Ive been a long time customer of MAW LLC. As of late Ive noticed a decline in the quality of service. My visit on 6-13, was met with a 4 dollar price increase to $30 dollars for a carwash. Although I paid a premium price for a wash. I received lack luster service. There was still dirt and debris on the vehicle when it came out of the wash and the vaccum job was sloppy. I noticed the last few visits there were very few staff working the detail area. (Probably the reason for the inconsistency) There is no better incentive than a 30 dollar charge to wash my car myself.

Prices are raised and he quality of the work is so poor. I just got home and looked over the car and I’m fairly peeved. You’ve lost my business

Dash and console were not cleaned and back area was not vacuumed. Understood it was busy but still expected to get a decent job.

Do not go here! The workers are thieves and will steal anything they can get their hands on in your car. They stole all of my sanitizer I keep in my door holders and all the masks out of my glove compartment.

They are very through BUT I wish they put the seats BACK in its original positions, yeah minor but frustrating, thats my only complaint otherwise, Ill keep coming back.

I have mixed feelings about Marquee Auto Wash. My husband and myself have been coming here for a while now and sometimes we have to ask for a wipe down of spots that were not removed but most times I’ve been satisfied with the service.We both have the monthly service for as many washes as we want for a month. The problem is my husband got a new car and no one can tell us how to transfer the monthly service to the new vehicle. They never answer the phone. I’ve left several messages but no return call. I’ve even went by twice and left my phone number but still no return call back. I don’t want to keep paying for service for a car we no longer have.

The inside wasnt wiped down and the outside was still dirty. I asked the guy to wipe it down and he had an attitude. I was going to my doctors appointment so, I couldnt speak with the manager. I called up there and was sent to voicemail.

The car was cleaned ok . They stole change out of the change pocket and didnt do a good job on the interior .

For a slow day they did a rush job. Interior did not get wiped down. Dash, console, etc.. Won’t be back.,

Went to this car wash Friday April 30,2021 to get my car washed . The car was still dirty and they took my handicap placard card that was in my front door panel. This place is terrible. I tried calling back no answer. Now I have to file police report for stolen handicap placard.

Don’t go to this car service if you don’t want your valuables stolen from you!!They are some trifling thieves. Just because something is left in MY car’s seat does not give them the okay to take it. I’ve had two major issues with this place. First, when I went they broke my side mirror and did not want to take responsibility for it. Second, I left my AirPods in my seat by accident because they were rushing me out of the car and I didn’t feel them fall out of my pocket. Later on I realized that they had been stolen from in my car. Some other stuff from the same pocket fell out with the AirPods and they left that stuff but took the AirPods. I’ve repeatedly called them and they send me straight to voicemail. I go up there and the manager acts clueless to the situation. Terrible customer service and nothing but a bunch of thieves. Please spend your money somewhere else.They also do a mediocre job at cleaning the cars as they do not thoroughly clean tires, vacuum or so on.

I am an ex auto detailer so I could not rate 5 because its a great car wash and at times I see areas I wish could have been done better. I would say this is a high bar to get over for any busy car wash.

I dont use a go to a car wash but I would take my truck there

I have been going to this car wash since they opened here in Waldorf. I had no issues until about 6 months ago. I got my truck washed and noticed afterwards that my rear floor mats were not mines because they didn’t fit properly and was a different model. I went back to talk to the manager but he wasn’t in. I spoke to the female supervisor, who told me to call back and speak to the manager. I called several times but he was never in. I would also ask for him on each of my future visits but I was told he wasn’t in the office. I gave up trying any more and counted it as my lost.Today, I took my truck in for a wash and didn’t notice until I was going through the wash, they forgot to remove my antenna. By the time I reached the end I got out and noticed that my antenna had broken off. I brought it to the attention one of the attendant. I walked back through the bay and found it on the floor. When I approach the manager who was there this time, he quickly pointed to the attendant pay booth and stated there is a sign that said they no longer remove antennas . I brought up the fact that’s fine but you should also inform your customers of new policy so they can take the responsibility to remove it or not. But he made excuses and stood by the posted sign that release his company from any of the responsibilities.So my experiences dealing with any damages to my vehicle is always my fault no matter what. Words to wise wise, this or something similar may happen to you. Be warned! I will never go back again.

Very rough with the interior. No attention to detail on exterior. ripped up my floor mats so harshly that the pins to hold the mats down came out. Closed the passenger door on my charging cable to where it was hanging outside the door. I was supposed to get tire shine on all the tires but they only did one side. Will not patronize this place again.

1/15/2020 worst interior detailing I have ever had from your establishment. I have been a frequent customer of this car was for several year now and the services rendered on this day were just appalling. I ordered the red carpet wash as usual. This time however it was almost as if the bare minimum services had been performed. Mirrors still dirty and streaked, cup left absolutely filthy, doors and dashboard barely wiped. Dust still on pretty much every surface and to top it all off the passenger seat wasn’t even touched, I guess a single clipboard it too much to be moved around.

