My 9 year old sons first time here today and Michelle did a wonderful job. Extremely personable and patient. I saw the other stylists cutting both toddlers and grown men.. all haircuts looked wonderful and customers were happy. We will definitely be returning. Online check in was also very convenient.

Michelle is amazing. I took my autistic son here on a recommendation from another special needs mom and was not disappointed. Michelle was very understanding, gentle, and talked him through everything and he did really well. I will be going back here and to Michelle again and am so thankful to have found this place here in Waldorf.

Empty shop with three hairdressers. I came as a walk in. Was told I needed to enter my info in the computer and then I would receive a text when it was my time to come in. I did that and waited in my car but the only text I received was saying they were sorry I missed my appointment and info on how to reschedule.

Great place for a cut, no waiting and staff super nice! I havent had anyone but my daughter cut my hair for over 10 years, she actually let me call my daughter so she could tell her how she does it!

This specific sports clips does not know the difference between a low,medium, or high skin fade! They do a good job on the boys hair & it has a convenient location here in Waldorf. Good hrs too. I think Men probably enjoy more because of the big screen TV which has Sports shows on.

Ive never left this place upset about my hair or with my experience. Ive had a different stylist the past 4 times Ive gone here and they all understand how I want my hair done. Sometimes the wait can be a little long, but its only because theyre spending the extra time to get their customers hair just right and theyll show you the same attention.

Would not recommend at all. I only visited the location twice, but it seems like the girls they have in there cant cut a basic fade or do a beard trim. And for that kind of money you could goto Floyds for a way better cut and experience.

I went in today to get my sons haircut and presented my sports clip homerun coupon. I was told that my coupon had expired as of August 31st of this year and they could not honor it. My son gets a haircut once a month and has had his expired coupon used after the expiration date and prior to today I was never presented with a new one to use between the other 3 times hes been in after the expiration date. Needless to say I will not be returning. Why give a coupon with no expiration date printed on the coupon and tell you that it has expired?!?

Waited an hour was told 18 minutes!! Ladies would finish clients and disappear. I should have drove myself to the Richmond highway location they do an awesome job and you are in and out unless it’s the weekend but that is expected. Never again will come back

I never have to wait long and the service is awesome. Only thing that is better is the prices for the service. I love the hot towels and the MVP is definitely worth it. They even have military discount!

New sign in at front desk amounts to the customer performing data entry that was previously done by staff. Why am I the customer forced to input my data on a keyboard when this function was taken care of by employees as it should be? Stylist who cut my sons hair literally took 4 times longer than it did for me to get mine.

Horrible customer service. They only have 3 people working on a busy Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. If you dont check in with their new app or even know about it, you will wait forever until those who signed in with the app get a hair cut. Plus, the people who do sign in with their app arent even present in tbe place. Sitting here waiting. 3 people walked in for a haur cut and left after being told there was an hiur and a half wait..And, there is only one other person in the place waiting besides me. They are losing money and custimers and they dont even care. #BigFailure #NEVERAGAIN!

Annoyed, it was my kids first haircut and 5 mins of the persons time cost me 16$ OMG he is only 2. The cut was uneven and they didnt even do all the treatment stuff with him that my husband got so in my opinion should have costs 5$ tops. They did give him a lollipop after which I appreciated and didnt mind me taking a million pix cause it was the first cut but was just was totally annoyed at the costs for what we got.

Sport Clips does an excellent job on my sons hair. They are quick, efficient and the atmostphere is really nice. Oh! The shampoo they use is awesome!

Usually long waits, but that is to be expected sometimes. We walked in with ‘no wait’, so we were next. The first girl finished and walked around waiting because a Caucasian came in after we did. She walked around waiting for the other people to take my boys (who also seemed like they didn’t want to take them) so she could help him. I asked her why she waited, and she said she is not as experienced. I thought to be licensed, you had to pass a test. Waldorf is probably not the right place to work, if you can’t use clippers on everyone’s hair.THEN the woman behind me checked her boys in but didn’t see them on the screen (first time customer!). The RUDE woman said ‘oh, so you didn’t follow the directions?’ 😳. ((WHAT in the name of customer service are you talking about?! ))She politely responded to the rude comment. But WOW! Won’t be coming back here.

Great prices and service, not long wait and allow walk in cuts

I said low fade and she gave me a high face and said this is a low fade, then she had to get her co-worker finish the cut. Good old 25$ hair cut.

I waited 45 minutes this afternoon and left. 45 minutes is an unacceptable wait time. I have had my haircut there many times before and like the service, very relaxing. I will not go back. 45 minutes is not what I plan to wait for my 14 minute haircut. WOW.

Best hair cutter left for greener pastures but they refused to tell me where. Now im left to recieve mediocre haircuts by unenthusiastic women. because this group of petty people couldnt pull enough revenue if to support thier existance if they lost one customer.

A European exchange student and I went in and the student was mocked for asking for a side cut by a rude hairdresser who bragged about cutting hair for over 20 years. Instead of trying to work with the customer, the hairdresser went with mockery. The student immediately left and got a sad excuse of an apology on the way out. Needless to say, we wont return, ever.

Terrible experience, the workers are lazy. They hang out in the back room and gossip. They use profanity when children are present. I waited 45 mins for a hair cut when only person in line. Never coming bac . Not for 19 dollars.

Long wait time with 2 people here for haircuts. Current wait is 39 minutes. I am next in line and have to wait. These workers are LAZY!!!! What do they do in the backroom after they finish the haircut?
