1. I love my nails! They are so cute. The woman took a lot of time and detail to paint individual little flowers on my nails. The ladies were all very nice and did a great job but...The reasons for my one star rating:2. I ended up in Urgent Care with a bacteria INFECTION from the nail services I received here. My skin up to where they applied the lotion on my arms had a reaction to the lotion BUT my right hand and arm were enflamed, swollen, bumpy and dangerously infected.3. Lack of communication and ownership/accountability for what happened. No reply to resolve the issue or discuss a solution to make this situation right.Please BEWARE: Infected arm from services here. Rash from lotion on both arms but bacteria infection entered my right arm at the cuticle & slowly working it’s way up. Ended up in Urgent Care, they said if I waited any longer it would have been dangerous and caused permanent damage.

The WORST customer service. Totally rude and not accommodating. I changed my appointment three times in order to make it easier for them. Because I had to change my appointment, I noticed them that I would be 15 minutes late. When I showed up 15 minutes late, they told me they go no longer do my acrylics and could only do gel. They were also very snobby and rude about it. They told me that they did not need my business and that I could go elsewhere. Worst attitude ever.

Love how clean the shop is and I could definitely tell there were many regular customers. My Pedi by Ana was excellent but my gel french manicure didnt quite meet my expectations. Pricing is great though so I will definitely be back and just pay closer attention when getting my manicure.

I am happy that I did my manicure in this salon. this visit was extremely good. the employees of this salon are friendly, attentive and do their job efficiently and quickly. now I will only do my manicure here. my manicure master fully met my expectations.

When I made my booking for a manicure and a pedicure I specifically asked if they did SNS dipping for my manicure. They said yes, no problem. When I got there the lady assigned to do my manicure was not at all interested in doing the dipping procedure. She kept telling me that the gel nails would be better for my nails. Finally I let her talk me into getting the gel polish instead of the SNS dipping powder. I wish I had walked out of there, instead - the gel polish didn’t last, it started chipping much sooner than my SNS nails do. 😡

I am IN LOVE with this salon. This salon is truly my happy place! I’ve been here since the first week they open. All my dip powder has last, pedicure are always on point and so much option on colors. Tiffany is truly the best! She is so sweet and talented, she takes time on every details. I highly recommend this salon!
