This review is based on customer service alone since we originally booked a charter with Jon at Pro Driver, however needed a larger SUV accommodate our party which had to add a few more people last minute. Jon, who I believe is the owner of Pro Driver, was very helpful in referring and booking this for my company with A & H Limo who they partner with. Both companies seem like a smaller business, but it didnt feel like it with the amount of attention and customer service they provided.Just from point of contact alone when I was inquiring about a quote, Jon tailored a clean quote sheet and response email within a few hours. I appreciate good customer service and will always be willing to pay a little more just to have that, also coming from a small business myself Ill always return the favor and support another!Thanks Jon!
