All I can say is WOW. I went shopping for a car 1st there. They were not pushy at all. I left there to shop at a couple more dealers. They had no problem with that at all. After shopping elsewhere, I went back to KIA and bought a car. WHY? The other dealers were pushy and could not beat the price, warranty, or service that I received. So far I love my new car and they have followed up with me to assure that I am satisfied. I recommend them with 5 stars. I would give more stars if it were an option. Thank you Erica.

The entire Staff were courteous and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and understanding of what my visit entailed. My Serviceman explained the parts ordered and the installation necessary and the length of time required. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The Lady at the Service Desk was every bit as professional. She knew exactly the parts & car associated with my name, the minute I walked in the door and this was my first visit. She told me who would be Servicing my vehicle and walked me over to him & introduced me to him. I cannot say how well I was received, and treated, or how clean the entire Service area & Dealership were. All of this explains why I will be back. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. I spent 15 minutes talking to them and letting them know the car I wanted. They told me the ones that were on order coming in. I put down my deposit and walked out. My car arrived three weeks later. Unfortunately due to a death in the family, I could not pick up the car for an additional two weeks. They held onto the car for me no issues whatsoever. They’ve all been kind and considerate and I’m very happy with my purchase. The car is beautiful and I will recommend the dealer. Ive called this Service department several times and wait on hold. When I finally get someone on the phone they sound frustrated that they are even talking to me, which is completely unacceptable. My car is totaled all I need is some service records that they refuse to help me with. I was very patient and nice every time I called in as I understood they were busy however they clearly arent in the market to serve their customers. Im in the market for a New Kia and I will never step foot in this place.

I get all the work on my Kia Sportage done at the dealership but the one time that I went to a local mechanic to have tires put on it was a disaster !!I was very nervous to drive my car after the faulty installation the other mechanic did on my vehicle…I called and they got me in last minute on a Saturday which is usually a very very busy day for them amd as always very pleased and very happy with the service at Bald Hill Kia .. I have always had cars that were at least ten years old by the time I got them. I really expected to have to wait 5-6 more months to pay off my car and get my credit higher before I could afford to get a newer car. My mother recommended Bald Hill Kia and insisted I just go see what they say. I met with Cass at Bald Hill Kia with the hopes that I could get a 2016 or a 2017 with under 50,000 miles. She had me Test Drive a Kia Sportage which I enjoyed. I asked her to print out all the Sportages they had within 5 years old so I could look at different features and prices. This is where I really felt like Cass Under-Promised and Over-Delivered. I ended up with a 2020 with 10,000 miles. It’s got so many features to it but Cass had me drive it for a day and then come back in. She then answered all my questions and helped me set up my cell phone to the car. She beat my expectations in age, mileage, entertainment features and safety features while still giving me the same financing and Monthly Payment I expected to pay on a lesser automobile. I would and will be recommending Cass and Bald Hill Kia to anyone I know who’s looking for a car. She listened, gave me options, handled every specific request and concern I had, and went above and beyond to make sure I knew how to use the car I just bought and all it’s features! Thanks Cass!

I do not recommend anyone take their car in to be serviced here. I have brought my car in 3 times in the last month to resolve the engine light and other issues it may have, (I dont know exactly what because each mechanic gives me a different answer about the car) and I have spent $3,500 so far. I was told verbatim, Weve had the car for a while so if there were any problems we would tell you Later that day the light came back on and the noise returned after a while. Their team is either dishonest or incompetent and I will not be returning. I encourage everyone else to do the same.

On a Saturday, My wife and I went to “Bald Hill Kia in Rhode Island” to look at a Kia Stinger we saw online. After walking in, we were greeted by a younger lady “never introduced herself” she asked if she could help us. We said, yes we are interested in the Kia Stinger outside. Once we were in her cubical she was asking questions and was very snoody and talked down to us. I asked what they would give me for my trade. She went out to the guy in the front and came back with a paper with basically nothing on it…. (monthly payments for 3 different terms) The price of the car was not on there. The # they were giving me for my trade was not on there. I asked her if the trade in price was somewhere because the (down payment) area was “0”. She said “YEP” I said okay! I had enough of the attitude and disrespect and was going to leave so I asked if I could take this paper? She said “NOPE” You can take a picture if you want she said. Knowing everything was in the system I said no we are good, HAVE A NICE DAY! And walked out.Once we got back to our place in Connecticut. Contacted the online help and told them what happened and I would like a GM to call me. I posted this experience on there Facebook page under the “reviews”.I received a phone call from the GM asking me to please take it down and they want to make it right. (I did take the post down).. And he was sincere and apologized deeply. He knew what I had for a trade and he said he wanted my car and wants to make this work. He hooked me up with this guy Matt “Used car manager”Matt called and also apologized and said the same things. They want my trade and want to make this work. I was getting calls/Emails multiple times a day for this deal. Matt calls me again on Saturday, stating “The GM” reached out to him and asked him to call me again and try to get this deal done. So the deal he gave me I ACCEPTED.. Sunday when they were closed I left a message for Matt stating I have not even test drove this car and would like to do so. Sunday afternoon I brought my mother to the dealership to show her the car and I noticed a sold tag on the mirror. I said to myself “yep it’s mine”Monday was a Holliday so on Tuesday I didn’t hear from anyone. I called in the later afternoon again and left another message for Matt. I didn’t hear anything Wednesday Either.I then Emailed the GM who has been in contact with me and let him know what’s going on and that iw as a little confused on why I wasn’t being contacted. Anthony (GM) Emailed me back in minutes saying “I will get in touch with Matt and have him call you right away”.. Few minutes go by and Matt is calling me. I asked him what’s going on with the car and that I wanted to test drive it.Matt tells me “ Someone came in yesterday (Tuesday) and put a deposit on the car and it’s no longer available! Shocked/furious, I said “WHAT”? We already made the deal that your GM asked you to do!He said “yeah, it’s not available and we will contact you if anything turns up”!!!!I said to him “so Tuesday someone came and put a deposit down”? He said “yes”.. I said that’s funny.. there was a sold tag on it Sunday afternoon. He went silent.. I said “OKAY”!! and hung up.I had 2 terrible experiences with this “Bald Hill Kia” in Rhode Island!! Totally messed up what they do to their customers. I HOPE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE! I would recommend staying away from this place!!

