My experience with enterprise was over all pretty good MC was very helpful. My car wasnt ready on time and it was the time they gave me. Car wasnt clean on the outside. Would I use them again so far I would say absolutely.
Rented a cargo van to move belongings to storage. Dealt with Nick who made everything go fast and smooth. Recommend there truck rentals as well as the car rental. Cargo van was clean, and in great working order.
I would not recommend this place. I rented a vehicle on a Friday afternoon and by the time I went to start the car Saturday the Service Engine light was on and the dash instructed me to take the car back. Unfortunately it was the weekend, they closed at 12 and would not be open again until Monday. When Monday came I took the car back to exchange it for a working vehicle immediately. I thought they would take care of me and take full responsibility for the malfunctioning vehicle in which I could not drive for 2 days. To my surprise they attempted to charge me anyways requesting proof of what was wrong with the vehicle in addition to an acceptable reason why I didn’t call road side assistance. Evidently no one had recorded the service lights that were on from the dash and the screen of the vehicle and the change in contract from one vehicle into another we’re not enough evidence. As if I wasn’t already inconvenienced enough for the two days of having an disabled vehicle they made it extremely hard to get comped for the two days. Thankfully, I had pictures of the vehicle dashboard which also verified the time as being after there Sat business hrs. It also worked in my advantage that the dash said return to dealer seeing as the representative believed I should’ve called roadside for a car safely parked at my home. She mentioned that if I had called enterprise (despite knowing they were closed) I would’ve been informed to call roadside. Anyways, in the end after having to call several times I was finally compensated, but for less than the cost of two days and that was quickly ate up since the same rep gave me false information regarding the drop box. I returned my keys at 5:15 while a rep sat at the door instructing me to use the Dropbox also. For that reason I was charged another day. Rather than the continuous back and forth with a company that claims to operate with some type of family owned mentality I’d rather take my business elsewhere and I recommend you do the same.
Worst enterprise location i have ever been to. Reservation was at 9am and requested a pickup. Earliest was at 9:30am which i accepted only to have to pay for an Uber a hour later due to nobody picking me up. Upon arrival I was checked in only to be told 30 mins later that there were no cars available and some were on the way. Fast forward a hour, was then told that a car was on the way but it was a compact car (reservation was for a Mid size). I informed the “manager MC” and she said she would fix it. 30 mins later I was informed car was ready and to inspect it. The car was a Hyundai Accent (compact) and the manager told me that all Accents in Maryland are considered “compact” cars. Moral of the story, do not go to this place if you can and if you do please look over everything because they will try to get over on you!
The inside of the car was clean, but the outside was very dirty and look like she definitely had some bumps and scrapes. This particular spot won’t go to again. My main spot which is in LA Plata.
I wont be coming back here. I had my reservation for 12. I got there five minutes earlier its now 12:30 and Im just getting my car. Two other people came in after me and left before me. With nice clean vehicle. My car is scratched up and they barely cleaned it. Its stinks on the inside and has food and dirt in it. It looks like they just sprayed some water on the car and made it looked like they washed it. This is not how I expected to start my weekend. Very dissatisfied Im sitting in the parking lot writing this review
I recently rented a car from enterprise while in the process of having a repair on my own vehicle...the customer service here was great and I ended up having to extend the rental twice. The rental process went flawlessly without any issues.
They need more help. Lady is answering phones and waiting on a full lobby of people. Dont use this location!!!!
Despite having a reservation, we have been waiting for nearly three hours for our van. They called me forty minutes ago saying they had found a van and was having it cleaned. I’m still waiting for it to arrive. From the conversations I’m overhearing, I’m not the only one.
Well, I really liked the grand Cherokee. Katelyn was very very good and she helped with my rental as well as her Manager but I forgot his name. If I need to another rental Ill be sure to use this location

