Impeccable service and craft. I’m very picky about who I go to with manicures, and Polish does not disappoint. Maria does such an amazing job.

Down the tubes they go! Ive been coming here since they opened a few years ago. The service was consistently good. The technicians are excellent and the management was good. I would always make an appointment online and when I showed up, I rarely had to wait for more than a few minutes. Marife and Chiky were my 2 favorite technicians and I have only good things to say about them. However, the last 3 times I made an appointment it was canceled or moved. Tonight I had an appointment at 6:30 pm. The manager called at 5:30 pm and asked if I could come in earlier. I said yes and left my house. On the way, they called and said, Sorry Marife is backed up tonight and cant take you. What????? I was actually speechless. Im done.

I have been trying to get in contact with multiple locations and no one is answering. I purchased a gift card for my mom for mothers day and have been trying to book an appointment. If it was permanently closed they should have said something on their website. I just waste $50 now. Thus is horrible.

I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to for this place. I had my first appointment there last week and it was incredible. The booking process online was incredibly easy. Front desk girl was super nice and helpful. Maribel did my dip powder manicure, and I’ve literally never had a better manicure in my life. I’m very particular about my nails, so I was extremely impressed to say the least. She was so meticulous about it being perfect, and it shows. I wanted tips, which is not something they usually have available with dip powder, and they were able to accommodate with no problems whatsoever. On top of all that, it was actually cheaper than my usual place! Already made my next appointment and Polish will definitely be my usual place from now on. The atmosphere is clean and cute, the people are super friendly, you can have a glass of wine while you get your nails done, but most importantly of all they do an amazing and thorough job on your nails. You should definitely check it out.

WOW!!! Is there anything more then 5 stars? Why did no one tell me about this place before?? I went there almost a month ago with my sister and wanted to wait until leaving a review because a lot of times I leave a salon and the nails look good, but then a week later they are peeling or falling off and one time with fungus!! I must say from the warm reception I recieved by the manager or owner (not sure which she was) to the amazing cocktails, the real WOW factor was that not only could I have a full conversation with my technician but my nails have lasted almost a month with no peeling or anything! My nails just got longer!! I will say as someone who is ultra OCD about my nails, Polish Nail Bar is my new place to go!! Finally a legit place!

The atmosphere was great, very clean salon and nice staff. I was very happy with how gentle the technicians were with my stepdaughter and I. Though I was disappointed with whom I think the was the owner. She interrupted my stepdaughter and the technician doing her nails, complaining to technician about this and that and being disrespectful to the technician. It was not the time do that while you have client getting a service done. Lastly, both of our nails are coming off and it has literally just been a week. I feel that I paid a high cost for dip powdered nails and I only got half the service I paid for.

Only one star so I can post. Its not either open or at that location but they never called to notify me

I held back a week before leaving feedback to see how long my nails would last and they look amazing! Francine did an AMAZING JOB! The drinks were so GOOD and NOT EXPENSIVE! This is definitely my new place!

My first pedicure since everything shut down due to covid and it was amazing. Def do the deluxe or signature option. Very clean and up to date with pandemic protocols (hand sanitizer everywhere and temp checked). I even screwed up one toe when leaving and they were super accommodating and fixed it. Def reccomend.

After driving by multiple times I finally decided to go in and make an appointment for a pedicure. I was really looking forward to this because it was close to home, looked clean, and a different type of nail experience. Turned out to be one of the worst nail salons I’ve been to. The chairs were very, very, very uncomfortable and I had to sit with 4 pillows behind me to reach the tub. The staff wasn’t overly friendly and were a little stand off. While removing calluses the lady cut the side of my ankle which caused it to bleed and left a scratch that is still there from over a week ago. I asked for my nails to be cut short but they were cut so short that I started bleeding. I wouldn’t recommend this salon. I also thought it was extremely pricey for the service and attention I received. I will stick to my regular nail salon for a $15 pedicure where they don’t cut my ankle, chairs are comfortable, staff is friendly and accommodating.

