Had an appointment scheduled for 2pm today. I am still sitting here two hours later, and they havent even STARTED on my car. All I came for was an alignment and general inspection. I was told at 2:15 they would start on my car shortly.However I will give them credit for being polite and communicating the best they can with customers.
Fast and friendly service. Coupons applied as requested. No bs. Enjoyed fairly comfortable chairs while waiting.
Firestone is a great company as a whole but I highly suggest no one EVER use this location. They are absolutely terrible at customer service, aren’t thorough with their work, can’t be timely themselves yet expect the customer to not be a few minutes late and still handle them in the same fashion. Firestone should highly consider additionally if not completely restaff this store because it is truly an embarrassment to the Firestone brand .
I recently purchased a Subaru, and so far I have gotten an oil change and an alignment. The oil change was fine, but the alignment has had issues, the first time I got it aligned the steering wheel was visibly crooked to the right and if you put the steering wheel straight the car would veer right. I called the Firestone Watson location and they said they would redo it. I brought it back a week after I called them and they redid it, but once they finished redoing it and I took my car home the car still was not aligned correctly. This time, if I put the steering wheel dead straight, the car would veer left... I’m not happy. Sadly I purchased the 12 month alignment package, so I’m sort of tied up coming here until the 12 months is over.Do your research. Find a good mechanic, if you do, please send me their info!

Extremely unsatisfied customer here. There have been several minor problems and now one major one. I will no longer trust Firestone with my tire and auto care.Major Issue: Back in October of 2020 I replaced the rack and pinion steering and inner and outer tie rods. I took it to Firestone Warner Robins for a front end alignment. Well, there was some extreme adjustment and instead of the mechanic removing the band clamp at the end of the boot like they should have done, they just grossly twisted the boot and during the course of the expansion and contraction of the boot when steering the clamp tore holes in the BRAND NEW BOOTS (See photos clearly showing the hole in the boot). Now the boots are there to keep dirt and grime out of the hydraulic piston so as not to wear out the seals. I contacted the dealer and they told me that if they were damaged they would replace them. The reason I found the damage was I had to replace the struts and just happened to find them. Well, Firestone refused to replace the boots and said that untwisting them would suffice.So basically they damaged the boots on my brand new rack and pinion and refuse to day anything about it. I called Firestone customer service to lodge my complaint. I was told that someone would be in touch with me within 48 hours. Well, a month later and I have not heard a word!Minor issue 1: I always get road hazzard on new tires. I had one tire that was leaking and took it in for a check. I am assuming that they put extra pressure in the tires to check for the leaks. One tire needed replacing and I authorized it. The next morning on my way to work my tire pressure system alerted me of 3, not 1 but THREE over pressure tires. I immediately pulled into a parking lot to check them and 3 tires were 20 lbs plus OVER PRESSURE!! Now while this was a simple fix (letting pressure out of each tire), had I not been alerted by my pressure system and had gotten on the interstate there was a high chance of a blow out!Minor issue 2: See Firestone review for Eisenhower Parkway Macon.
Bring a bag lunch or have someone pick you up because you will be there all day(even for a oil change). Bad customer service. Had to stand for 30 minutes because there were no chairs due to the number of people waiting. Nothing bad to say about the actual work the problem is with time management and customer service.
I got my front and back tires and rotors changed. I was charged almost $900. When I left the business my car was making a horrible rattling noise. I took it back in to be checked. The technician said there was no noise, I assumed they fixed it but then my check engine light was on afterwards. I explained that the light was not on when I brought my car in. They then told me it would be another $107 to get the light off. I believed I was being scammed. Couldn’t believe they were asking me to pay more money for problems they created. I will be taking my business elsewhere. You have been warned.
When it comes to good, better, best these guys are the best. Very knowledgeable and quality customer service.

Although they had to hold my car 6 days for my steering wheel. They fixed the problem. Did not charge me for holding it. They did my alignment. And tried there best to do what I asked. And I do understand 6 days is a long time but I think we are all busy and its all hectic because of the corona virus. Thank you for fixing my car. Yall gave me a very VERY affordable price. And even called to apologize yall stay safe!

Took my car in for an oil change in December. Needed another one in January, March comes around and my oil level is at 0% again. I take it back for another oil change, 5 days later my timing belt skipped cussing my engine to go out. They called an “outside” source to determine who’s fault it was, said my car “just went out.” Never had any problems out of my car until it was brought to them. I’ve called numerous auto repair shops, all of them told me the same thing: my timing belt skipped because my oil plug was not put back in. Would not recommend.

The black manager was very rude... The prices were very high and unreasonable. The technician took off in my Corvette and burned over a quarter tank of gas.they told me it was a tie rod end and were going to charge me very much. I went to another place they replace upper lower ball joints both tie rod ends for the same price this place was going to charge for one tie rod end replacement. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The technicians are not knowledgeable at all beware of this place

Made an appointment online, and the manager Rick called to tell me they were short staffed and not going to be able to see me till after Tuesday. When I asked him “how am I am to make an appointment, yet you say you cant do it” he replied with I dont have timeTo discuss this and hangs up. DO NOT GO HERE!
I like Firestone because they are honest. They stand by their pricing. However their prices are expensive. I would suggest if youre going to purchase tires to find out all the deals theyve got going on on all their tires. We go there on a regular basis to have the oil changed in our vehicles and general overview of the performance of the vehicle. I absolutely love Firestone especially the one on Watson Boulevard in Warner Robins. The reason theres not five stars is because the prices are marked up a little high but I understand because products do come with warranties and whatnot. Im satisfied.