I rented a large SUV which I immediately noticed it was almost 3K over in need of an oil change. I was hesitant at first driving it but went with it. Also they couldve done a better job at cleaning the SUV when I picked it up. It had sticky residue on the steering wheel and also on the ceiling. Im assuming renting a large SUV would be considered a premium rental which I expected 1) a vehicle that was properly maintenance and 2) a vehicle that was clean.......However the customer service was good...
The best customer and fastest services I ever ever experience. The mn I call they got the suv for me. They treated you like a queen. Good job guys. My experience was good. I wasn’t happy with the car given to me this time, looked like it had been in a accident on the side. Called for and exchange, but really did have time to do that. New location this time, location was great, but not enough staff had to wait, both picking up and drop of. Over all I would give it a 8 out of a 10.
Evidently Enterprise needs to learn how to all have the same information one person tells you this the other person tells you that long story short I owe them money I dont deny that I paid the money off a month ago and tried to go in there and rent a car so I can get my car fixed and my name is still on a do not rent list thank God I saved the receipt so I have to go back up there tomorrow and show proof that I did pay
Service is always great! The representative was very kind and helpful, but the inventory was minimal. The vehicle type we reserved, was not the vehicle we were upon arrival. We required a vehicle that would accommodate people and a lot of luggage. Unfortunately, that was not available, so we went with what was available. Even though that was the case, we made do and had a great time on our vacation because we refused to let that snafu ruin our fun. Enterprise is still a great car rental company and I will not abandon them. Looking forward to partnering them again. Whether good or bad.
Would not recommend. The car I was rented smelled like weed and there were a number of cracks/ scratches on the car.
No issues with the rental car or staff. Always have a pleasant experience at this location.Wasnt sure how well it was sanitized because the rep said she was going to sanitize it and bring it out front but came out too fast for any real sanitizing to happen. Just cleaned it myself when I got home.Will continue using this location when I need a rental.

I was involved in a car accident and was awarded a rental car while car was being repaired. My vehicle was taken to a repair shop in Waldorf, MD. Once I was finished dropping off my vehicle, Enterprise in Waldorf was there to pick me up and take me to back to their location to receive my rental. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful. I did not stay there long and they kept me informed of what they were doing. ( They cleaned up the vehicle before giving it to me.) Very good experience. Thank you
GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Vehicle was dusty and not clean. Rep claimed the vehicle just been wash and sanitized. Only on the outside, the inside was dusty, cup holders had spilled red liquid and trash under the seat along with dirty qtips in the console area. In a pandemic I would expect more detailed cleaning from this company. The customer service was good.
Awesome customer experience
Place opens at 0730 am Monday thru Friday. I challenge anyone to call this location and attempt and or try to get an employee, manager or a janitor to answer the business phone. Called at 0900 was on hold for 20 minutes without so much as a thank you for calling please hold Only for the answering machine to end the call.... Poor phone service leads to poor customer service. This tells me the management may need to be retrained or the employees just dont care. Im going to try a different location. Hoping that this location doesnt represent what Enterprise has become as a car rental company.
I am so disappointed in my rental experience. I had to file a formal complaint. The car was given to us with pre-existing damage to the bumper. Upon returning the car the manager threatened to call the police because my husband and I were upset about getting charged for damage we did not do. The manager never even listened to our story about the vehicle damage. She did not do a proper walk through when renting the car. This whole experience left me highly upset all day. I will Never rent from there again. Going back and forth with customers is never the answer! Especially loyal responsible customers.
This by far is one of the worse enterprises I’ve been to. The pick up took an hour and the return although an hour and forty five minutes after they opened was even worse. I get there and the office lights are off. The lady is sitting at the desk ignoring me as I knock. I go to ask the personnel cleaning cars and they state to stand up there and she will see me. I knocked on the door again and another customer also came up and stated they just called and spoke with someone. After 10 more minutes of myself and the other customer standing out there the lady finally comes out and returns the vehicle. I will definitely be telling the collision center that recommended me about this experience and hopefully they will not recommend anybody else.
I had a horrible experience. I will not be utilizing the services anymore...Waldorf, Md- Leonardtown rdI informed the representative that the car smelled like smoke prior to driving off the lot, I trusted the representative. The representative assured me that they do a quality clean check and smoking isn’t allowed...not true. We found Marijuana in the car with other things we didn’t recognized.
It was smooth experience but the only big complaint I have is that person who picked me up to take me to the rent a car place to pick up the car was not wearing the mask. For a big company of this size I find that unacceptable. In the car we could not conform to the minimum social distancing requirements. I have worn mask however so, you’re welcome.
The entire staff of this particular enterprise rent a car, Was more than helpful and accommodating to every need or want that I could have asked for. They even took the time to help me get an item that I left in the vehicle after at had been rented to someone else. The customer service is impeccable. I had a fantastic experience working with this company. I have a lot of thanks to give to the assistant manager Ms. Kristen Long!
Overall experience was great until drop off. I came back in to town late, so I had to do the overnight drop off. I cleaned the vehicle I was renting (wash and vacuum) along with putting the same amount of gas back into it. I waited 2 days to get my deposit back and I end up getting less than half of my deposit. Tried calling the location and its closed. Very upset that while processing the deposit no receipt was sent and no one called to inform me. My biggest concern is what was done with the rest of my deposit when I know the car was left with gas and super clean. I believe processing this refund especially if youre not getting the full amount back should be documented or verbally communicated to the customer.
My experience was Enterprise was great staff was helpful. The only disappointment for me was pricing . The rental was do to a accident but, I needed a car comparable to my personal vehicle because, of my disability.I have rented a vehicle on my corporate account at a cheaper rate.

