Upon receiving my car I realized that my electricals were not working at all. My blinkers dont work anymore nor do my break lights. When I called about this they suggested I illegally drive my van with no turn signals back to the shop to blow air on the electric components that they got wet. I brought my car to a mechanic and they informed me 3 different wires had been pulled out and had to pay myself for the repairs since the shop refused to acknowledge the damages caused. Also a couple of days later my van smells horrible and I feel like I wasted my money. Do not go here there are much better detailers in the area.

I brought a car to Adam mainly to clean the interior. The car had sat for the winter/spring, and was mouse infested. The smell from mouse urine was almost unbearable. Adam and his crew got the awful smell out and made the interior look fabulous. Adam gave me a good price for a clean up that must have been nasty to take care of. I am completely satisfied with A Perfect Detail.

Adam was awesome, he was able to accommodate me the same day and did a superb job on my car. My car looks brand new and you can tell they took their time. Definitely do the Presidential option, they even buffed some scratches on my car which is absolutely amazing. He even took my expired coupon, overall best detailed I’ve ever been to.

Awesome work. These guys have old school quality with the new high tech knowledge. I went for the advertised hand wash and went back for a complete detail. My car looks better than when i bought it. I was VERY impressed. Stay away from those automatic car washes. These guys do a much better job for the same price. Ill be going again soon!

Was able to get a next-day appointment for an interior detail on a 3-row SUV. It was pretty dirty from years of kids riding in it, but came out looking like new, very pleased with the results.

Owner didn’t return my calls for multiple hours after drop off. Upon arrival to the business after hours to attempt to pick up the car, the owner and a friend were hanging out. It took a few attempts of knocking on the door for an answer. 1/8 gas was also gone upon pick up. Extremely poor communication and professionalism.

Just had my 1989 Mustang GT detailed by Adam and his crew. All I can say is WOW!I originally was thinking of having it painted because there was a lot fading on the hood and trunk. Adam told me he could bring the color back out with paint correction. He wasn’t lying. I still can’t believe how incredible it came out. He also went out of his way to steam clean the engine and touched up some spots on the engine frame with paint. Can’t say enough good things about Adam and his crew! Totally awesome!

Today I had my car detailed and it was done at no inconvenience to me. The plan was for me to drop my car off, grab breakfast and spend the day with one of my friends and my infant killing time before I went back to get my car.Well....as many others know life throughs you a curve ball at all the WRONG times! Today was no different. My middle daughter stayed home sick today and she wasnt getting out of bed for anyone or thing...including food. Anyone who knows my daughter knows shes a total foodie.Well.. when I went to cancel my car detail appointment (sad that I was just as excited to get my car scrubbed as I was to get my hair done earlier this week). A PERFECT DETAIL out of Wakefield told me theyd pick up my car and return it when it was done for no additional charge. WHAT, they actually do that!!Not only did they pick-up and drop-off my car (mind you I live 2 towns -12min from their location), but they left me their loaner car in case I didnt want to be all cooped up.With 3 kids and with potential family crisis always rearing in all families direction I was all about it. And I was able to use my credit card instead of cash. They did a great job too! Im definitely using them next time!Thank you A PERFECT DETAIL!

After the detail, they left white stains. Appears as if they didn’t clean. The dash, cup holders, doors, all he nooks and crannies and even the easy to get to areas. There was dirt, dust, and even hair (my wife, no pets) everywhere still there after. There were some stains on the seats, they did a good job getting these out of the driving seat, but it appears they did not clean the other seats. We had a 9 am appointment, when they opened. when we arrived they said there where 2 cars ahead of us. So the 2-3 hours estimate they told us on the phone when we made the appointment turned in 5.5 hours. We literally had to clean the white stains they made off our selfs(I think it was dried soap). Not worth $115. I think they ran out of time, rushed, and just cleaned the drivers seat and did a quick once over with a soapy rag.We are 2 adults in early thirties. No pets or kids. Pretty neat and clean. Keep searching for another detailed is my advice.Edit: I had reached out to the company after they commented to clean again or offer a refund. I said since were detailing the car to sell (same day as the detail), I appreciate them offering a refund and would accept since the car was sold. It as been around 6months and I been looking at our credit cards statements and never saw any refund as been issued. I did not follow up with them again and probably wont as it as already taken up too much time and worth pursuing any more.All photos where taken AFTER the detail.

I brought my 2003 Crown Victoria LX Sport to Adam to be detailed inside and out, based upon reviews I had seen, and let me tell you, I was blown away!Adams attention to detail, and the care he took, was as though it were his own vehicle. Even though the car is 10 years old, he had it looking like it was just off the showroom lot.He even provided me a ride back home when I had dropped the car off for service. A very professional job, you get a lot for your money. Adam will always be the one that takes care of all my current and future car purchases.

5 stars! Very pleased with my detail i recieved on my wife’s car last summer. Coming from a detailing background myself (13 years) these guys are top notch. Car came out amazing every nook and cranny was cleaned including door jambs and consol. No left over wax, no swirl, no streaks on Windows, not a water spot. Very very clean interior like new. I should of wrote this review when the car was done, but what made me realize they were so good is my wife’s car was detailed again by another company in Salem that was north of 300 bucks and when I tell you it looks like a vacuum job then a quick wash I’m not even joking...don’t know how they can let a car go like that... A perfect detail is well worth the money and the quality speaks for it all. Thanks guys!

So my car sat unused for nearly a month and lo and behold there must have been an ants nest or something because I had an ant infestation in my car. It was disgusting!I have a brand new baby and the car absolutely needed to be cleaned emergency status.After calling about 6 places and explaining the situation and getting told that I need an appointment to get the car detailed I called Adam at a perfect detail.Not only did he squeeze me in that afternoon but he also took extra detail in making sure the ants were eradicated, blowing out the engine block with compressed air, etc.Made sure that every part of it was clean.The car looked better than it did brand new!I also ended up inadvertently losing something with all the chaos of my car being cleaned and Adam let me come back after hours to look for the item.
