I recently had a rear end collision by a young driver who accidentally stepped on the gas peddle as soon as the light changed without waiting for me to go. I had to submit a claim for relatively minor rear bumper damage. I contacted Max James who referred me to a member of his team, named Andrew Parkin. Andrew and Max were very very conscientious as they walked me through the claims process. They arranged for me to get an inspection, a preliminary check to cover the cost of the repairs, and a rental while my car was being repaired. They checked on the progress of the repairs and then checked again to make sure I was happy with the results. Andrew is relatively new at this, he says, but despite a lack of years on the job, he is the consummate professional. I appreciate his patience and his responsiveness to a repair headache. All is well with my car. I strongly recommend both Max James as a State Farm Agent, because he is skilled, knowledgeable, and has a great team, and I commend Andrew Parkin as an amazing hands on assistant to Max and the clientele. I have StateFarm for about 4 years, I actually like StateFarm and this particular agent, however MIRIAM is the absolute worst. I called in to ask for advice on an accident and mysteriously I have an open claim on my account, a claim I DIDNOT ask to open. Fast forward she is so unknowledgeable about the things she should be knowledgeable about. Also to put the icing on the cake her comprehension skills are SHOT ‼️. Having to repeat yourself a billion times and she continue to give you the incorrect information and responses. If it wasn’t for NAKIA I WOULD LEAVE STATEFARM SHE IS LITERALLY THE ONLY ONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO CONDUCT BUSINESS AND GIVE PROPER RESOURCES AND INFORMATION .

Horrible service. Max provided a quote, took credit card information, asked if I wanted him to put coverage into place that day. I said yes and waited, but I received no confirmation or binder so that I could cancel my existing insurance. After two days, I called to find he had left on vacation. I spoke to his assistant, who said there was some issue with my auto policy that she was unable to explain or address. I asked that Max call first thing Monday upon his return; he did not. I wrote him and called him and left a message; no reply. I will take my business elsewhere because my experience with this agent was unacceptable and I was scammed. On top of the inconsistency with communication Max James stole $628.74 from me which was never returned. Please be careful with this guy, he is a slickster.
