I have a vacation home in St George and I was using Hicaliber as a referral from someone in their family. I was a little nervous because in my home in Salt Lake City I used a referral from a friend to remodel my bathroom and it was a disaster. Hicaliber did such a fantastic job! I have had Hicaliber do a lot of projects for us. Install carpeting for our entire upstairs, build a closet, paint, install a new marble shower, and clean our ducts for A/C heating. I cannot say enough good about them. Any work they do or oversee is done on-time, the highest quality, and ends up being better than expected. We had them install a coat closet/storage into our living room, and after we had given them drawings of what we would like, they came back with alternatives that were better! We did it their way and love it! And they matched paint where you cannot tell that the new section wasnt there when the house was built. We love our new carpeting, and really love our new walk-in shower! The best part of working with them is that they keep you up to date as the work gets done, they get the work done when they say they will, and the people you work with are all professional and quality. If something is done not to your satisfaction, they fix it! I especially loved working with Lonnie, who makes sure they are on time and you are notified constantly, and Steve and Kyle who oversee, do the work better than you thought possible, and are just very nice people to deal with. I will always call Hicaliber first when I need anything done!

This is a 10 star company with 10 star owners and employees! Had a flooded basement emergency at 6 PM the day before Thanksgiving and Steve came through bringing all the machines over that were needed and helped avoid disaster! Lonnie that works in the office is as friendly as they come and super helpful. HiCaliber is amazing. Communication was great, if I sent an email it was usually answered within 15 minutes. Phone calls were very courteous and at no point did we ever feel that we were being talked down to even for our dumb questions. As soon as the building permits were issued work started within 2 business days. The workers were very thorough, polite and very respectful. There was never a mess left overnight, and plastic tarps were always placed over furniture and other personal items. In my situation, they even finished one day early. The attention to detail was amazing. The HiCaliber employee saw a mistake made by one of the contractors (one that we didnt even notice) and he had the contractor come out and fix it. I am very happy with their service and will definitely hire them again. Great company, great employees, and amazing service. A+++

These guys are incredible! Kyle and Chris did an amazing job here and were very kind and ethical people. Not only did they perform an air duct cleaning but they also noticed I had a clogged up dryer vent so they cleaned that out for us at no cost :-) Also I want mention when Kyle was cleaning the vent louvers he accidentally turned on our dishwasher (which we never use) because we hand wash our dishes. But what happened after that was pretty funny. When turning on the dishwasher we noticed it was leaking water and Kyle found the hose clamp to be bad and also replaced that for me which was awesome! Their work is very thorough and they leave the place spotless. They clean up after themselves and leave you feeling great. Im giving these guys a five-star because they deserve it. I have been dealing with a nightmare of a problem in my house that is only a year and a half old, and Ive only lived in it a year. There is flooding into my living room and closet (both on different sides of the wall from my shower area. I put in an insurance claim and was told that I could choose anyone. Our business was in desperate need of help after volunteers cleaning our floors spilled a lot of water all over our carpeted area. We contacted HiCaliber and they came right over. They evaluated our situation and in 20 minutes, had microbial spray down as well as carpet fans to get the area as dry as possible. Kyle was fantastic and really helped us in a pinch. A couple years ago Hi Caliber did a very complex (in my view) remodel of our 115 year old pioneer home that is also a small business location. From start to finish they get an A+. Knowledge, experience, execution. They are always our first call and the only people I trust to work on our place.

We originally went with Servpro for mitigation work on some water leak damage in our kitchen that spread to our family room. When I looked for Restoration work Servpro was 6 weeks out. Disappointed, I looked for another company, Liberty did not have a current worker available I then called HiCaliber and within minutes I could tell I was working with a professional company. Lonnie spoke to me first and man was I impressed with her knowledge and ability to triage situations and information with our insurance adjuster as well as being able to provide immediate help for us through the subcontractors. Every service, sheetrock, moulding, painting, cabinets, carpet started earlier this week and were done by Friday morning, today. I really couldnt have been more pleased with their work. They really are a 5 star operation.

We were pleasantly surprised when HiCaliber was able to eliminate stained spots on the carpet restoring to the original luster. Other local carpet companies stated stains could NOT be removed & were permanent. HiCaliber said, let us work on the stain. Guess what? Do NOT go anywhere but HiCaliber! I have (unfortunately) had to use them on a few different occasions for flood remediation. I called another company and they had me in tears for how much money it would cost to use them. Not only did HiCaliber do the work for a fraction of the other guys, they also helped me order finish materials and helped me get the best price. I would NEVER go anywhere else!

HiCaliber has been awesome to work with! They are super quick with their jobs and also very informative. They consistantly were on time for their appointments which was wonderful since I had tried two other contractors that failed to make their appointments or follow through with finishing their work. I moved down to St. George not knowing any contractors and my uncle who worked down here a few years ago actually recommended them. He worked in that field and HiCaliber was a strong competitor that clients always seemed happy with so he said I should contact them. I will go to them again with future needs in my house without a doubt!

Steve is very experienced and Lonnie is a miracle worker...she moved mountains to get me same day service on a very tricky project requiring coordination with multiple contractors, renters, and owners. She just made it happen. Period. GIVE HER A RAISE!! This will be my go-to company for all my property management needs/repairs in the future. SOOO glad to have found them!

I cant say enough about how efficient and helpful HiCaliber is!With water flooded throughout the house - they came in with expertise and politeness. Lonnie was able to help us find quality flooring within our budget - so much more than we had expected! Floors were replaced, cabinets painted, baseboards...and it looks stunning! They took care of all of the issues -- a one stop shop. It was so much easier than trying to find 5 or 6 separate companies to fix all of the issues. I would never use anyone else.
