kind, crazy right?I moved up here from Nashville,TN and went in everyday during this pandemic. I exceeded goals month after month while barley being trained for the position I was working for because of a non attentivemanagement team. Despite the inadequate training, I still put my best forward as you can see from the reviews(reviews were mostly negative).The first red flag. I worked for 4 months before I even received my first commission check that’s paid out once a month. That’s four months of late commission!!!! During that time, I was working and producing polices, but I’m sure the commission didn’t have accurate information because the agent didn’t know how to get the software to work, at least thats what he told me. On top of that I found out, after 4 months, that no health or dental insurance is even offered here, which was a reason I took the job (coming from Nashville I needed new coverage). He lied and said he never told me that, but it’s in the employee handbook after 90 days of employment it would be offered to me,The second red flag!Long story short, this agency runs through employees and customers like old shoes. No sense of progressive leadership and integrity like my other agent I was with for 5 years. There has been at least 3 employees come and go in the 10 months I worked there, and that’s a high turnaround for any agency.This place is a disgrace to the brand and does not represent the “Good Neighbor” slogan we all associate with Statefarm.Beware and check out other agencies first.

Mr. Chesley and his staff are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I have been with State Farm for 4 months and they are prompt and clear in their response to any questions I have. Mr. Chesley did a follow up call to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I was satisfied. This office has shown outstanding customer service. I am very happy and satisfied that I made the change to State Farm. Thank you!

The best State Farm representatives & location ever!!!! Always welcoming, loving, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! I received help from all employees there and I love them all! Made me feel like family! Always greet me pleasantly over the phone! TJ is super cool & always friendly... enjoy our convos and he always answers my questions promptly with amazing insight! Phil is my boy.. has helped me out on soooo many levels. From house insurance, life insurance, and paying my bills. Keeping me updated with State Farm policies n extc. The best!! Mr. Lloyd is pleasant too! Very professional & such a leader! Also, Ms. Shawnae... my girl!!!!! Any questions or concerns from billing & payments, calling in, or coming in to pay my bill she’s always assisted me!! So cool, calm, and collected!! The best!!! Beyond friendly over the phone, always friendly, and continuously ask how I’m doing; how’s life treating! That hospitality and awareness goes along way with me!!! Especially in the word we live in now customer service let alone good customer service that this team has shown me Over the past two years is very exceptional and something to marvel at!! I was with state farm for almost 20 years and trusted my agent who insured my family immediate and extend. He and his staff treated all of us like family. I was sad when he treated. We were moved to Mr. Chesley. His staff is unfriendly and do not respond promptly. I moved all of my cars and home to All State. My father passed away and his home was still insured by Mr. Chesley. I wanted to refinance the home and put the insurance in my name. An email was sent on a Friday 3pm by the bank. I called on Monday at 3pm because I had not received a response. Philip began to argue that it was sent from the bank at 9pm (we know the bank is closed at that time). I was also told I had to wait until my turn. I said okay this is why I left the company and I will just call my All State agent. After stating this Philip states he just needs a title and can provide a quote, which I received 3 hours later. I should not have to threaten to leave to receive a response.

I missed my closing date due to this offices inability to proof read their policy before issuing. We have had it rejected by the underwriter 3 times due to errors in the paperwork.
