Express detailing inside & out for $35+tip (highest package) is a deal. Their friendly staff does a great job. My car looks showroom new in less than 30 min. I wish they would expand into my area.
Maybe I missed the memo when I asked for the inside of my car to be cleaned after getting it washed. It was supposed to be vacuumed, and wiped. I thought it would include the windows but apparently I was mistaken! I wiped the inside behind them (hence the dirty cloth) and havent gotten to my windows yet. But there is still the same hair mark on window as before the wash. If I had known I would still have to wipe everything on the inside myself I would not have paid. Vacuuming was poorly done. Including places easy to reach! As for the wash....little is left to be said. I paid for service at 11am. Ive been tryin to call but no answer AND the voice-mail is full so it instructs you to hang up! This is hard earned money/time I just wasted. You know how to find me if you would like. Either way.....I wont be back!
This is the first time Ive been there to get the oil changed in my wifes Equinox (2020). The service technician was very knowledgeable about servicing my car and in the process of changing the oil, was training a new technician the right way to service customers cars. The price was reasonable and I definitely would come back again and have my own car serviced there. 👍👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Quality has gone down dramatically…..They rush your car through so the line can keep moving. Tire shine is absolutely cheap or barely applied to the tires. I have to literally shine my own tires after. About to lose a monthly member. Find a better wash

Decent place. Im a monthly member. One major issue is their tire shine is very weak compared to other places. Considering leaving just because of that. I have to shine my tires every time I go there after they put whatever they use on them.

Very poorly done. As soon as I got back to my car the first thing I noticed was a candy wrapper still on the floor. The crevasses around the seats and gear weren’t cleaned, door compartments not clean, bad wipe down, no attention to detail. Exterior job is fine. Wouldn’t recommend.

Paid $20.00 for car wash and wipe down. Had bugs on front. Bugs were still there. Wasnt a great carwash at all. Not worth it. Can go and pay just about same and bugs are always go

Service is good, depend what mood the kids are in (spotty dry jobs, and forgetting the vacuum the trunk sometimes) 🤷🏽♀️ overall great place tho. I love supporting local family owned businesses so its a perfect fit.

Not bad for the price, staff seems nice enough but it seems like they dry wipe the interior which doesnt really clean anything.
I have been a member for two years now and the quality has gone down tremendously. I also have to tell the workers on areas they missed. I just got my car cleaned inside and out and the inside there is still crumbs and food right in the front. Like how can they miss that! The workers have came and gone and I think it’s affecting the quality of performance. I’m considering cancelling my membership because every time I leave Spirit I have to go over and do some inside cleaning on my own still which is super annoying . I wish I could post pictures.
Never coming back to this location for a oil change! I’ve been coming to Spirit of America Oil Change for years and I was told they don’t have the air filter that I needed for my car which was fine. So I go to Honda to get the air filter and oil change done. I was told they couldn’t do the oil change due to whoever was doing my oil changes messed up my head gasket.

Oil change was quick clean and affordable, the techs were clean,friendly, detailed and accommodating.
They only shined one side of my tires after I ask the person did they do the other side. She lied and said yes, and i didnt recall the guy doing the other side. When i got home the whole other side wasnt done. And the side the female did was half done on one of the tires. And the first time I went they stole my car charger out of my truck! Thats twice they messed up. I will not be going back!!

