Call to make an appointment on Monday and was told to bring my truck on in. Arrive that morning discussed the engine light code and water leak. Was told they would check it out that day and call me back. Wasnt given my vehicle back for 10 days. They never called me to discuss issues or to update what they were doing. I had to call them to find out each afternoon if I was going to get it back that day. $800 later I pick up my vehicle and the next day received same engine trouble code. Went there because I have always heard they were great. I will never go back and still need my truck fixed!

I usually write on YELP. Great first impression. I presented and gave some background regarding my problem. Although I interrupted him during his work day, owner listened attentively and was gracious enough to research, print, and give me some information regarding the system failure. Ill return with vehicle in tow and will re-review after the diagnostic and repair as I feel good about doing business here.

I was here per a friends recommendations to check my air conditioner yesterday, and to say I was disappointed in their customer service is an understatement.I pulled up and was waiting in my car for a good 30mins with no response from a soul, this was 9am ish so the shop was empty( no cars) basically.The annoying part is a mechanic saw me however didnt care to speak/ask/attend to me as a shop would a customer, and nonchalantly went back in, so I took my business else where.Poor customer service!

Took my wifes car in for a fuel injection clean and Brian and Hope took care of us for a great price and got us in and out they also noticed I had a nail in my tire and took care of it as well, super nice people

Be forewarned, you will have to fork over $110 for them to even LOOK at your vehicle. Also be prepared to have a marked up estimate given to you for repairs. I usually take my vehicle to C&G and have NEVER been charged to have them look at my vehicle. Unfortunately for me, C&G was booked over a week and I was desperate. Just make sure to get a second opinion and be prepared to pay $110.

The people here were good to me. Although they hadn’t tested my vehicle before trying to fix it, they were personable and professional. They admitted their mistake and made it right. I’ll definitely be back.

Spent almost $2,000.00 on an airbag issue and they never got it fixed, they where getting most of the parts and work done at a dealership and then up charging me a lot. I told them what they original code was and they kept replacing everything else, the problem was most likely wiring but they kept just throwing parts and money at it, go to pick up my vehicle after they said it was ready and it was tore all apart still, waste of time and money

Went in to have my car repaired. They tried to fix everything but what was wrong with my car and wanted $900! Tried to say i needed a oil change but I just had one! Got my car back to take it elsewhere and it wouldnt even start!

Over the past eight years I have had Brian and his team at Calhouns automotive do countless numbers and types of repairs to my cars. I have experienced high mileage and reliable transportation with my vehicles because Calhouns keeps my vehicles in good repair. I can count on the job being done right and at a reasonable price. Brian will not sell you services you dont need. He is honest and fair. I wont go anywhere else in Warner Robins to repair my car.

We are from Ohio and was having some car troubles going through. The dealership tried to charge us an arm and a leg for things that weren’t even wrong. Hope was so helpful and nice. She helped us get back on the road as soon as possible.They explained everything and even showed us where our problems were. Amazing people, great service and a great price.

Calhoun had my car for about 8 days. The car would not crank so I took it there. I did read the reviews but took a chance. Please read this review. Front desk was courteous and nice. I never got a follow-up phone call even after they said they would call or text. Tech said the car needed a fuel pump, he promised that would crank the car. New fuel pump did not work, this was after the 2nd day. After that, no feedback and they were trying different things. Finally, Monday I went up there and told them to stop and return the car. They wanted to charge for $100 diagnostic fee plus $400 for fuel pump. Finally they charged $100 for diagnostic. I left with no fuel pump and my car was returned with all of the screws out of it and everything under the dash left apart. Good people but bad service. I will tell everyone on the base about this company. If you cant fix it, please dont pretend to.

Car quit on me and my son on the way home from IL to FL, kind of hard to work on, Mercedes S550, with bunch of electronics in it, stopped to fuel, car refused to crank, got their number from one of the local guys at the gas station ...called, they arranged Tow truck in few min, got towed, received a loaner car, didnt even ask for it, Hope, the amazing lady at the front desk was so helpful with everything, I believe her name was given for a reason, first I was a bit sceptical, car loaded with all possible electric in it, small shop in the small town, and you know what, dont judge a book by the cover, they diagnosed and fix the car next day .... for 1/3 what a dealership would charge, great people, great service, Ill be thankful to them forever, BTW technician that work on my car, lets call Him George is the best guy in the business . HOPE, thank You again, for everything, means a lot

