I started coming here a few months ago and my hair has seen huge changes. I recently realized that I had wavy hair and Tera gave me a cut that flatter both my hair when it is wavy and straight. My daughter and I both have had hair services and each and every time has been wonderful! Tera styled, cut and deep conditioned my daughters hair perfectly. Tera has been doing my hair since her days as a student in beauty school. She is a master of her craft and is constantly learning new techniques in cut and color that she applies to her clients to give them their best look possible. With Tera, we have played with all sorts of colors from blonde to red to deep purple, as well as a complete chop in 2018 just because. Her efforts on my hair and my sisters hair, she has kept all of our manes healthy and beautiful for a decade now.

The hair dresser (Andrea) left me with black roots and pitch yellow hair. She claimed my highlights would be full, but once I ponytailed my hair, the back was brown. Also, she stabbed me in the neck with her nails, and when blowdrying my hair continued to insist my hair was hard to blowdry (I go to blowdry bars pretty often, this is simply not true). My roots are not uniform and my hair is now breaking because of the poor work (she claimed she did a treatment in my hair, but it would not be breaking if she did). she wanted to charge me 400 dollars for all of this and styling included. I wish that a manager would at least fix my front roots and offer to fix my hair falling off and breaking, and address the fact that this dresser does not know how to work with long nails and stabbed me and left me a bruise in my neck.

I would not normally leave a bad review just because my nails were done badly, though they were. Manicure is uneven and blotchy, with color splats of different shade. Brit Noy did a poor job.However the part that made me angry enough to write this review, was that I got SCAMMED out of $25. Brit Noy told me that she requires a $25 deposit before making an appointment (via any epay app). No problem, I sent $25 to her phone number via Venmo. The deposit was received and confirmed by Noy. Please see attached pictures. After my nails were done, Noy asked for $40. Minus the deposit, I assumed? No. Noy said that she never got the deposit, so I have to pay her the $40. The explanation she gave, was that she does not actually have access to the Venmo account her phone number is connected to! Yes, its her phone number, but she doesnt have access to the account, so even though I paid $25 per her instructions, she cant access it, so I have to pay her again! Im 9 months pregnant, I get emotional, and I didnt want to make a scene, so I just paid and left. Venmo did not return my money, so now I have to go through some lengthy dispute process with my bank which I may, or may not win. This has been a humiliating experience, and I will tell all of my friends to avoid this business.The practice of scamming your clients by asking them a deposit to an account you dont have access to is unacceptable. Noy has my phone number in case management would like to reach out to discuss this incident.

I have never had an experience as great as I had here at the beauty lounge and wine bar. Not only did I get to enjoy a glass of yummy wine I received a haircut that made me so happy and so confident. My hair stylist was Tera I highly recommend her. Also the second time I went in Tera was busy so she recommended Betty. Together these two rocked my cut. Thank you to two fabulous stylists

I love the Beauty Lounge for myself and enjoy treating my family members to birthday celebration pedicures and champagne.I have scheduled pedicures with several different women and the results are always the same, they are very consistent with their pedicure process which is most important.I adore the atmosphere and highly recommend it to anyone that likes a relaxing pedicure.

I recently decided to get a facial with Kelli at Beauty Lounge in Walnut Creek and it was an Awesome experience! She was a delight. Very skilled, very friendly, very nice atmosphere and my face felt rejuvenated afterwards. The price was very fair considering the quality of her work. I definitely will be going back on a regular basis and I would highly recommend her. From what I understand, she is also an expert at sugaring... 10 stars for Kelli.

I get my nails done here and service is constantly very polite and authentic. Great wine selection and a fun atmosphere. I am always seen in a timely fashion.

LOVE this place! Tried it out on a recommendation and fell in my stylist. Oh my goodness, I have been looking high and low for a new hair stylist and I live in fear of a bad, expensive hair cut. Tera gave me one of the best cuts I have ever had! I have received so many compliments since I came to see her two weeks ago and everyone is asking what I did differently! She also was able to answer all of my beauty questions and we came up with a strategy for growing my hair out; something that Ive been trying to do for 3 years! I am very much looking forward to my next appointment with Tera and cant wait to try out their other beauty treatments!

Oh my! What a treat! Sip some wine and get a great hair cut or color. They really know products and hair styles. Easy to park- great location. Bring a girlfriend and make a day of it. Mani pedis are there too!

I refuse to return to a business that STOLE a $1000 wig from a chemo therapy patient. What kind of establishment would allow a client to be punished for a stylists mistakes? I am so disgusted by the lack of not only ethics and professionalism, but basic humanity.

This place is never opened. I ve been there at 3 and at 5 on different days when they should have been opened and they werent. Also today 9:38 not opened and they should be opened from 9am acording to yelp. If I cant make an apointment it means I have to go elsewhere.
