If I could give more stars I would. There is no way in hell I’d have gotten better, faster, or cleaner service anywhere else for this price. $32 is a small price to pay for how well they cleaned out my vehicle. They even pulled all the rubber mats out and washed them. Exceptional service.

I have read a lot of reviews and I disagree with some of the comments. Ive lived in this area for a year now and have tried this car wash at least 4 times as I recently decided not to wash my car myself. The services offered here are SUPERB! The machine wash does a good job, but the attention given to your car personally by human hands is where difference is made. But like anything else, you get what you pay for. The key is to ask questions about their service and request your expectations up front before you pay. Also, do you have the time to get the services you want. The prices are fair in the mindset of the people you have working on your car have lives and families to support. A workman is worth their wages! I pur hated the platinum exterior with the super interior detail and I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED!! Doorjams, inner door pockets, rear arm rests, all cup holders, dash, even the bottom glass of my sunroof all sparkling! Yes it around $60, but I paid for the individual time of at least two people cleaning the interior of my car and those who cleaned the exterior! Well worth it!

My first time here...for the price ($32) I expected the car to be a bit cleaner on the exterior. The interior looked pretty good except for a few spots on the passenger side door where it didnt look like they wiped. There was a big line so perhaps they rushed on the details. I will give them another try to see if they are worth the monthly membership.

My windshield, dash and console look like I did not pay 32.00 to clean my car. This is the 2nd time I have gone to this establishment and my car is still not as clean as it could be. I took it back up there to have them clean the drivers side windshield because it was completely smeared. The young man cleaned it better but it is still not great. You see it best when you are driving facing the sun. Im not going back.

I use to go to this car wash a lot about 2-3 years ago before I moved. I just moved back to the area and decided to go again cause you will never find a car wash like this one. Back then they use to take their time & thoroughly clean your car, your car practically brand would look new inside & out. Now it seems they just try to move the line and not provide the same quality of work they’ve done in the past. Also their prices definitely increased from how it was back then. I wasn’t satisfied with the service they provided, seats still had visible dirt on them, dash had dust on it still, and also the door trim still had dirt there. I asked if anyone could wipe the door trim and they told me I had to get a certain package, after I already paid for a wash. I didn’t make a big deal out of it, but it was very surprising because this car wash use to be the best place to get your car cleaned in the southern Maryland area. I even use to have their 55$ membership deal to get the car cleaned once a day before I moved. Most likely won’t go with this car wash no longer.

I appreciate the professionalism the friendly service and most importantly the integrity of the workers! I didn’t even realize I had lost my CashApp debit card until I saw it sitting on top of my keys in my cup holder after getting my car wash here! It must have fallen between the seats or somewhere out of site. Thanks again! I’m already a member but I highly recommend this place!! One suggestion is to add a sign to turn slowly when you leave cuz the wheels are slippery.

Best $20 car wash! Was WAY more than I expected, and I felt bad that I didn’t have any cash to tip but I had no idea there would be hand cleaning too, I thought it was all automatic. But I’ll definitely be back and tipping big next time!

Update 9/30/20: A month back, I purchased a six figure car and I wouldnt trust keeping its appearance looking immaculate with anyone else but Pablo and the team at Kleen Wave Auto Spa. He has yet to guide me wrong and has always surprised me with his entire knowledge of the proper upkeep of a cars interior and exterior. The price was reasonable when taking into consideration peace of mind and especially the final product.Pablo, that man knows his stuff. I had paint on my car for several months after a paint can incident. He gave me a great price for detailing and made me feel confident that his technique would result in a perfect finish. He delivered!! On time and on his promises. Kleen Wave won themselves a new customer and a proud proclaimer!

There are more signs there now about what they can’t do than what they can. I said I needed the inside cleaned and wiped down. Was told what package to get. Paid, tipped, got in my car the floor mats were still dripping wet, the only thing on the inside that has been wiped down was the steering wheel. I’ve been disappointed the last couple times I’ve been there. But I’ll never be back.

This is a cool place the service is fast. Would not recommend taking kids with you.

