Absolutely the best insurance agent

Ive been a lifelong USAA vehicle, life and homeowners insurance customer. Occasionally Ive had vehicles insured by companies other than USAA (such as Geico and Progressive), but have found that none come close to USAAs coverage. However, my wife convinced me to try Ryan Whitford of Allstate to insure some of our vehicles and I can say that he and his team have shown Allstate to be on par with USAA regarding the responsiveness, professionalism and coverage provided to me. Whenever I call or come in, they talk to me not a computer, they work hard to correct problems and answer questions. Wen I call for my payment, I do not have to go in or deal with an automated payment robot. They know me and for someone who is disabled that is reassuring.

Very happy with Ryan Whitford and his staff. Just wish they could find a cheaper underwriter for the hail and wind insurance. $1200.00 a year is ridiculosis, I am sorry other NC citizens experienced damage during tbe hurricane, but why do all of us have to pay for it? I thought that was why we all pay for insurance, to be covered in a time of need, I fortunately did not have a need this year.