Before I state my review & rating, I feel compelled to inform that I rarely will award a 10 out of 10. I am a harsh critic who believes that a rating of 10 is the equivalent of sighting of say...Bigfoot. Supposedly exists but no proof or reasonable facts. 🤣 Nevertheless, in complete seriousness, I believe a 10/10 is something to strive for & set the standards for service that is almost unattainable!Calhouns Automotive Repair receives a firm 10 out of 10 from my family!My familys home resides in the state of Arkansas. We traveled the few hundred miles to Perry, Georgia to visit with family members! It is 654.8 miles exactly. Roughly 10.5 hours. With our two teenage boys in the the ride as well.Upon the day, the whole family loads up in multiple vehicles to set off for the beach, a sickening sound caused an abrupt halt in plans.The rear differential is out! We drive a 2013 AWD SEL Ford Edge. So needless to say a functioning rear differential is vitally important & essential!Based on a review from a trusted friend of the family, a call was made to Calhouns the following afternoon.C.A.R. worked us in!The service, knowledge, & car-side manner was outstanding! They fully diagnosed the issue, swiftly & confidently repaired the problem! Doing so in such a way that inspired trust from my Significant Other in their competency and accuracy! As well as faith from a mother on her babies safety returning home.Thank yall so much for the assistance in what could have put dark mean thunderous clouds on what is the brightest skies of our family vacation!An extra special thanks to Mr. Brian Calhoun & Mrs. Hope on the amazing & patient customer service and interaction! Calhoun Automotive, Bryan= Owner, has been working on my vehicles for many years, the latest being today. He has always performed in a professional manner with outstanding knowledge of diagnosing the problem. Never has he accomplished any work that was not needed. In fact he has advised not to replace an item that I thought had failed. That is true honesty. Something that is very difficult finding in todays market with attitudes of being selfish so why should I consider others. Bryan has always done what he thought was right by the customer and vehicle. I acknowledge that one cannot please all people all the time. However, if customers would sometimes listen and abide by advice given things could be a lot more understandable and pleasing to everyone. Great work Bryan. Keep it up and dont change.

Always great service. Had brakes replaced for a much better price than other places quoted me. Brian (owner) even came out and shook my hand to thank me for my business. Would recommend highly.

They worked on my dads car about a year and 5 months ago. I had them do a good amount of work done on the car to make it like new again and I have no problem with the work they done everything they done is still working perfectly. I just had some work on my truck 2012 Chevrolet colorado this week and it seems they have done me another great job. So far they have got it done right the first time. I love that. Thanks yall. Came recommended took my diesel truck there they never gave me a price upfront basically held the truck hostage for $900 pay them their money the next day the truck did the same thing took it back up there they warrantied the part got the truck back for free the next day it did the same thing took it back up their cost me $400 on something that was supposed to be a warranty repair. So for basically $1,300 I now get a recommendation to change my fuel tank because it is rusted something they should have done from the very beginning. I will never give them the opportunity to work on anything I own again

Ive used Calhouns for 10 years with no problems. Up front pricing, and trustworthy service UNTIL recently. Had a huge turnover in personal Brian the owner, is the only one i still recognize, but i havent seen him there in a long time.I took my car in to have the AC fixed, needed a new compressor, next day Im on my way AC goes out. Go Back now I need new lines. AC works for about a month. I take it back they keep my car all day when I call Im told my compressor is bad and I need to buy a new one, I inform him that they just replaced it last week and Im not paying for another one. He puts me on hold then comes back and apologizes for the confusion and says my compressor is fine but my freon lines need to be replaced. I show up at the shop and when the guy tries to charge me I show him my receipt for the same service last week, he then says I just needed the freon filled. A month later the AC goes out I calk them and they say the AC isnt under warranty anymore. Bottom line I still have no AC, and Calhouns automotive has become more about getting money than performing automotive work. I will not let them touch my lawnmower!

Just like all auto repair place they are a bit high priced. But if your car needs repaired they can get it done and they give a year warranty on their work. Very nice people with a family feel except they charge. Lol

Worked on my family members car. After the repair, the car wouldn’t even crank on the way back home. When my sister tried to contact the owner and discuss the supposed $528 repair that was not properly performed, the owner Brian would not take her phone calls. The office manager started yelling at my sister and telling her she was not getting her money back—that she was just out of luck. My sister finally got her car fixed at another mechanic in town who said the part on the car was never replaced. My sister ended up having to file fraud charges on this guy. Scam artist. Stay away!

The mechanic decided to do a work around instead of the job I specifically asked for. This doubled the price of the job. Then I was told that they had to pull the engine to do the job. Pulling the engine was not necessary for this job. When I picked up the car the inside driver door handle was on the floor broken. Also the new dipstick I supplied them with was broken and they tried telling me that it was cracked when I brought it to them. My personal feelings are DO NOT bring your car here.

My car burned to a crisp on the way home from this shop when i asked Brian he said they put the whole car togeather and didnt even test drive it. Brian Calhoun refused to honor their warranty or accept any responsibility😠😠😠.

Improper procedure to repair a stripped bolt. In the process of the repair, they stipped another and covered it up till I found it replacing my thermostat.Take your vehicle to a Firestone, Tires Plus or Raffields. This place is shady.