First time at this car wash. I purchased a full platinum wash. When I got my car back the seats were not vacuumed and there was black wet stuff near the mats. I parked and went inside to ask why the seats were not vacuumed and could someone clean the black stuff that was left in the car. I was informed vacuuming seats is not included when they vacuum the interior. I have never heard of this before. There is no signage anywhere that states only floors are covered for an interior vacuum. This was my first and last visit!

I used to come here often and never had any issues. Today was my first time back since Covid. Not only did they Raise their pricing, they also are doing the bare minimum. My car was still dirty on the inside! lil miss attitude at the front desk proceeds to tell me “they don’t wipe off the seats, we only vacuum and wipe off the console”. Mind you, they have wiped my seats off every other time Ive been here.So if I had cloth seats, you don’t vacuum them? Wouldn’t that be equivalent to simply wiping off leather? I didn’t ask for a detail! Oh and it’s called tire shine because it goes on the TIRES!!! Spraying it with whatever machine they use, it’s all over the car as well.Go somewhere else! Don’t spend $28-32 for them to do some bs job on your vehicle.

The customer service was good and they clean my car on the outside very well but on inside was less than desirable. 😩 unfortunately I will be trying another car wash too see if I can get better results.

I decided to come here because I was mixed reviews. I paid $26 for the platinum service and I dont think it was worth it and here is why. The exterior wash as very good. The problem is that anytime a service is done with a conveyer belt method, there will always be a lack of attention to detail. I observed workers rushing to get their portion of the cleaning done to move on to the next vehicle. Therefore a sloppy interior cleaning was done. I love supporting local businesses and I know the owner reads these reviews. I am not trying to bash this business so here is my suggestion. If you took a few workers (3 or 4) to work on one vehicle after it gets washed they would pay more attention to what needs to touched inside and outside of every vehicle. I counted more then 6 employees on the drying and interior section. I think you would get more customer satisfaction that way. The exterior of the castle was not bad at all but when I sat in my car to leave is when I noticed everything else. Hope you take this well because I dont like to bash people on the internet.

I visited Kleen Wave today. As usual, I was greeting with awesome customer service. The ladies & the gentleman that work there are really professional. I dont care how busy they are. They always give you the time and attention that you deserve. As a customer & a neighbor. If you can see some of the very expensive automobiles that use Kleen Wave.. I was speechless when I picked my car. Stang looks stunning and like brand new. Car smells good, paint feels smooth, and every interior piece is super clean. Pablos comprehensive detailing gave a breath of fresh air into Stangs life.Pablo and his team are amazing. They paid attention to every little spot.

My first visit was excellent. Nice thorough job cleaning my car. It was very busy but the flow was consistent.

When this car wash first opened they were thorough, they made sure to use the airblower to get all the water out of your mirrors and front grill so no water gets on your car when you drive away. Now you’re lucky if someone even touches the airblower. They rush and sort of dry your car now and leave streaks. I know when you’re done you can park and tell them what they missed but why don’t they just have protocol that is to be followed daily without question so you don’t have to even say something. Anyway if you need a basic cleaning they’re good but not thorough like they once were.

My first time here. I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent work. My car is still shining 3 weeks later. Friendly service and clean. Will definitely visit again.

They didnt do a great job. There were still bugs on the front, the cup holder were still dirty and so was the carpet.

I went through the automatic car wash and it literally did not clean none of the dirt off and when I called the number listed the lady who answered was very rude and nasty. She gave me a code to go back through it and it still didn’t take the dirt and she tells me well I don’t know what to tell you. Do it yourself next time.

Paid for a tint removal and was double charged for a service that could’ve been done in a few hours that took 10+ hours for them to complete. Wouldn’t recommend getting anything but a car wash there, which they do a great job at. Tint removal, not at all.

This is the only placed that I used my credit card. I paid for a car wash the guy took my credit card inside the booth he took way too long to come back with my card. I don’t know if he took a picture of my card or what ...I begin to get skeptical, so I checked my account daily. Today I noticed a fraudulent charge of 135.00. I called the bank immediately to report this. I know it was the guy at this business because this is the only place that I used that particular credit card. That Thief should be fired....

$20 exterior washes are worth every penny.

They do a decent job, but rush through not getting all the dust or spills. For the amount they charge, they should be a little more detailed and focused, or better quality control at the end.

