We love the coaches, staff and everyone here! My daughter has had a great experience at this gym and has improved sooo much! We are almost 2 years in with this gym. All of the girls here are very close and seem to love cheer.

With my own experience with this place If I could give them no stars I would. This is just my opinion based off my experience I would just say this....If you are thinking about this place for your child as with anything DO YOUR RESEARCH. I would advise talking to past parents who use to be apart of this team and compare notes and check social media for more information but that would help you make an inform decision for yourself and your child if this is a good place for you. My experience may not be your experience but Im sure you would want as much information as possible before investing your money into and organizations especially one that your child is involved in. This activity is too expensive to take lightly and I wish for you a better experience then I had. Thankfully my daughter was able to move on to another team that we are both happy with.

Whoever gave this place 1 star probably didn’t pay there bill or didn’t realize the commitment before they started. All star cheer is expensive and a lot of commitment but this organization was very transparent and will work with you if you communicate. My girls love it and will be continuing until they are to old to cheer!

Love this gym! Grandkids been here since they were 3. Now graduating out as seniors at 18 years old. Love this gym like family!

Single Cheer Dad! Love the owner Coach Karla and the entire program. As a dad of 3 girls they have been one of my biggest support systems! Wouldn’t take my girls anywhere else

I honestly owe this gym my life. My daughter has severe ADHD and behavioral issues and the coaches owner and staff have made a huge impact on her life! She is so excited to come here every practice day and I have to drag her out of the gym at the end of practice. Thank you so much Ntensity now Dynasty Maryland. The Trotmans love you!

Shout out to coach bri! Got my baby her tuck! I have tried every gym in the DMV is she is the first coach who took the time to fix my daughters mental block and she is now back to being a tumbling beast! Awesome program!

The Comment Below is so misleading! Regardless of how you feel why would you degrade a organization for children? Organizations like this keeo your children off the streets and teach them organization skills, schedule management etc. My experience with Ntensity has been amazing! I prefer the small gym setting so that my girls get the one on one time they need to become better athletes. The owner has always worked with me knowing im a single parent. The coaches and other moms have even helped me with transportation and other assistance I have needed. My oldest daughter graduated out of the program last year and her coach worked with her high school cheer coach and together she got a full ride scholarship to University of Maryland College park for cheerleading. My youngest daughter just joined this season and has enjoyed every moment of it!
