They are wonderful always try to help you to stay in your budget, but as we know all prices have gone up; but they try their best to help you and when they fix something they fix it to last you for a long time. Jeff and Mr. Don are just simply awesome 👌

I was traveling out of state on business and my car broke down. I looked up this shop and had my car towed there. Even though they were busy they took a minute out of their day to make sure that my car could be fixed and to try to sum up what the problem was. They told me they would have to order some parts in in order to fix my car and I explained to them that I had been traveling out of town and was in a very bad situation. The owner himself went out of his way to find me the correct Parts fix my car within an hour and I am happy to say I am now on my way and back at my place of business. These people know what theyre doing they will not overcharge you they are experts and they go above and beyond to help the customer. Highly recommend

Excellent customer service. I was able to get an appointment the next day for my MD vehicle inspection. They made all necessary repairs and it didnt cost an arm and leg.

I was referred here, and glad that I was. If I encounter any problems with any vehicles I own this will be the only place I go. Very knowledgeable about all vehicles. Ive never felt robbed without a gun when I leave, ever!

Quick repairs at a reasonable price

Dont trust posted Uhaul business hours. They do not match the actual business hours. Nor will the owner show up to honor those rental times.

They did a shady work with changing my timing belt, didnt honor their own warranty which caused me to do the repair in Honda dealership for $2000. In the Honda dealership they identified and wrote that the reason for the repair is improper installation of the timing belt. I will never go back to Busheys and wont recommend it to others!

There are really easy to work with and always have my car done on time. I highly recommend them.

Im a huge fan & believer of a good reputation and this place has always had one in my eyes. A reputable business deserves a loyal customer, vice versa.This shop has been a go-to for my family for YEARS. Years ago the business was called Colonial Towing & Service. We had great rapport with the owner and employees. I was kinda skeptical when I found out they were going under a new name and management but the customer service bar is still high. My cars for the past few years have all been under dealer warranty so I have not had a dire need to come here in recent years but I had to stop in today for a MSI (Maryland State Inspection). You see a ton of shops by the Waldorf MVA offering MSI and some even state they will perform it while you wait. I couldnt find any place (even the place that advertises they will do it while you wait) that could have me in and out in a few hours. I did not have somebody that could pick me up and drop me back off so waiting was a must. Busheys quoted me 2 hours and it took 3 (which wasnt bad, 1 hour was everyones lunch break.. plus I was a walk-in on a Friday). They apologized for the delay, I was just glad that they were able to accomodate my needs and time frame.I would definitely recommend them due to their customer service and pricing. I will continue to be a repeat customer.