Decided to try this carwash out after recommendation. It was okay. The line moved very quickly and the pricing was decent.When it comes to drying the exterior of the vehicle they did not do a great job. Left alot of water spots. I had the interior service as well. They do a good job vaccuming the rugs. However the interior wipe down is blotchy. Still had things in my seat crevices, there were spots from spray on the dashboard and missed areas on the door. Maybe the handwash is better. Looking for a quick clean job okay. Full detail ....I dont think so

The manager needs to understand his raincheck policies! Would not honor my raincheck. Got my car washed on the 24th. It rained that night and the next day and even on the morning of the day I went back to get a car wash on the 26th. It clearly says we will honor your raincheck for 24hrs OR the next clear day which is today the 26th!

I’m rating this car wash after giving it three tries. This review will be an overall explanation of my visits. The store inside is clean and the staff is nice. The staff taking payment for the car wash is also nice and helpful. My issue at this car wash was the car wash itself. Streaks on windows, they do not remove any trash, seats didn’t look vacuumed, and a rag was left on my back seat. I paid for the platinum and it looks like I received basic service.

My car is clean! They treat your car like it was a show car. The inside is clean, no residue on the dash. They used compressed air to get the water out of the tight spots. Make sure you wipe down your tires when its done or you will have tire shine all over the side of your car.

First time user of this business. I now truly get why the line is so long when it opens. Great service and job well done.

I have used them twice and they were exceptional. My truck looked brand new. That was 3 years ago. Fast forward today 10/1 and no one answer the phone. I have been calling all morning to make an appointment. Are they under new management or closed?

One mistake, a detail cleaning issue, but great job wuth the detailing package of interior of my Lexus, 350. Got most of the heavy carpet mat black stains out, leather seats look great. Only issue is they accidently vacuumed the carpet pad for the driver door arm rest. I paid over 100 for the service, noticed after I got home. Husband said we could find a replacement on Ebay under 20 so I said forget it, it just looks weird as you usually place little stuff in there while I drive. Customer service, and a timely completion overall was good.

They did a wonderful job on my primary car and they did an even better job for the express detailing of my second vehicle. Staff is professional and knowledgeable of their craft. Good prices and the pass is totally worth it of you have a new vehicle and need to keep the paint looking fresh.

I got a platinum car wash service today, first time coming here. After everything was done, I checked to make sure everything was vacuumed. To my disappointment, the back seat rugs were not vaccummed and there was still garbage left. I feel like they rushed through. They definitely need more people.

I have gone to this car wash multiple times and was always impressed. Whenever I have gone, I have notified them to be careful with my back car door handles and this time was no different. During this particular time, before my vehicle went int he tunnel to be wiped down, I PERSONALLY opened up both of my back door handles with care and told them to be careful with it; however, they seemed not to hear me so i walked inside. When my vehicle was going through the tunnel to be wiped down, they broke my car door handle. The manager brought it to my attention when my car was finished and attempted to come to an agreement for payment by going half on the repairs since the handle was already cracked prior to, but only if the cameras showed that I told the employees to be careful with my already sensitive and cracked door handle. As a customer, I shouldnt have to tell a car wash place to be careful with my car. I came back to them the next day with an estimate for how much it would cost to repair my car door handle. The manager kept talking about checking the cameras to see if I told anyone to be careful, before providing compensation. The following day after that, I called to see if I could get deadline for compensation. The manager proceeded to tell me that they wouldnt compensate me for the door handle that THEIR EMPLOYEES BROKE because I didnt tell anyone to be careful with it to begin with. I decided to press charges to obtain the funds for it. Once I mentioned pressing charges, the manager said he would give me a call back by the end of the week to come to an agreement. They never called back and instead just put up a sign at the car wash stating that, they arent liable for any damage to your vehicle while its in their care They are super rough with your vehicle and will do anything to get out of being responsible for the damage they cause. Its gonna cost over $300 to get my car door handle replaced. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Kleen Wave has always been great. However, just reopening as the pandemic passes, they were even better than ever. They were following all protocols and it seemed like they spent a little more time and effort wiping down the inside of my vehicle. Everyone I spoke to or made eye contact with was pleasant with a Good morning or a wave through the window. Kleen Wave really has the best staff of any location Ive been to in our area. Highly recommend Kleen Wave.