If you dont value your time, then go here. I had an appoint set for a basic oil change at 11am. Ive been to Firestones before with average service and it usually takes half an hour. My car wasnt brought in until after noon. I voiced my frustration with a service rep, who didnt and couldnt do anything. Another customer then tells me he had an appointment at 10am for just brake checks and his car was only being brought in when mine was (after noon).I understand they are busy, but their system needs better scheduling. The managers solution was to call in instead of going online- that is not a solution. Someone could have informed us of the delay times instead of letting us sit there for hours. Had they told me, I would not have lost time. Poor customer service choices. Im going elsewhere for oil changes and auto care.

Left my key turned to accessory the entire time they did my alignment which killed the battery. They then disconnected my battery assuming I was going to buy a new battery from them so everything in my vehicle is reset. I will not be returning to this service center

Bought my last 3 sets of tires from Rick. Two sets on base and 1 set from Watson. He always takes care of me and never had a problem. Have an appointment to have my tires rotated and alignment check this week. Prices are in line with every other store in Warner Robins. It cost money to own a vehicle and for my money it will be this store
I took my car in for two tires and left it overnight because they didnt know if they could get the tires I ordered that day or the next. Big mistake. They went all through my glove department and read through all my papers I had in there and my bank statements. I know this because all of them had grease all over them. They also left grease on my leather seats. They installed my tires correctly but scratched up one of my wheels in the process. Very unprofessional and I would no recommend this store!
Reliable service. Never had a problem with the quality of their work. A bit pricey but the quality is always there.
I typically only use them for oil change because of the long wait for any other service they offer. They do ask if you are going to stay for the oil change or pick it up later and make sure they try to work semi quickly if you plan on waiting.
Front shocks, fixed 4 wheel drive stick shift, replaced U-joints! Going back in the summer to get my rear socks replaced. Im satisfied!

Horrible service! Its always something when I bring my car here. I always have to bring my car back due to some error that was made. When I do come for service, I always schedule an appointment to make sure they have time to service my car & almost everytime I have to bring the car back for some reason.

Ordered tires had them delivered here to be mounted on my truck. They were only suppose to charge me $68.00 however when I left it was over $100.00. Tried to tell them that I already had a quote however, they would not change the price... DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!
Even if you’re there at opening time you’ll never be there early enough. I went in for a check on a lifetime alignment. The guy making coffee said hi the guy at the counter asked what I needed. I told him a check on alignment. He didn’t even bother looking up told me 7 people in front of me and sarcastically said make an appointment. Yea no kidding, then again being in town for the day wasn’t planned. Nice to see this is their idea of customer service honestly wouldn’t have minded it as much if it weren’t for the attitude. But oh well what can you expect they’re a corporate company won’t recommend them anymore. Save your time and trouble toss the coupons find somewhere else to go.
I needed a tire replaced under a road hazard warranty. I took it to this location because it was closer to where I had to pick up and return the new tire (these are on my sons vehicle which was not where I live). I pivkrd up the tire and took it this location. I arrived about a quarter to 10 a.m. and was told that it would be about an hour to an hour and a half before they can look at the tire because they were very busy. I came back approximately an hour and 15 minutes later and was told that they had not had an opportunity to look at it and that they were very busy with appointments and appointments had to be taken care of first that it would be at least 3 p.m. before they could even look at the tire. I called the store I usually visit on Riverside Drive in Macon and they were wonderful. They called their sister store Tires Plus on North Houston Road and I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes.

Took my car back twice to fix a brake grinding noise problem after they did a brake job. Finally had to take it elsewhere after them saying i had a wheel bearing going bad. It was a bad brake job. Another shop put a new hardware kit on and problem solved. No bearing problem which they wanted another $350 to fix. Wont be going back.
This used to be a great store until Craig & Johnny retired. Now they are terrible. They have no customer service skills, there is no quality control, they are trying to make the days profit from one customer, prices are not competitive with other businesses or even their own stores. They just do not care. They leave the car dirty and are lethargic in completing the work on time.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU USE THE FIRESTONE ON RAFB (Larry is the manager)

They didnt want to want on my truck. Told me my truck would fit on the lift and two seconds later was told that it wouldnt fit. Took my truck to tires plus they put my truck straight on the same lift Firestone had.

This place is awful. They charge way too much for the simplest work, that i could do myself. They messed up my boyfriends car way over 3 times. It is just plain ridiculous. DO NOT USE THIS FIRESTONE.

Went in to get a flat tire fixed. Service was a bit slow but the staff seems conscientious and was reasonably helpful.
I went in for an oil change and front end alignment. With a 10:00 am appointment I was still not out until 11:45. Also I asked them to check the air in the tires and they did not. The air pressure light was on and they had to see it when they test drove it after the alignment. It took too long and they didnt do everything.
Very bad at doing services that are already paid for... Made me wait hours for a flat repair that I have road harzard coverage on. Wasted my time that I can not get back. Poor way to treat a customer that has done business.

My wife went here to replace an alternator. They replaced it and sold her a new axle due to a torn cv boot. The next day she was driving on the highway and the axle fell out. Apparently they installed the wrong part number axle.

Rotated my tires and didnt let me know that there was no thread on the tires after I only owned them for 8,000 mile on a tire that has a 60,000 mile warranty on them. They dont care about your safety or there warranty packages.
