I went and got my oil change there got home. My oil filter was leaking the oil filter was not screwed on tight. Could’ve cost me engine damage. Glad I looked under there to see where the leak was coming from. Poor Quality. Make sure your oil filter is tight.

I stop by their car wash first time they charge me $34.99 for super clean when my car came after clean it’s was still dirty same o same inside they did so bad job and they did not not accept their fault they was blaming each other never go back to them

If Im not changing my own oil these are the only people I trust to do the job for me. The wait is about 25 to 35 minutes to be service which includes a car wash and small detailing.

Great service, friendly folks. Weve been using this service for years. We bought a 2007 Dodge Charger brand new with only 3 miles on it when we purchased it. After the manufacturers maintenance contract expired, we took it to Xpress lube. The car runs like a top, has over 279,000 miles and is still the envy of the neighborhood. Thanks Ashley and the guys. It use to be good but now the price has went up and the service has went down the outside sitting area was not clean like usually and they didnt vacuum my car worth nothing.. Even though I love coming here Ill give them another try just to see if they going to get it together..

The receptionist was rude and disrespectful. I told the receptionist about my experience prior and decided to try service once again. My car was detailed even worse the second time Sharday had to vacuum and clean my car . Redo my car.. I told the receptionist she said in a Nasty and Rude comment....They took care of you didnt they. She was quick and not apologetic Word of mouth is the best advertisement. SHARDAY IS A JEWEL TO THE BUSINESS.SHE PROBABLY MISS HER TIPS FROM redoing CARS THE OTHERS ARE supposedly have cleaned.I do not recommend business.

I have only used their car wash, but they offer express oil changes as well. Car was goes a great job. I use them regularly and will continue to do so.

They did a great job. Only complaint they forgot the back bumper part of my car for the detailing part.

Paid to have my car hand washed and the did not get bugs off, lefts spots and dirt on my car. No air freshener as requested. Overall horrible car wash I will stick with mobile retailers for what they charged to hand wash

I want to thank Chad the manager. I got my oil changed today and shortly after my car quit side of the road. I called just to see if maybe they have forgotten to do something or hook something back up. Within 15 to 20 minutes Chad was behind me checking on me and my four-year-old little boy. He was even nice enough to take us all the way home when he didnt have to. So thank you Chad for wonderful customer service and for taking care of me and my little boy when we were stranded side the road. You were really my angel today.

Normally they have done a great job washing and cleaning my vehicles. However, the last few times I have had to have them go back an vacuum places they missed and wipe down stuff. This last time it took them two times to get them to do what I paid (the $30 wash) for and they still did a mediocre job. Time to take my business elsewhere...

I would up cleaning my own truck there because they do not do a good job.

Long story short, they have cut costs on service, speed, and value year after year but now its $75 for an oil change and car wash (to be fair its synthetic), but now the car wash doesnt include vacuum or wipe down. I even asked them to add it and they charged me another $7.50 which apparently only covered the vacuum because they came back out with it not wiped down. $7.50 for some lazy dude who gave me attitude when I asked for what I paid for in the first place? HELL NO! Ive used this place probably 40-50 times over the years. Today was my last time!

I have been coming here for years for my oil changes! I love the service and they have always exceeded my expectations when cleaning the interior and exterior of my vehicles!

So my wife told me I need to up my petty game and post this for the world to see. The Havoline Express Lube Car Wash on Watson Blvd has completely screwed me. My car comes out the wash and they have locked the keys in the car. They claim its the cars fault. They call a locksmith and we know that takes an hour. He shows up and they said the price was too much and sent him away. That was the moment I got upset. Dont support this place yall. The manager had no care about his customers and their experience. His stance during this whole event... well its not my fault. I am starting my second hour now waiting for this next locksmith to show up.

Had two Academy gift cards missing after my oil change...wont be back...phone call to complain did nothing.

Went in on Dec 22nd. A day before we were leaving on a 14 hr drive for Christmas. I had the oil changed on our 2011 Dodge 3500. We ended up driving 14 hrs straight and the next morning woke up to all the oil on the ground under the truck except a quart (thank the lord). My husband took the oil filter off and there was no O ring. When I called and explained the manager acted like he could care less. He said he could not refund our $75.00 oil change. But if I brought in the receipt of the oil and filter I had to buy to replace it he would refund me for that.

Slow cleanup after wash

The Wash stopped for at least 5 Minutes and when it Started again,The Dryers never turned on. We left the Place Mad and with a Soaking Wet Car. Would not Recommend this Place.

Not very happy have went to these guys for years Ive noticed the price increase but this time they even doubled they use synthetic oil without asking and charged pretty much 80 bucks for my oil change its no longer a free car wash I will no longer use these guys because they did not let me know ahead of time before using this synthetic oil my car does not need synthetic oil thank you by the way I probably would have used the synthetic oil if I was just asked but Im not happy since I wasnt asked and then the cashier had no clue what was wrong with my service