Kleen Wave has continued to give 5 Star Service on my every visit! I secured a subscription for services and love seeing the crew do their job to a high standard. The lines get long on the weekends and Fridays so its best to get there early. Every time Ive seen customers bring up any issues with their service. The staff immediately responds without question and redo the service to your satisfaction. You have viewing glass to see your vehicle the entire time being cleaned on the inside. You are welcome to car air fresheners with various scents. They offer detailed service and other options for your interior as well. I havent tried the drop off services for detailing and from what Ive seen its busy. You may want to make an appointment for this type of service. I will continue to go daily with my subscription and encourage others to consider doing the same. Great Service & Quality Work!

I live at Milbrook just behind this carwash shop thats why its easy for me to get my car done on a regular basis. Theyre fairly good and Solomon took care of the uncleaned spot whenever there are some after the job. Sometimes!Anyway, a business partner of mine is looking for a good carwash service to bring his fleet of limos and suburbans on a regular basis. I tried to recommend Kleen Wave, my neighborhood carwash, by giving him the website for the wash rates. However, the express detail services rates are not posted on the website. So, I promised him Ill get the express detail services rates soon as I get the chance.Today, I got the chance to pass by Kleen Wave Auto Spa being my regular route whenever I walk my dog. I went straight to the posted board of their wash rates (menu) to get their detail services rates by taking picture to send it to my friend who owns the fleet of cars.After taking picture, I was rudely accosted by a Spanish guy of what I did and tried to kick me out of the premises when he learned I dont have a car. Obviously I dont, Im walking my dog! I was told I have no right to take picture of the wash menu posted on the board. Seriously? Youre rates are all over the website and youre in a customer service business. Are your rates corporate secret?I asked for the manager to complain for harrassment. The Spanish guy claimed hes the manager until a reasonable guy (looks Indian...sorry, none of you wear name tags) came out when I was about to leave. I think hes the real manager. But just the same, no pictures allowed. With this technology age where everyone take picture, I just dont understand!I left disappointed with no one even extending apologies for treating me rudely, it was an atrocious and very bad customer service.For my friend whos looking for a carwash service for his limo business, well look for a better one. I was a little apprehensive at first but after multiple visits and 3 car washes later I have yet to be disappointed and I drive a white car so dirty shows easier. They do a great job I have not have interior detailing done but I would assume it’s spot on.

I wasnt impressed at all. There were several spots that hadnt been wiped down inside my vehicle and my windows were still dirty. Despite me paying $30 for this service. Staff was not friendly at all, everyone seemed to have an attitude. I will not return, im sure I can find someplace else that actually cleans my vehicle.

Best car wash in the country: staff is friendly and extremely accommodating; it is worth the experience; one negative is the vehicle owners demanding that every bit of water be removed from the vehicle which is an impossible feat. Back to the positive: Kleen Wave can sanitize your vehicle to help stop the spread of Covid-19 and remove foreign smells too. Get the mothly service and the break even point is 2.5 car washes a month, it is the better deal and make sure to go often; my final thought: give Kleen Wave a try and when you see me there let me know your thoughts!

I like this place, but theyre not consistent, and thats why they dont get 5 stars.Sometimes they use the air gun to blow out remaining water, and sometimes they dont. I find myself asking them to do this more times than not.

This carwash is one of the best ( I believe ) in the DMV and its starts with the owner selecting managers Jose and Solomon that are two of the nicest guys I know and they make visiting this carwash a joy. At times the lines can seem long but it moves fast

I drove to Waldorf to come here specifically because of the good ratings thinking I would finally get a decent car wash. What I got instead was a majorly cracked windshield and no accountability from the manager on the property.He showed me video that showed a spot on my windshield and insisted it was already cracked when I came in. I purchased my car less than 2 months ago and know it was in like-new condition. He argued and said they would do nothing for me. They didnt even offer a refund for the car wash.I am beyond appalled and will not be back.

The outside of the vehicle is wonderful but they never really clean the inside. Ive been there 3 times now. The first time my car was super dirty so I understood you kinda get what you pay for. The next time once again the outside of the vehicle was cleaned great. The inside looks like they barely touched it. Soooo I go back a 3rd time since its such a popular place...but never ever again. I just had my 10 year old niece do a better job then they did and it only took 10mins longer.