This was a great place! Everyone was super nice, and smiling. I felt good walking in the door for the first time. I had Christine, and she was absolutely amazing and asked if I was okay and how I liked the shape of my nails. She was so informative and absolutely wonderful. I will be coming here again!

Finally a clean nail salon with Everyone speaking English. Great service. Prices are reasonable.

I just came down from my very hectic and amazing weekend. This past Friday my Bachelorette party went to Polish Nalon and Bar to start off our festivities before heading to the city. Everything. Was. PERFECT! My ladies and I had a few Bellinis and gabbed till our train pulled in. My technician was Chicky and I already scheduled her for my wedding nails in a month 😁👍🏼Definitely going back before then though!

WOW! So I signed up for the $99 pass kind of skeptical and hoping I wouldnt be treated like a step child since it was pre-paid and boy was I wrong! They treated me like a queen and apparently the system knows who is a pass holder so it wasnt even awkward!, I went in chose my color (I got a gel manicure so I just paid the difference which wasnt much!) had a glass of wine and they took care of me! Music was amazing, good conversation with techs that seem to actually care! And not to mention my nails look amazing! Im glad I gave this place a shot, this is definitely my new salon!

All I have to say is WOW! I have never been to a salon not only as clean as this one but that has NO SMELL WHATSOEVER! They convinced me to use a new gel product that is organic (and it didnt cost anything extra) and I must say they have lasted 3 weeks not to mention the Bellinis!! 2 thumbs up guys keep it up!! This is my new place!

My wife went to get her nails done while i had a drink at the bar waiting for her. She had a great experience and i did as well. Everyone was so nice and my wife nail tech Honey did an amazing job. Dont mind coming back with her cause now i can have a drink while waiting. There is also a TV in the back and the music is popping. I would recommend to anyone.

Its a nice experience to sit back with a glass of wine while youre having your pedicure. The staff is friendly and the place, including the bathroom is very clean. I took 1/2 star off because my 3 co-workers and i specifically requested 4 simultaneous appointments so we can be taken care of at the same time. They were shorthanded and i had to wait 1/2 an hour after they had already started on my friends before they started on me. Which means my coworkers finished 1/2 an hour before me and this threw off our plans for our lunch reservations. They did give me a gift card for the inconvenience tho!

Friday, June 14, 2019 (10) co workers and I patronized POLISH as a way to unwind & create good vibes for the weekend. The salon was suppose to shutdown for two hours for privacy reasons. The wine, crackers & cheese was great but there was something odd I observed with everyone else in my group. Two of us were just sitting there waiting to be serviced when two walk ins received service upon walking through the door. My co workers & I spoke to the manager, she said the customers were apart of another party & arrived early but had appointments. I immediately called the manager out on her B.S. The only two people still waiting for service was black. My white co workers who have never experienced this B.S. was taken back by the excuses given by the manager. POLISH agreed to shut its door for two hours and provide ALL of us with quality service. That did not happen & I out right told the manager, I will not pay for the pleasure of you to insult me. The other black co worker exchange words with the manager and sat down for her mani - pedi. One of my co workers paid my tab ($6.00ea for one glass of wine, cheese and crackers). O yeah she charged full price and never apologize.

I went for a mani pedi which i heard was 70 all together. Drink prices were great, then $70 for a BASIC set of acrylics, $50 for a gel pedicure. Then just a french tip gel on acrylics, it was 130 and my full bill came out to $200... not worth the price. I’ve only had my set of acrylics on for not even a week and they turned yellow.

Weddings by Polish was AMAZING! They literally handled everything and I needed to do nothing!! Nails, Makeup, the bridesmaids, the limo, the DJ. .. EVERYTHING! I will be posting photos once the photographer sends them to me (which was also used through Polish!!) Thank you everyone! I will truly recommend you to everyone!