I have NOTHING but good things to say about my experience with this location. Every single person that I encountered here was pleasant, professional, and punctual. Time is a factor for these professionals. They are highly efficient and do not believe in keeping customers waiting. They address each customer as Sir or Maam and then by name once they learn what it is. Angelina was AWESOME and took my time and concerns into consideration. She deserves formal recognition! They offer water, rides, smiles and good manners. Cant say enough about their customer service. Oh! And they answer the phone when you call the office!!Worth the 40 min drive!

I have been renting vehicles on a weekly basis from the Enterprise location on Old Washington Road in Waldorf, MD since March 2018. They always have the greatest customer service that they know me by name. The staff has always gone out of their way to give me the best service possible. Everyone is always friendly and attentive when I come in and on the phone. They even helped me one day even though I had arrived after closing time. I LOVE the team at Old Washington Road. I will always rent from this location.

A very short turn-a-round once I was in their office to receive my scheduled rental vehicle. Their Rep who worked with me displayed great time management, cordial posture, knowledge of product and attentive services!
Friendly service, the gentleman wanted to upgrade my vehicle to match the vehicle I was accustom to driving, but no one responded from Progressive. Progressive called me 2 days later. It was nice of the Enterprise associate to offer, thats great customer service. I do not recall his name I apologize for that.
My experience at this location has been very positive. The employees are professional, polite and honest. I feel like they will have the car I want, stick to the price they quoted and get me in and out fast. Nice to have a company like this in my neighborhood. Thanks guys, keep up the great work. Great service. I did not score a 5 because the intermediate size car I reserved was not available when I arrived. I had to take an economy car which was super, duper small. However, the staff was super nice and accommodating. Two days later, I called and was able to upgrade to an intermediate car (at no additional charge) and extend my usage for 2 more days. Finally, I was able to return the car to another location hassle free.
THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. THEY TRIED TO BLAME MY WIFE FOR DAMAGE THAT WAS ALREADY PREEXISTING. I HAD TO GET VERY UPSET WITH THE PERSON THAT THEY CALL A MANAGER. THEY GO THROUGH MANAGERS ON A REGULAR BASIS. EVERY TIME I GO THERE SOMEONE IS ALWAYS ARGUING WITH THE STAFF BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO THE LOCATION ON 301.
Great experience. Car performed well, check in and check out were quick. My only issue is the location is small, so trying to find a place to park the car upon return was challenging. But overall, I will still use this location again.

The customer service at this location was asweome i had no problems with my rental. Although when I got it the interior it was slightly dirty. I would suggest in the future that more care be taken to insure that the car is cleaned before being given to a customer.Otherwise I would recommend this location.

The customer service is so good at this place its like going to see family or old friends. Sometimes I feel like hanging out after I rent my vehicle but then I remember that it is a business and I should leave when my business is done. I dont know how they do it but no matter who the staff is the service is ALWAYS the best. I think the entire staff should be promoted and given their own branch to manage. What they do there is above and beyond all expectations.

They try hard to provide good Customer Service. The vehicles are kept well. Not clean enough for my ststandards though. I tend to clean interior with a bucket of household disinfectant as soon as I take one home. Then I take it to get a real nice wash.

They received a 1 star customer service rating because they refused to provide pickup service... therefore, I had to spend $ on an uber. Although I live within the 10 mile radius (their policy), I was told that they couldnt pick me up because there was an enterprise closer to my location & if I need a ride I should request a rental from that location, which I would have had they had the size vehicle I needed! I promise you... if it wasnt for others depending on that vehicle on that day.. I wouldve spent my $ elsewhere!I must add that once arrived.. my interactions with them in person was pleasant. But still...
Staff is outstanding, very accommodating. Parking area is really tight. Better to park on Old Washington road, and walk up to the facility. Car rented ran like a champ with great gas mileage, however, previous driver smoked & wore strong perfume. That permeated the car over my rental days. We were pressed for time, so no exchange could be made. That detracted from the experience. They probably need to stress no smoking, or designate smoking vehicles.

Gave me a rental that made noises Everytime I turned plus the vehicle lighter had no power so know way to charge my phone went on a 8 hour trip so phone almost died using the GPS rented on Saturday left at 5am Monday so no way to get vehicle switched for different one.

