Travis is one of the greatest community managers Ive ever toured with. As I toured the building with him, his genuine relationship with each tenant was obvious. Everyone had something good to say about the building or Travis himself.On top of that, he was incredibly accommodating on a short timetable. He stayed in constant contact with me to make sure I had everything I needed, faster than I ever expected. 700 Constitution is going to be a great place to live as long as Travis is there - without question.

My husband and I have lived here 3 1/2 years, moving from a large home in a rural area to this completely wonderful apartment. We really enjoy living here, the well designed building, the great staff - especially Travis, amenities and the other renters are like family!

Working with Travis was a complete joy. Unfortunately, I was unable to live here but this is a beautiful property and everyone is SO friendly and easy to work with. They truly want whats best for their tenants.

I posted this on yelp earlier, but due to another review that I thought was unfair, I wanted to post here as well.I love living at 700 Constitution!!! The management staff have been wonderful and attentive to my every need since I moved in 3 months ago. Travis, the community manager is amazing. Ive really enjoyed the amenities here. The dog spa is a dream for me and my poodle Chi Chi! I cant wait for warm weather so that I can enjoy the outdoor fire pit and patio with my friends. My apartment is amazing and I love the neighborhood. I love older architecture and history. I recently found out that the building was previously a hospital, but is clean, fresh and modern due to a recent complete renovation. The interior designer did a fantastic job. I am also pleased that there is a concierge stationed in the lobby. Its always great knowing that there is an extra level of protection in your building, and a friendly face to greet you when you come home. Ive recently started using the gym, its a huge convenience for me to have one in my apartment building. If anyone is considering moving here, I highly recommend it. Its a beautiful building, wonderful staff, and great amenities!

Just want to let the world know the outstanding customer service I received! I found this place while I was reviewing apartments. I checked out several places and several were very nice, but the warmth and hospitality giving to me by Travis Hodge was what sealed the deal! Travis took the time to find an apartment that fit all of my needs. His proffesionalism and knowledge of the building and unit itself was instrumental in me leasing the unit.This place is gorgeous! There is concierge service and no matter who is there, they great you with a smile and are always willing to help with anything you may need. The apartments and the building are beautiful, but the best part of living here is the customer service I received from Travis and the rest of the staff. Easy decision to lease here once you see the apartments in person and speak with Travis.

Stay Away! Black Mold! I would give this apartment building 0 stars if possible. While this building is pretty and brand new, apartments have already been overrun with toxic black mold. The HVAC company did not insulate the AC system. The hot DC summers caused the pipes to sweat leading numerous apartments to grow toxic black mold. Borger Management does not care about the tenants, properly fixing the issue, or about how serious black mold can impact the health and well-being of their tenants. They operated in violation of numerous DC Tenant Laws and DC Housing Codes. Borger Management only cares about their bottom line and would not reimbursement tenants for their out of pocket expenses when displaced from their apartments. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