Generally very satisfied. We have two vehicles we were taking there. Unfortunately, there has been an overpayment issue on one of the cars. Its been a bit of a problem catching the owner to take care of it.
Ive been coming to this car wash for quite some time now. Recently, the service Ive experienced has declined considerably. Im a member, and I still make sure to tip generously and I am always very positive to the young men and women who work there. Today I arrived prior to closing, and after finding an employee who told me it was closed, we both realized it was not time yet. She asked me to wait while she went and asked someone to come to the car wash. This this young man comes out and tells me that they just closed the wash 30 seconds ago. However, thats impossible since Ive been here and the cones had been out for several minutes. I politely asked Id they closed early tonight and he continued to tell me how its been 30 seconds and was argumentative versus just helping me understand, since I did drive over 30 mins to get there. I understand wanting to close early, but I wouldve just appreciated that transparency instead of the negative attitude I got from the employee as if my patronage is a nuisance. I have always had a great experience on the maintenance side of the shop I must add. I did request multiple times to speak to a manager prior to cancelling my membership to make them aware of my experiences as of recently, but always told sarcastically that the manager is on vacation or unavailable.
I bought an unlimited car was subscription. The interior work is great and I only need this part of the service about twice a month. Most of my need is for a genetic car wash and tire shine. My dismay and the reason for canceling my subscription is that I was not getting a consistent application of tire shine on the driver’s side of my vehicle. It is my observation that the person on the passenger side of the vehicle is always consistent with applying the tire shine, without regard to who she or he is but, on the driver’s side of the vehicle, generally you will find the most experienced person or the leader for the two person team. I find this team leader, will usually not apply tire shine or apply the tire shine so thinly until there is a very noticeable difference between the right side and left side of my car. I have complained several times to the “front person”, the person that verifies I have paid for service, but to no avail. Saturday, October 13, 2018, after a car wash, I compared the right side and left side of my car, comparing the tire treatment, as usual, the driver’s side did not meet expectations. The guy just wipe the driver’s side tire, without applying tire shine. Maybe it is because of the color of my skin they are consistently not doing what they are hired to do. I’ll find somewhere else to pay for service and not tolerate having to repeatedly return just to get tire shine applied the driver’s side tires.E. Lewis
We have multiple company vehicles with monthly memberships. Many of our consultants also have memberships for their personal vehicles. We are there nearly daily to at least get the outside done, interior done about once a week.These memberships are definitely worth the $40 monthly. All employees are respectful and timely. We have maintained our .memberships for over three years now and will continue to do so for years to come.If you have a company that frequently uses vehicles, especially vehicles featuring advertising- it goes a long way to maintain a clean vehicle as it speaks volumes to clients and potential clients.
I went to the Car Wash Sunday, January 5, 2020 at 11:57 am. I was not satisfied with the work. I have streaks on my windows and side mirrors. I had to ask them to clean the interior windows. Half of my tire are done and dont have tire shine on them. I had to open the trunk for them to dry that area. They did not clean my cup holder area or my console. After all that I left a tip and this is not the first time this has occurred. I was very disappointed in the service that I received. I have a monthly pass and I am seriously thinking of going some where else!
34 dollars my dash is still dusty and the inside windows are still dirty you really cant tell when you get in the car while in the building but as as the sun hits you can really see how much they miss

I thought $19 for an automated car wash was a bit much, but it was so worth it. The was actually stayed on my car well and windows as well. They even dry off your car when you are done. Quick and easy.

Its up and down with the service. Im a monthly member and like today my car was not dried off good. Depends on what crew you get. Some crew members take theyre time and others just rush which causes me to come home and wipe it myself.
I went to get an oil change here for the first time a few days ago and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. They showed/explained everything they were doing in depth including that they refilled the oil.They make sure everything is filled up and tires rotated and check your windshield wipers and if you so choose, theyll replace them for free while you get the oil change and you just pay for the wipers, which I badly needed, so this was convenient and killed two birds with one stone.Next time I go, Ill get a car wash which I now have a $5 discount on after getting that oil change.
I asked for a tour to be sprayed to remove excess mud, didnt get done. Interior was barely wiped down.

Damaged my car one too many times(did repair some damage) then they have the nerve to be indignant about it. The young workers sprayed the dashboard radio/speakers included with some kind of spray and drenched the entire dash... they left scratches in my tint and paint job (dont ask me how) needless to say I canceled my monthly service.

I got the inside of my car cleaned today and suffice it to say, I am not pleased. They did a good job with vacuuming and cleaning the mats but thats about it. I specifically asked the guy if they cleaned all the nooks and crannies, like my door handles and cup holders etc, he assured me they did. Well...THEY DIDNT. They also didnt bother to clean the outside of my glove box, the mud from my sons shoe was still on there. I still had pieces of trash in my door handles and it doesnt look like they cleaned the back window. I havent been here in over a year and now I remember why.

