I found this place last year because of a Groupon and the customer service I received in the shop was phenomenal! I had many questions about services and all were answered thoroughly. Recently I went in with a vehicle I just purchased. Let me start by saying I totally no called no show my first appointment on accident and they wouldnt accept a dime even though I offered more than once. When I went in to get the oil change and a head to toe checkup, superior service yet again and the follow up for all of my questions about an extended service plan... answered with patience and care!! I would give this place 10 stars if I could!!

Very good service! Rich at the front desk is always very polite and helpful. The guys always get the work done in a timely manner. I went in for a Full alignment, tire balancing & synthetic oil change. After the oil change and alignment the mechanic said a tire balance wasnt needed & I appreciate the honesty unlike other places that would have done it just for the money. I also last minute decided to get wiper blades front & back & Rich was great about making sure that got done & had my rear one delivered to the shop before my vehicle was done. I always get Groupon for the oil changes etc and they always honor them with no issue. The waiting room is always clean with free tea & coffee & a vending machine with snacks.

Front desk was very friendly and accommodating. I intend to go back when service is required.

I actually give this a 4.5. Used a Groupon deal for an oil change that was $19. NOTE: I had to pay additional sales tax that was not included in with the offer price. Not a big deal but didnt expect it. Greeted with a Hello and a smile upon entering. Service was great. The waiting room was very spacious and cool. Seating was very comfortable. Hands down one of the best waiting areas I have ever been in.They have multiple bays as well as a state of the art facility. Multiple technicians on once who are very knowledgeable in what they do.The reason I didnt give a 5 star was arrived at 9:55am for a 10:00am appointment for an oil change on a small car. I did not leave until 10:40. This was slightly longer than expected for an oil change. However, again, the waiting area, level of service, and their courteous staff more than made up for the time.

Love this place, they do good work at a fair price. Worth the time and money, checked many places for prices. This place always has a better price and appointment schedule.

Had an amazing experience at this place! Great customer service and fast issue fix. I needed to hit the road to move out of state and found out that I have an oil leak in my car. Came to this place out of the bloom without an appointment and got my issue resolved in no time. Rich quickly ordered the right part for my car and it got here in no time. Todd fixed it in less than an hour. What could have been a time drag for me turned out to be a great experience. Will 100 % recommend.

These folks ate the best! Being car in exactly at appointment time. They are so honest, very specific on what you need and make sure you know every detail of what was done. They have a comfortable waiting area with multiple couches, TVs and a wide array of magazines to occupy your time while your vehicle gets serviced. Ill never bring my vehicle to anyone else for service.The price of a synthetic oil change is unbeatable, with competitors charging upwards of $90+ for the most basic of services.My oil change was done in a fast and effective manner, and done by the incredibly professional staff. Came here yesterday for an oil change, first time here and its a really nice place and good customer service. It was super quick and I could get in right away. The waiting area is comfy and homey feeling so even if they did take a little long you dont mind because theres nice cushioned couches.

Pros; Service was good and the job was done correctly. Free coffee, tea, water and candies. Couches, TV, magazines, vending machine, things to look at, CLEAN restroom and lots of space.Cons; It took 1 hour and 20min. for an oil change, even though I had a scheduled appointment. Also, there was a charge for tax that I was unaware of prior to going there, good thing I had some money on me.Overall, things went well, just make sure youve got time and some extra money for tax.

Since I started going here a few years ago I dont take my car anywhere else. Rich and Todd at counter are always helpful. Sometimes it gets busy with one guy between the phone and counter but they always make it a point to acknowledge you. Works always completed in a timely manner at a very fair cost! Never have had any issues whatsoever. Good Groupon deals too. Would definately recommend.

Great people & great service. Needed to have my high pressure fuel pump replaced & was actually told by their staff that Hyundai had an extended warranty I wasnt aware of that would cover the new part! They even reduced the cost of the diagnostics. Wish there were more places like this in the world. Permanent customer.

The service at Broadway Tire is really great. One thing, I can say definitely is that everyone I have dealt with has been professional, helpful and courteous. I normally buy Groupon fo get a good deal for their oil change service. The atmosphere is comfortable....as you can sit and watch TV as you wait for your car go ne serviced!

I never have a bad experience at Broadway Tire & Auto...seriously. Both locations have friendly, knowledgable staff and timely appointments. The Pawtucket location has done multiple oil changes and last minute repairs for me, and the Warwick location has done the same, plus having staff keep me calm on the phone while I made my way down to them with my car overheating/steaming. Have recommended to others and will continue to!

Decently fast service and reasonable prices

Customer service is important here, that is obvious. I do feel thier prices are slightly higher than average. With that said, they can get you in quick, seem to do quality work, and are pleasant enough to work with.

We got a battery for our car while we waiting 6 months ago and that was great! However, last week was another story. It took George the entire day to tell us what was wrong with the car. We needed the car the next day and he said that he would have no problem with getting the parts in a matter of hours. We said we would bring it back the following week and made an appointment. He again gave some excuse of the part not being ready. I dont know folks, seems kinda shady to pay what it costs to fix our cars and to be given the run around.

Jorge has fixed our families cars for years. Whether it is a complicated suspension system, turbo upgrades or a full fuel injection system overhaul, his ability to troubleshoot and replace problems is amazing. This week I had his crew upgrade our Hummer H1 electric winch with a stronger Hydraulic variant. Jorge went above and beyond fabricating brackets and hydraulic lines while still delivering the care and attention that any normal service job would demand. He is attentive to his customers and stays current with all aspects of the automotive arena. His shop is amazing and his skillset is superior. It is very rare to find someone at Jorges caliber in this industry, I feel very lucky to be one of his customers.
