BEWARE! I would NOT recommend this insurance agency to anyone. This agency is very disorganized with their paperwork and policies. We were very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor customer service when dealing with Jim. Within two months of paying our policy in full for the entire year, they confused our policy with a different customer, mailed us a different customers refund check, and then contacted our bank stating we did not pay our policy and they were cancelling our plan. When discussing this with Jim, he became very rude, defensive, and deflected answering any of our questions as to how this mix up could have happened. We cleared it up with our bank on our own since we had the paperwork and proof stating we paid in full for the entire year. Our bank was very understanding. However, Jim and his office staff were anything but easy to work. I have never experienced this with any other insurance agency. We are very happy we switched. I can’t imagine how they would have handled an actual claim seeing how they completely mixed up very simple paperwork. Please, do your self a favor and find a different insurance agency to insure your needs - even if it may be a few dollars more.