I still think they do the best job in terms of the Express Polish. Ive had my car waxed other places. These guys tend to do it right.
While the wash is fine and the hand dry better than nothing, we mainly come because my toddler likes the experience. We signed up for the monthly club because if we go once a week it made it affordable for a month. However, apparently in the fine print on the receipt you sign it indicates its a AUTOMATIC monthly charge. The signs dont mention it and neither do the employees. I called to talk to them about the charge the second month it happened because we were out of town and it caught my eye. Because we got 1 wash after the first 30 days, shortly after it expired so we thought we had dates wrong, the only offer was to cancel now and get your washes before the last month expires. Had we known we would have been using the pass and would still been customers or if they would at least refund the month we didnt get a wash at all. Now well take our business some place that respects customers and are willing to work with you rather than take your money and tell you to read fine print.

Just picked up my car. I was checking out the tires when I noticed dirt still on the rims of all 4 tires. As I inspected my front driver side tire I noticed my keys sitting on the tire. I grabbed the keys and opened the door to inspect the inside of the car. The inside of my car was clean thoroughly and it looks like they did a really good job. The only problem is Ive been sitting inside this car for about 10 minutes now writing this review and no one has stopped me to see if this is my car. So besides the fact that my keys were left on the tire for anyone to take and the rude young lady working the booth at the beginning of my visit I guess everything is OK.
I came here today and requested a full interior cleaning and woooow. I have no words. I came in with my moms old car and literally left with a new one. Jeremiah and Connor really took their time making sure every single detail was taken care of. I am so thankfull to both of them and their team. Truly a one of a kind experience, I will definitely be returning!
First time at this car wash. My kids have been using this car wash so I figured Id give it a try. Brought my 67 Barracuda in because its hard for me to do any cleaning on my vehicles. Dont know if it was just the car, but the kids there did an excellent job. Going to try again tomorrow with a different vehicle. If I get the same service, Ill be bringing in all of my vehicles and getting the monthly package on my daily driver.

Ive been coming here since 2007. Used to do a really good job. Now when I come, I get 4-6 kids on the car. They skip opening the hatchback unless I open it for them. Car is usually wet half way around the car. I now bring my own towel and finish drying it right in front of them. Sometimes a person will come over and finish it but mostly they are clowning around. My recommend getting a floor supervisor to keep these guys on task.
Car was very poorly washed. I went to my home in MD and had to actually wash it myself being a 100% disabled veteran. Wasnt looking for a handout. Even had to go and get my own oil to have oil change done. I would have been completely embarrassed to have driven the car back to NC the way it looked after they finished with it. I will never go back there, and usually time permitting Ill have it washed there. For the same price minus the oil change Ill just go to the detail shop behind the mall who at least put an ounce of effort into cleaning someones vehicle they trust these people with. I have been going to this wash for 2 years now. I’ve never had a problem. The workers have been nice and pleasant every time I come there. But twice in a month I had a problem with one employee. The first time I was going through car wash and normally the worker takes off my antenna but this time this person did not and went to walk to car wash and direct me in to tunnel. I beeped my horn to ask the young man to take off my antenna and he cussed me out telling me it was not his ^Fn^ job.I immediately went to discuss with supervisor and he said he may be having a bad day. To my surprise as a paying customer that I would receive that response. So I have been torn weather to cancel my monthly and go to different car wash.Today, I decided to go back and he was at the window again. So I said I am going to be nice about this. I watched the young man take off the antenna of the car in front of me. When I moved up he never took off my antenna and I made my mind up I was going to report this.However, a manager was I. Drying station and asked me if everything was okay and I asked with my monthly service should my antenna be removed and he said yes. I said as you can see, it was not. The supervisor went to ask him why he is not performing the service that the customer is paying for.The last I heard the supervisor was writing him up. But my point here is, this young man is giving a good business a bad name

Its as mediocre as most of the car washes are in Waldorf. Long lines go fairly fast. The guys/girls that dry dont change to dry towels as often as they should. Customer service is nothing special. Great place to knock the salt off after snow.

