Enough cannot be said about the level of value this company offers. I am a stickler about timeliness, and all too often Ive had contractors either arrive late or not at all to perform various services. Not only was Theco on schedule, but they were 5 mins earlyI showing that they respected my time and theirs! On top of that their rates are very affordable and results commendable. Theco came and installed Raptor Gutter Guards I had already purchased for my home, they did a wonderful job at a great price. They responded within hours of the Yelp service request I left with an estimate and came out two days later to do the work. They were prompt, good hard workers. I had several special requests - we live a few miles beyond their service area, I wanted to furnish my own gutter guards, we needed to drop all the gutters and inch so the screens would sit at the angle recommended by the manufacturer, we wanted them to use gutter screws instead of nails to secure the gutters. They accommodated all of these without complaint, finishing the job quickly, expertly, cleaning up debris, boxing, discarded nails and sleeves. They were a pleasure to deal with.