We didn’t expect to buy the day we stopped by, but Rich took care of us and gave us an amazing deal. We love the car, and the service was top notch. We are new to Kia but I think we will be return customers.

Wanted to look at a smaller, more fuel efficient vehicle for my wife as her current 2016 Sorento (though, we love it) is using too much gas on her new work commute. I talked to a few BDC associates and I advised earlier in the afternoon we would be there after 5pm and asked who we should be working with/asking for. No response.We both arrive at the dealership after 5pm, we walk into the showroom and start looking at the Forte. Nobody has greeted us, or even acknowledged us. We walked around other vehicles -nothing. We walked out on the lot looking at cars, passing someone sitting on their computer and couldn’t tear away to notice We were looking straight at him… still nothing. After about a half hour of walking around with no assistance, we both decided that the Bald Hill brand isn’t for us and left disappointed.

My husband and I have had 4 different Kia cars. We never had a problem with any of them. When we wanted to trade in my Soul and my husbands Forte both 2019 we went back to Bald Hill Kia. However, we didnt want another Kia. We were downsizing to 1 vehicle and wanted to try something new. Then we got to thinking, if we never had a problem with our other cars why would we want to try another brand. We ended up getting a 2021 Kia Soul. We love the Soul. Its compact, yet roomy. Thanks to Matt, the manager and Mike our salesman we were able to trade in our lease vehicles without a problem. With their 100,000 mile/10 year warranty why would you go anywhere else???

I found a nail in my tire. I called and they were able to get me right in. The visit was completely covered under my warranty package. I was in and out within an hour, and they even washed the exterior!

Horrible experience with the dealership for now. I will update this as we progress but was misled in terms of when I will have the car and am still awaiting delivery after paying in full and getting insurance on my name 2 weeks back.

We went in and met with Mohammad. What a great guy! He’s very knowledgeable about the features and financing. He put together a good package for us with a monthly payment right around the amount we wanted. We got the new Seltos which is an excellent new cross-over from Kia. It has loads of safety features and a great media system with excellent integration for smartphones. We really felt valued as customers and I would recommend this salesman and dealership without reservation. It’s our second Kia and we’re happy to be a member of the family.

Don’t trust these guys. I negotiated a lease with them online but when I went to pick it up, no deal. I drove 90 minutes to the dealership. When I arrived, the sales manager Matt informed me that I would have an additional charge on the monthly payment for taxes. I explained that the negotiated price included taxes. He kept arguing with me but I had all of the emails to prove what I was saying. The argument went on for ten minutes with me threatening to walk if they wouldn’t honor the agreed upon deal. Matt disappeared for a full ten minutes leaving me standing there. When he came back, I showed him the emails that documented the agreed upon price and what was included – including taxes. After seeing the emails, Matt informed me that the car had actually been sold that morning. Really? Is this the oldest con in the book? If it was sold, why were you haggling with me about taxes? If it was sold that morning, how come I received a confirmation email from the dealership at 2:45 that afternoon? If it was sold, why was it sitting right there by the door with no SOLD or HOLD sign on it? I went out to my car to cool off. Went back inside and this time met with the owner. He dragged out all of the excuses in the book, “showed” me that there were no other cars like it available anywhere, but then offered me a deal on a more expensive model. I believe that’s the old bait and switch. While it’s certainly dishonest, I believe that it’s also illegal. Don’t stay away from this dealership, run away. Or you too can be ripped off.So its been two weeks. Ive spoken to them on the phone (Denise is very nice) yet no response from Matt the sales manager. Ive emailed them VINs of nearby similar cars that they could swap out. Doesnt seem like there is any desire on their part to make this right. Hard to believe they would do business like this.

My story started on March 5th, my daughter needed a new car because she totaled her 2015 Kia Forte with no injuries thank god.we found a 2020 Kia Forte on the lot that she loved. We had a couple of bumps with the salesman we were working with, so I decided to stop in on the 12th to find out why our salesman wouldn’t call us back, and Ethan greeted me at the door and I explained the situation that we were in a time crunch, Ethan and his team made this process go from “what the heck” to “wow that was easy”. I was so impressed with there hard work that I went back there today and I’m trying to buy myself a 2021 k5 gt-line. Fingers crossed that they can get me to where I need to be!!! I’m sure tony can work some magic

Great experience last week having my Sorento serviced at Bald Hill KIA in Warwick. Ease of scheduling, appointment reminders, and updates while I waited during the oil change, safety inspection and tire rotation. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Would highly recommend! Nick Rose, my service advisor, did a great job of keeping me informed about the status of my car (it was in for warranty work). I found everyone in the service department to be friendly and detail oriented.

Very friendly staff, only downside was the car I had on hold was sold off accidentally and we had waited for close to 4 hours for everything to be sorted out. Wish we had more updates with the situation while we were there.