A great place to get FULL service car washes with excellent exterior and interior cleaning with lots of attention to detail. The price for the Services rendered was good and fair for the price paid. This is now my favorite place to treat my auto first detailing.

Paid 55 dollars and my truck looked like a bunch of preschoolers washed it. Workers more intrested in playing with each other than doing their jobs when I pointed out the missed spots and the pink cleaner left on the truck amazing enough none can speak English and walk away from you. The best bet is for the absentee owner to shut this s hole down

This facility does a great job on your vehicle. They do have a variety of packages you can choose from. I get the $26 pack because I really like the shine my car & tires have. They also do excellent job in vacuuming your vehicle. And you can also get your floor mats done too. You will not be disappointed.

I have been coming here for the past few years but lately the past 6-8months the car washes and vacuuming has been poor. I went today and they did not vacuum out the back of my Kia. Good car wash place with decent membership pricing. Parking place at work has a lot of birds that end up doing their job on my car everyday. Tried to park way away but looks like they want to do their potty on my car anyway. Membership here helps me clean up the mess whenever required. I really don’t care about my car paint over driving in a p**p covered car :D

Priced similar to other quality car washes in the area. Line moved at a good pace. I got the Star wash. It uses large pads so do make sure you take off magnetic stickers

They pay close attention to your car while cleaning the interior and there is always a supervisor on duty making sure the quality of work is always on point will come back again . They also offer monthly unlimited washes deals

Im on the monthly payment plan. Just joined, I will be riding in a clean car. They take their time on each car. If theres a line you have to be patient. Satisfied. Try them, youre going to love the service

Was pleased with their attention to detail. Took my other car there the next day. Stay in car for outside wash and obviously get out for interior cleaning.

I just left and I am extremely disappointed and upset with the service I received. My car was not filthy when I arrive but need a good wipe down and vacuum. The back seats were not wiped down at all nor were the door pockets or the pocket in the dash. Quick work does NOT always mean efficient work. Slow down and so your job!! If I hadn’t already put a 25% tip in the basket, I wouldn’t have left one. Will not be returning.

Quality has vastly diminished over the years. Buyer beware of monthly membership. You can cancel the membership weeks in advance of your renewal date, check multiple times that membership is cancelled, and still be charged after the fact. And forget calling them to dispute the charge (I moved to AZ so I cannot physically go to wash), bc no one will answer the phone. It’s ridiculous that I now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company bc they have a 15 year old running the booth that obviously does not know what she is doing. Would give a zero star if I could!

I love this place, because they keep my 2013 Ford Fusion SE spotless and tires shining. You pay for the service and leave happy.

The worst ever came to get my vehicle cleaned they didnt clean my rims and didnt put tire shine on one of the wheels I was outside cleaning my rims after i told them they didnt. Came back asked for a manager the girl in the both had an attitude and acted like she didnt want to call the manager finally called and Im calling because he said yall didnt clean the rims she didnt ask the manager to come or nothing wouldnt recommend anyone to come here

I mistakenly left my wallet on my seat when I had my car washed yesterday and it was stolen.... I have been trying to get in touch with the owner and left 2 messages.... went to the place at 9 and waited until 9:30 on Sunday April 15 no one there.... had to stop my credit card.... my drivers license, registration and insurance cards also were in there... as well as $200.00 .... 2 one hundred dollar bills....

This place does an excellent job of cleaning your car. Its no more expressive than the other car washes unless you do-it-yourself.

This car spa is worth the trip and their service was better than the dealership on delivery of new car.Well after 1 year i would adjust my review to lower the stars to 3 because you have to ask or yell them to wipe the water running down you car when they bring it out of the service area. The soap does not spray all the way on my car more just fall right to the floor or the sprayer will just sputter. I called this to 2 managers attention but nothing has changed since June 2019. The 3 colors of dripping foam or wax most of the time is only 2 and a hint of tbe 3rd color. They will allow you yo waste more time by taking your car through for a 2nd wash if not satisfied with the the 1st wash also the manager says just point out to the the guy bringing you your car any areas needing more attention but when you do he acts as if are bothering him when you point out these short comings. And be extra careful walking to your car because the ground is slick with the spray they use on the tires. Overall if you want a car wash they will wash the car but for $55 per month you deserve better than to have to pull your half wet car to a neighboring lot and wipe dry yourself.

For $26.00, they do a great and job and it only takes about 10 minutes.!! I love them .

Service has gone downhill. Last few times the work was shoddy. Today the belt malfunctioned and would stop then lurch forward. Scary. Last time the credit card machine was down and nobody could exit or continue forward. Not coming back.

Quality really declined. The place is overgrown, signs are broken, paint is faded. Car was was okay on exterior, but interior, windows, and wheels were poorly done. Floor mats were tossed back in lazily. Dust and dirt spots were all over interior.I do not recommend going there.

My car wash of choice. They offer a few options, I choose the premiere wash $26 ($4) extra if you have a truck (worth it). Your car or truck is sent thru a brushless wash then placed on a conviere belt where its literally attacked by teams of workers until it is spotless (really cool to witness)
