The new employee at the reception (she) is great : very friendly, respectful and helpful

For the love of God.... Do not choose this location. They do not confirm. Do not have a phone. And once you get here... They dont have a car for you. Currently stuck 2 hours from home for a reservation I had for 2 weeks.... Idiots. All 3 of them.

After struggling to catch an available pick up date. I finally was able to scheduled a car pick up 2 weeks ago. Now on the day of I get a confirmation text followed by a call saying there are no cars available.I have plans for today and its going to cost me to cancel them. MAJOR SETBACK! Why are they scheduling pickup for cars that arent there ??

This place has the worst customer service Ive ever seen. They are unprofessional.....our appointment was at 2pm and Im still sitting here at 4pm, meanwhile the gentleman working is eating and talking about customers smoking weed in the cars, and this was after he left the building for 20 minutes. When he came back he had forgotten who was first and helped someone who came in after me .....I will never use this location again

I only gave 1 star because the option for no star do not exist... Customer service is terrible in this location.
