We initially came for mani and pedis and were rushed the entire time to the point where we didn’t even get manicures. They glob on nail polish so the layers don’t dry, incredibly unprofessional the entire time I was there. It wasn’t even 11 in the morning and the tech was saying she couldn’t do acrylics because she was in a rush and had somewhere else to be. Maybe she should’ve told us that she couldn’t see us when we called ahead of time, instead of making us feel like we were inconveniencing her. The polish is all indented, and 3 hours after getting it done. Save your money, my nails look like a 3 year old painted it with their left hand!

I have come here three times, and the only time I was happy was the first time, because she really did such amazing work. As a result, I came back with my friend, and had called to make an appointment. When we got there, no one attended us until I complained. Even after that, when a new customer came in, I was gracious enough to let her attend to her while I wait. The end product was okay, so no complaints there.I then came back after with another friend, and it was honestly the most disappointing. I did a manicure, and my friend did the same thing. However, the technician kept on leaving me to do whatever she was doing without any explanation. On top of that, she did a poor job because the next morning, all the nail polish was gone because she put on a lot. My friends service on the other hand was the most disappointing because the technician actually hurt her finger and she was bleeding. When she notified the technician, she just looked at her, until another one came to attend to her. She had to go to the urgent care to have that taken care of because the bleeding couldnt stop.

I recently did dip powder manicure ( ombré) and had great experience with Jenny. She did very neat and polished manicure for me. Owner Jim, was very friendly and welcoming

They did such a great job with following new guidelines and maintaining a clean space especially for the first day of opening. My mani and pedi came out perfect. I would definitely recommend going.

I went in there to get my feet and hands done (no acrylic).. and was rushed. I told her I had time and that I could wait but she continued to rush on my feet because she saw two people come in. When she did my hands I didnt even get to sit at a table she did my hands right where she did my feet. My biggest pet peeve. I kept telling her to deal with the other clients first but she insisted on rushing.

I went in the nail salon with my cousin and asked for pedicures for me and my cousin and one manicure and they didn’t color the whole feet nail of my little cousin and when they told me no more on me I said yes can I have glitter like a waterfall like from bottom to top and they laughed at me and my cousin for asking that and we paid almost $250 dollars it also wasn’t that clean if you go there be careful

I went here for my first gel manicure with the OPI gel product and was definitely nervous. My manicurist did a great job shaping the nails and explaining the process and what I could expect. She even suggested a color after I had already picked out what I wanted and I went with her choice instead and loved it. The manicure lasted two weeks and is absolutely flawless. Im going again this week to get it re-done since my nails grew out (never had that good a manicure before)!

This place was very good!!!! I didn’t make an appointment and there was no wait. I recommend it and their prices are very affordable.

Got my acrylics filled here. I called before going there to make sure they had time. When I arrived the nail tech was rushing because there were only 2 nail techs in the shop. She initially tried to sway me to do another nail shape because the shape I wanted was too time consuming. Then she rushed the process and charged me $30 when my total would have been at the max $23! Dont think ill be back...ever

Overall a good experience fpr nails amd waxing. The owner and one other woman are my favorite. Not 5 stars because the two men who work there are not as great as my favorite person, but not horrible.

This is my go to place for a gel manicure. Everyone is so friendly and never a long wait.

Hong is good... one guy there is VERY rude. They do have a great variety of gel polishes but, I dont like that they mix brands. (Like use gelish base, top coat with opi color. .. that isnt good pratice) my manis always last though. Wait isnt very long ever and prices are good.Been a customer for 3months now.

Awful! This past Friday was my last time here. I had a guy do my mani pedi and it was just terrible, he didnt put any effort into it, my cuticles were barely done, I have dents and marks on my gel manicure, not to mention gel and polish on the skin around my nails. My pedi was even worse, he didnt take all of the previous nail polish off, cuticles werent really done, nail polish is barely noticable. It even started chipping and peeling before I got home. I called to voice my disappointment and they said to come in the following day so they could fix it. They only fixed the 2 nails THEY saw problems with and the 2 toes they saw issues with . To make matters worse they made the guy who did it before fix it!! I was so uncomfortable if I knew that was going to happen I would have never gone. Now Ill never be going again.

Having been a customer for over 10 years, the service model has changed to be the sweat shop of nails. I recently called for an appointment was 10 minutes late due to a car accident, and the owner gave my appt away to a walk-in explaining the girls are on commission. This was probably the 3rd in all those years I was late. They no longer honor their customers. I gave them another chance a couple weeks later to be told they had no openings at all. In addition, I have always thought they could do a better job with cleaning. With that said, the manicurists are all nice, but very few talk to you. They chatter with each in Vietnamese, which borders on rude.There are other places to go in Waltham where they appreciate repeat customers.