What a waste of time and money. I left this location and immediately went to my usual salon to see the lady that I always get pedicures from. I am writing this as I sit waiting for my gel pedicure to soak off (20 minutes after getting). Mind you, I also waited 20 minutes before I was seen at this location (even though it wasn’t busy whatsoever.. 2 other people present). The place is pretty and the concept is great, but I’d prefer a great pedicure even if that means in an ok setting with no drink in hand. Don’t try and fix what is not broken. I will not be returning, will be hesitant trying new places/people and will definitely stick with my lady from now on!

I attempted to get my nails done here on a Thursday night. I did not make an appointment ahead of time. When I arrived (at 7:30 they close at 9) the place was empty and they said they were booked for the night. It was very strange and I was confused. We left and will not return. I think there is something weird going on there. DONT GO THERE.

I visited Polish on a Thursday night with my 2 friends. We did not have an appointment but we were happy to see the place empty . We were immediately told that they were “ booked” Weird right ? I was surprised they didn’t attempt to at least offer a manicure for one of us as I would have had a drink at the bar with my other friend and stayed . They mentioned making an appointment when we refused they didn’t really care. I was not impressed and went to sunrise mall to get our nails done and they were actually busy ! Don’t waste your time going to Polish- there is no parking anyway .

I made an appointment with my friend to try this place out. We both scheduled for 6:15pm and on the phone the woman asked that we arrive early given we had gel on our nails already and we would need to soak . So we arrived at 5:50pm, found parking right out front, we walked in and the concierge lady greeted us, we announced our names and appointment times and she said : oh you guys are too early, have a seat. My friend and I both looked at each other sat for a minute and decided to walk over to the bar for a drink . I got a Bellini and my friend got a glass of white wine. As they were making our drinks, we picked our colors and sat at the bar, sipped our drinks and shortly after, the same concierge lady told to follow her because the woman was ready for my nails . I sat with a lady (can’t remember her name .. she was nice sat in the front, first chair, Spanish decent ), she foiled my nails and told me to switch chairs with my friend . She began to work on my friend’s nails ...25 mins later as she is applying the last coat on my friend’s nails, that same concierge lady walked by me quickly and said the lady who is doing your nails will be ready shortly and at first I was like ok, I can see that because she was working on my friend but then as my friend was finishing up, she said ok bye see you soon and I was like oh you’re not doing my nails ? She looked at me and said nooo, I have an another appointment I said ok and as I was getting up the concierge lady directed me to the last table closer to the bar. There was another woman, I believe her name was Debbie or something ( we shared the same bday sadly to say .. because sag are awesome ) she had really nice hair, very nice woman but she just couldn’t stop chatting . She spent the entire time chatting up with my friend, she was adamant that she had only been working there a few weeks, her specialty was hair cut and coloring, her husband had been retired for 10 years and she was working part time and she went on and on and as she was narrating her life story she kept filing down my nails so much that I barely had anything left, forgot a couple of steps, I had to keep reminding her the previous nail polish was still showing on the side, my cuticles we not cut .. long story short she realized that she spent so much time talking that she said :” omg it’s so late I have an appointment walking in in 5 mins and I’m not done, she’s going to be mad at me “, I said who? She was like my boss, ahh I have to hurry up ! She forgot to apply the top coat, I had to remind her and then she was like done . Do you like it ? I looked at her and said it’s a pretty color, I’ll just go ahead and apply the lotion myself thanks and walked away .I don’t think I’ll ever go back there, because it wasn’t worth the $49 I spent there . I’m paid for a service and it was mediocre and the one star is really for the architectural design of the place, the set up and the woman who wrapped my nails in the beginning . I say if you’re going there do it at your own risk and request for an experienced manicurist . To make matters even worse, the owner calls me not too long ago pertaining to this bad review to ask me what occurred as if she was going to either refund or suggest I come back for another appointment: listen lady, I don’t want it . I’m good and your place sucks . You should be involved in your hiring process, you should get sued for false advertisement plain and simple . Don’t call me again. Thanks ! Buh-bye

Terrible. I called at 630pm for an 830apr. Someone answered hello and I had to ask if this was polish. They said yes and when I asked for an apt, although it says they close at 9, the person said ‘we close 8’. Not what I was expecting with all the hype.