This was my second attempt at using the detailing services at Spirit of America. I pulled in following the signs for Express Detailing. I pulled in and walked over to the booth where I explained to the young lady working that I did not want a car wash, just the interior cleaned including a seat shampoo. She then gave me the name of the service, super interior cleaning, and directed me to the wash bay. After about 15 minutes I was informed my car was ready. Upon inspection of my vehicle I noticed that the seats were still dirty. When I questioned the young man cleaning my car what happened I was informed that I had been told to purchase the wrong service. I basically paid 54 dollars for someone to vacuum and put Armour All on my car. The frustration comes from Spirit of America being highly recommended, and me asking about services and purchasing what was told would provide the service I require. So now Im still stuck with dirty seats and out 54 bucks.
Love this affordable car wash, it has been in the area for years. I live near the mall but will travel a little distance to get there. Love their service.
Ive been to this car wash at least several times. First time I was impressed and content with how my car was cleaned. Second time, not so much. I thought maybe they were just having an off day. Came back today for the third time and am honestly done coming here. My center counsel was dirty, my windshield was dirty, and under my matts were not clean. The staff were also not taking things seriously, As they were playing on their phones between cars. Overall, wish I could say Im returning, but that is not the case.

Im so disappointed. They didnt wipe down anything hardly on the inside. When I got back into my vehicle I asked the guy for a towel and wiped down some things myself, finished at home. The vacuum job sucked. What is wrong with customer service today? I will never return. They think ok I got your outside looking good thats good enough. No it isnt. Suppose to be in and out. I will never return.

I know it may be challenging to find or train folks to have good customer service, but I really didnt like my experience at Spirit of America. Needing to have the carpets shampooed, I pulled my car into the Express Detailing lot and walked to the booth housing a young woman singing along to a pop song and on her phone. Instead of a welcome or even a hello, she just looked at me like, what the hell do you want? I suppose I was just supposed to bark an order at her; perhaps thats been her experience. After an awkward silence, I asked how she was doing today- and got a curt Hi in reply. I explained what I needed but she seemed annoyed that I pulled into the lot and informed me that I needed to pull my car around so she could get the tags. I wasnt getting the outside done and she could have walked the 10 yards to get the info, but I complied. Then I was directed to Bay 1 and parked in front of a mostly closed door. Another young woman was glued to her phone and didnt notice me at all. Fortunately, a young man, Zach (the only redeeming feature was his congeniality) who walked across the bay on the inside asking her what was going on. He ducked under the bay door and started talking to me about what I needed. Got the cars interior and carpets shampooed, but was informed that they ran out of fragrance plugs for the vents nor did they have any fragrance sprays. Something had spilled in the car and some mildew had formed- the reason I was getting the carpets done. They had put a white garbage bag on the drivers carpet so as to keep my shoes from soiling it. My 3 month old needed us to go, so I took off without giving the floors a good perusal. That was my bad. There was still dirt in some easy to reach places, but the carpet was cleaner and smelled a little better. Really I paid $54 for something that I shouldve done myself. But I thought they were professionals and could do a better job. I wont be returning, having driven 45 minutes just to get there in the first place. There are other locations to try, I hope management trains them better.

Not impressed. I had to go home and clean what I paid them to do. Cupholders were still dirty, the dash was dusty still, the back seat wasnt even touched with the vacuum, and I had to completely rewash all four wheels over again just to get the oil and grease off of them from the dirty rags being used. Not to mention they still werent clean. When I can walk around all 4 sides of the vehicle and point out obvious dirt even after I asked them to wipe it down a second time, thats not even trying. I honestly wish I could upload pictures to the review just to show the lack of effort put in to this service. And as I stated that was after I pointed out the obvious and had them try to fix it. Definitely not worth $34

I use to really enjoy this place however as of this year my car doesnt look like it is washed after I leave. If you are supposed to dry the vehicle, dry it. I shouldnt be able to see water dripping from my mirrors, spoiler and windshield as I drive away. My chrome rims are almost always wiped down with a dirty towel that has oil on them which makes them look cloudy. I also should not still have bird droppings on my hood or have to rewash it the same day... Will take my business somewhere else.