Enterprise Rent a Car on old Washington Road is a great car rental company. Just recently I was involved in an accident with a deer and this was a stressful situation. ENTERPRISE stepped up to the plate and took excellent care of me. They went up and beyond the call of duty! They were always a step ahead of me. The deliver the BEST customer service! I only rent cars from Enterprise. Love love love them!
My most recent experience with this Enterprise was ABSOLUTELY wonderful! I dealt with the manager, Jason. I had specific needs and requirements for the vehicle I needed to rent. He went out of his way to find me the exact vehicle from a different area. The customer service was outstanding in everyway! Thank you Jason for making my rental experience as good as it possibly could be!
Previous staff was professional. New staff is not accommodating to the customers needs. Good customer service is a thing of the past with the new regime that is at this location. Management did not assist me at all when I had an issue with my rental experience. They all conversed behind the scenes, but no one came and spoke to me to make sure I would be satisfied as a paying customer. I will not rent from here again.
I was very disappointed with the vehicle I rented. It smelled like cigarette smoke. I tried air freshener but it was so embedded into the fabric & carpet. It would not go away.
Rented a car from enterprise over weekend. Great service, and they worked with me. One only complaint is when you make a reservation with Enterprise on phone, they will not check to see if the specific site has the car. They need a better system to assure the car you chose was available at the site. Luckily this site found the car that was requested.
Quick service; easy to work with. I was told by my insurance company that this location did not have any cars available. But when Enterprise came to the auto body shop to drop off another customer, he said they did have cars, and he gave me a ride there. It is a busy location, but as soon as it was my turn in line, I was out of there in 10 minutes. Returning the vehicle was even easier. My only complaint would be that when they are really busy, they should have more staff on duty to help customers. There were only 2 people waiting on about 12 customers when I picked up my vehicle, and no one on duty to answer phones which rang constantly.
Easy in, easy to get out. Representatives were helpful and expedient. I also received an upgrade compliments of the office.
Sure they picked me upbut with only a half tank of gas and I was expected to return it to them completely full five days later before my car was ready and they didnt tell me until about twenty minutes before the place closed I would have needed to stop for gas also they charged me for that and I had a flat when in their car they tried to charge me where that even though they didnt fix it my dad did and I paid for the insurance they are conartists avoid them at all costs
Every experience I have had here has been pleasant. Likable staff, friendly, helpful. The rates are what they are. You have to get there early to get more of a selection; its a smaller branch. Parking is a nightmare though, especially first thing in the morning and close to closing.
For a car rental place they never have cars here always at least a 30 minute wait. Other locations get you in and out.
Good Morning - My daughter was involved in a car accident and Enterprise was instrumental in providing her with a vehicle so she wouldnt miss school and work. They were professional and courteous during our visit! Kudos to Enterprise!!!

I have rented vehicles from this site for years and each time it has been a great experience. I would recommend them highly. They are a very busy location and some times do not have vehicles but have searched other local Enterprise locations to find me a car.

Horrible, I have been renting cars from this one location and everytime I go they only have one car, either it smells of smoke, very dirty in the inside, no tags or something. I left my handicap sticker in the car this past week, called and ask them to check the car, they kept me on hold for 30 min, by the time I drove to them, it took them another 20 min to tell me they would call me later (and no customer are inside) and lets not forget, they had an attitude with me, because I ask them why I am still on hold and no one is in your lobby!!! The only reason I give them a 2 is because the guys are normally very nice, but not today!!! I will take my business to another enterprise, I own my business as well and customer service is the number 1 key and rule to success!!!!
The staff at this location provided excellent customer service and went the extra mile for my elderly mother and myself. Will definitely rent from them in the future.

Although the staff was very friendly, I waited almost 2 hours for a car when I made a reservation online (which made me late for work). The gentleman who helped us apologized and stated Mondays are their busiest days, perhaps they should hire more staff (PT) or create a better system if you know these days are your busiest.

They were very professional and I was in and out quickly.
When we picked up the truck, it was mess and not in the best condition. It smelled awful and was very dirty, inside and out. We had to clean it before we could use it. When we returned the vehicle, the staff gave a discount for the inconvenience it caused us. The rating is not for the condition of the vehicle but the service after the rental was returned.
I was supposed to be picked up at 7:30 am. They didnt come get me until 9am. There were several people sitting and waiting on vehicles that should have been there for them. Im in a tiny car that I didnt ask or request for. Not pleased!
Called 24hrs to get picked up like website requester and they came the same day I called to pick us up. Wasnt leaving until the next day. Felt disrespected when we received a dirty car. Paying money for a rental and cant see out the windows. We had to vacuum n was the car ourselves before we left on our trip.

The vehicle I reserved wasnt the right fit for my travel needs, and the manager, James, went above and beyond to ensure I had the right vehicle for my trip. The guys inside are always friendly. I got in and out. The parking is the absolute worst. The customer parking is entirely too small. I had to wait until someone left before i was able to park.
