Ive had several problems over the last year and a half here from them leaving bolts out of my lower engine cover, causing it to drag the ground, to grease and oil stains on my upholstery not to mention the 300% mark up on bulbs filters and topping off of fluids. But today I watched them start to drain the oil only to quickly put the drain plug back. I asked them to remove the drain plug to finish getting all the old oil out and I got nothing but attitude. They finally removed it and it drained consistently for 5 minutes. Youre paying for a 5 quart oil change not a 3 quart. Who on earth would leave all that dirty oil in the engine?? It defeats the entire point of an oil change. Also the price jumped from $39 to $49 so I will no longer be using this rip off place.

So quick and efficient. Excellent customer service. Theyre quick and to the point but still very welcoming. They wont give you the run around or suggest things you dont need. You wont be disappointed if you go here.

Ok sooo Ive been going here for the better part of 25 or so years. Ive only had one bad experience and that was at the Jonesboro location. They forgot to tighten the oil cap. Besides that incident i just love the way you can go in and keep everything checked and changed regularly. Could use other places as Im sure theyre good enough. Just that Im a fairly loyal kind of guy. Especially when the people are extremely nice. Keep it up Warner Robins

I was not happy with the service. Took my car here to get an oil change and they broke my air intake sensor trying to put my air filter back in. Didnt bother telling us they broke it so I got stranded on my way home from my oil change I will not be going to this jiffy lube on Watson ever again.

Yeah, wont be going back there, one worker jumped in a mans jeep behind me and almost ran right into my car, another worker got in my vehicle and moved every seat in it, they didnt sweep it out like asked nor did the windows as asked, slammed my doors saw him looking through my stuff in my vehicle, was charged 98 dollars for an oil change smh, I wouldnt recommend taking your vehicle here if you care about it

Great people there .The people there are very nice, I dont know what happened but I done the oil change and then bought a battery and paid 129 dollars for it then they wanted 29 dollars to install it. Then I had a gas filter I had bought with intentions of changing it myself but ask them to do it which is a five minute job. They wanted 29 dollars for that. . The girl claimed she gave me a discount but it still came up to 199dollars . I think its time for me to find somewhere else to go . Its rediculous for people to think you dont know any better . its so bad that so many people dont know any better..

My car broke down in street in front of Jiffy Lube. Some of Jiffy Lube employees came out and pushed my car into their lot. Tried to start but failed. I called Allstate to get a tow. Was told no tow available til next morning. I locked my car and left it where they put it. I called several times and left message that my car would be picked up in the morning. Iwent next morning to meet tow driver and manager of Jiffy Lube said she didnt get my message and she had my car impounded. My insurance doesnt cover impound fees. So I had to pay $140 out of pocket to get my car back. If she had waited 20 more minutes insurance tow would have picked up. This is very bad customer service and bad business.

It’s a good company. They have an excellent system that allows any Jiffy Lube to pull up your car’s history and provide the service you need in a quick and cost-effective manner. I have never had bad work done and they don’t push the air filters and other accessories too hard The employees are always pleasant and helpful. The wait is usually fairly short. I use this store whenever I am in town.

Did a good job, but their prices could be lower and they could give us loyal customers more coupons. They also try and push other services I dont always need. Lol if I had the money Id ask for those services.

Very pleasant and quick. Little on the high price side but worth it. Didnt pressure to by extra services. UPDATE 21 JUN 18. Brought same car somewhere else and I sure got surprise. Seems whoever did my oil change at jiffy jube on Watson Blvd ROUNDED the head of the drain plug. It cost me a few dollars more because mechanic had hard time getting it off. Had to buy a new oil plug which wasnt to expensive but wasnt cheap either. Love to know what jiffy lube would have said and done had a brought it back there.

The employees are nice, try to sell unnecessary extras (I dont need an air filter per 3 previous mechanics in the past month) and $50 for a 3.5 quart oil change on a 1997 Honda Civic (spec is 3.7 qts). They drain the oil before sharing pricing. OVERPRICED.

5 cars both lanes were full. I would suggest Jiffy Lube in Warner robins off Watson. Great service they are really quick . Much better than the one in macon

CHECK UR FLUIDS! 1st time there and said they top off everthing well they top off the windshield fluid ONLY.... People were kind/seemed knowledgeable but the service was whack... CHECK UR FLUIDS!!

I usually get my oil changed at Walmart, but after my experience with Jiffy Lube I plan to use only them. My husband had his oil changed first about a week ago and told me I should go also. The price is a little bit more than Walmart, but so worth it. WAY better customer service and they are WAY WAY faster. Thanks

My daughter brought her car to your service center for a oil change and to check the ac system. yall charged her total of $ 149.00 for a performance test and 69.99 for coolant, and told her as stated on her bill, that the ac compressor kit/condenser was bad and it needed to be replaced at a cost of $1,288.00, I brought the car back by and was told the ac wouldnt cool till this was done, well today I took the car to Hughes Honda and had a complete diagnostic done, they found 2 wires broken and that was what was causing low power, and that the coolant was low, they flushed the system and replaced with the correct coolant and correct pressure and placed a dye in to see it there are any leaks,[ which yall should of done when you did the test]. this was why the ac was not cooling, it had the wrong coolant and pressure from when yall did it. There was nothing wrong at all with the condenser or compressor I feel yall took advance of a 18 yr old girl who knew nothing about it, and unfairly charged her $218.00 when that was not the real problem with her car..We will not be bringing any cars there for service.
