Made an appointment for my car, told to bring it in between 8-9 and it would be 3 hours. When I arrived at the designated time, I was told I would have to leave my car until 4pm. I did not use their service as I thought it was unacceptable to have a detail done and have to leave your car there for 8 hours. Whats the point of making an appointment when they wont honor it! Totally unprofessional & will share my experience with others who had planned to use them.I received an email back from the Owner to call regarding my comments. I called about a week ago, left my name & number but have not heard back from the Owner.

My black car was covered heavily in Green Pollen whick wasnt cleared up by recent heavy rains. I went through the drive through wash and the associate was very polite and professional explaining options. Car came out looking great. So happy with the service, Ill be back!

I recently got my car interior detailed after my puppy threw up all over my passenger seat. They were one of the few detailing services that would take this task on, and when I got my vehicle back in the SAME day, it looked brand new!! I was not expecting such a wonderful job, and my car to come out 100 times better than it was before hand! If you ever need to have your car detailed I would recommend Dr. Detail over and over again! Outstanding business!

Over priced but to honest its hard to find a great full service car wash in the Boston area. You pay full services prices to dry and vacuum your own vehicle.... Not cool even the full service ones do a 💩💩💩 job. Dr. Detail however offers a large amount of suds and few pay vacuums with good suction. I wont return and Ill continue to search for a great full service Boston car wash.

They always do a great job on my car and theyre waiting room and bathroom are homie, comfortable, and spotless.

In a rush, but walked in after a puke accident in the car. Was quoted a 3 hour wait, and I hesitantly accepted. However, maybe because the really polite manager knew I was in a rush (not sure), the car was nearly spotless (one small spot of puke was missed) a little over 90 minutes after I dropped the car off. I certainly am a happy customer!

For more than 15 years on my pass.DR Details car wash &Express... its the best car wash around on the service and the generous amount of soap, water and air dryer. Its very good complete wash and under carriers .I like this company according the service Im receiving and for the decent amount Im paying.

Extremely polite and fast service. My car is always spotless. I love that you can grab a coffee near by and bring the receipt for a discount on your wash. Its a little Mommy break time.

I was home when (Jacksonville) Hurricane Irma toured the state and left many areas flooded. I drove from Jacksonville to Boston to see my mom. It turned out some flood water 💦 got into my car 🚗. I waited a week looking for the right place to wash my car and gave these guys a chance. The gave me a nice 👍🏽 offer of $53.99 to detail my carpets and clean up the interiors such as my dash board. I waited for about 30-45 minutes. I’m not sure they didn’t seem long at all but when they were done I was 💯% satisfied and in disbelief that they actually saved my car.

These gents saved my car. Full interior at very reasonable price. Worth every penny.

They overrated their service. Cost does not measure to the service they offered. You pay $29.99 for just external cleaning while you still have to vacuum your car by yourself. That is different from the advert on their wall. The advert claims they detail all by their hands whereas they only clean the water on your car while there other car wash in MA that does more than advertised. I dont see myself returning there.

These people are so rude, they dont even deserve my one star, one of the man that was drying started screaming at me telling me to move the car, very rudely, instead of asking me what do I need. I dont recommend this type of service to anyone. Manners seem not to matter anymore when it comes to customer service.

I went to Dr. Detail earlier this week to have my SUV detailed and washed. Luis, one of the workers there was very nice and easy to work with during the whole process. They were very quick and thorough, and I was left very satisfied with the end result. I would recommend Dr. Detail to any car owner that is looking to having their car treated with upmost care. I will be returning here soon. Ask for Luis he is amaizing! and my car looks great!

Great car wash prices are just right

I am regular here for my car interior cleaning: one of my most recent visit there was a guy who took car in.. did interior express clean.. next thing I notice my ac vent was completely broken. It was just put together as if its not broken,, when I got into car and close the door it fell off.. I spoke to him he denied any wrong doing.. he was accusing me of lying.. the guy was arrogant and harsh.To be fair, also, I am very regular to this place for my car wash.. I have no complaints about that. There they do a good job.

They did a great job and are by far the best price in the area. Only complaint (and a small one): both times I went there was a wait, so I dropped my car off and asked them to call when it was done. They didnt call. I had to call them.

My biggest pet peeve with businesses is when you have to beg them to take your money. I pulled in and it was not obvious where to go to get my car detailed. There was no one that came to the big garage doors. So I went around the corner and opened the aide door into the detailing room. The person there told me to go to the office. I went to the office and there was no one available there. So I left. They may provide great services, but I dont know because I couldnt get anyone to help me.

Not the worst and not the best but there service was good

This is the first time Ive gone to Dr. Detail.I got the Silver wash for $10.99 and interior clean for $17.99.Exterior wash was fine. Interior clean was pretty good, but they missed paper trash, and food wrappers underneath and in between the seats.My car is a small Toyota RAV4, but They charged me an additional $4.00 for an OVER SIZED VEHICLE/SUV. I checked with the attendant and he said that wasnt a mistake.If they had properly cleaned the inside and werent charging the extra $4.00, I would have been satisfied. As it is, Ill go somewhere else from now on.

I arrived for a simple wash and express interior detailing. I was told I would have to wait at least an hour and a half for the detailing. I figured Id go to Wal-Mart and burn most of that time. After getting back 2 hours later (dropped the Wally World stuff at home), it took them an hour to do an express detailing, and they didnt wash the interior of the rear window. It was really clean inside, but EXPRESS? I received no explanation and no apology. Ill look elsewhere next time. Oh and the wash wasnt good. The back of the car still looked like it was covered in pollen.

Worst experience, the car was not well cleaned, B pliers were dirty, liftgate was dirty all around, doors bottom and edges were never touched, dashboard was only wiped ! and when I complained and show the manager what was not done, the answer was you only paid $85 not $160 for detail !!! Seriously; he even left me clean the rest myself ! Never go back there.
