We were hesitant at first. Was just not sure if it was going to be like that other place that begins With a “H”. Nope! That didn’t happen. Thanks to Mathnasium, my daughter is no longer failing math. We went through two tutors and neither was able to help. TheLesson plans are targeted to help each child to be successful at math. My daughter hated math and now she looks forward to going every week. The customer service is awesome! Love their flexibility. Last, but not least, Ms. Samiesha King, Center Director is just awesome! When they began to open after the pandemic, she was adamant and very professional when implementing the safety protocols and communication. Love her! The Waldorf location is a great and I am happy to be able to share.
The staff at Mathnasium of Waldorf are very friendly. Our high schooler attends 2-3 times per week with no battles; he WANTS to go! His math skills confidence and understanding have improved which is reflected by an increase in his math grades. The positive effects of this is spilling over to other classes with an increase in their grades also. We feel this is all due to a reduction in math anxiety and stress, improved math skills confidence and understanding, allowing for more efficient time management between all classwork and homework, resulting in improved grades all around! Thank you Mathnasium of Waldorf!
Overall very professional and work hard to understand where the children are and are consistent in getting them where they need to be. Not your average center that only focus on helping with homework.
My wife and I are very happy with how the staff at Mathnasium in Waldorf teaches our son math. This is a professionally run business that we are glad has set up stakes in Waldorf. If one does a search on Google maps for private tutorial companies in the Washington D.C. area, one will quickly see there is a relative unmet demand for a company like this in Charles County Maryland. I am grateful they are here and part of our community. Education conscious parents owe it to their children to at least check this place out and give it a trial run.
